After asking for an upsize on my drink I was ignored and then after waiting for her to finish charging I asked again and she says it's too late that she already charged me and the sizes changed. Iv been to the Jack in the Box on the 410 access rd heading to marbach plenty of times. And this time a young man named Jayden that they have on the night shift on the night of 1/15/25 is the most generous and sincere worker I have met at any Jack in the Box and I used to be a manager in training for Jack in the Box some years ago and even back then nobody not even me had displayed the mannerism, professionalism, and generosity and kindness in all the times iv been to jacks including being a manager in training. This young man deserves to be the picture of the model employee for this business bc even though it was only for a large curly fry the warmth and kindness and just the authenticity of it all. Give this man a raise because it is a dying quality the someone as young as him could make somebody who not only worked for jacks but loves the food and be a complete stranger leave impressed and blessed to have chose this Jack to eat tonight. They didn't have curly fries, their burger price and combo prices were switched, they didn't have tacos, and they didn't offer anything to replace or Offer me. I ended up ordering a breakfast platter and they didn't give me a spoon, fork, or syrup. Honestly it was the worst experience ever and I ate it with my hands. Pancakes were 25 cent size pancakes. I wasn't disrespectful in anyway and I know some of their issues are management related. Horribly slow service! This was my first experience at a Jack In The Box and I was very disappointed. I ordered at 2:13 and after 20 minutes without food, I approached the gal at the front. She didn't recognize me and thought I was a new customer. She apologized and explained that the computer system has been dropping orders so they've been keeping receipts so they don't lose an order. She called my order to the back and said it would be out shortly and asked if I'd like a milkshake while I wait. I said yes, then said it will be out in a moment. We finally received our food at 2:48 and our shakes at 2:53. What's so disappointing is that the store wasn't even busy. There were two orders ahead of mine and no orders after. We ordered a Spicy Siracha burger meal, jalapeño poppers, and a Bacon & Swiss burger. It was a $20 ticket. read more

My husband and I haven't had Jack In the Box since moving from HI to LA. So, Jacks has to be our first stop on our mini vacay to SeaWorld. Food was great but the five stars is for the customer service. The GM that served us was kind, respectful, and professional. He was the ONLY one working both the drive-thru and dining room. He controlled the situation like a champ, took orders and sent out orders quickly and efficiently BY HIMSELF!. You could tell he was drained and had been working for well over his shift, but this man put his service before himself.
