The manager refused to honor my military discount because I didn't have my physical ID on me, even though I've used a photo of my ID at this same location multiple times before without any issue. This location is good. The woman at the drive-thru window was very cheerful and welcoming. I received my usual bacon breakfast platter and caramel iced coffee faster than at any other location. The french toast sticks were overcooked and pretty hard though, but everything else was perfect. I do wish they gave more french toast in the platter, but that's a corporate decision. read more

This place would be getting 5 stars if they would bring back the staff member (cashier, order taker, whatever he did) who consistently sounded both stoned and exactly like Kel from Good Burger. The guy would open up with near identical cadence, accent, and speech flow to Kel, with something like "Welcome to Jack in the Box, heh, can I like, get your order? Every day they allow large groups of people to loiter at the entrance. It makes me not want to pass through, and I basically stopped going. I only do drive thru occasionally now. There have been fights outside this door and people have gotten there purse stolen multiple times from inside the restaurant. Will never eat their new chicken box ever again or eating jack in the box for a while. On Wednesday night, my mom got us some food and she also got the chicken box. Jacques is a very good employee. He's friendly and welcoming. This place has a bunch of transients waiting arounds cause it's right off the freeway and at a busy intersection but it is well maintained. The dining area is clean and so is the restroom. Parking is limited and the drive thru is difficult to get to but it's manageable. The prices are cheaper here compared to North County locations which I like. Their food is prepared perfectly. I haven't had a bad taco which is rare since other spots are consistently inconsistent. No cracked taco shells or stale, which is always a plus. The jumbo jacks are neatly put together to when you unwrap to eat it, the condiments don't get all over your fingers. You can tell when the staff takes their time to assemble it. I appreciate the extra time spent. Keeps my fingers and clothes clean. If you don't want to be entertained by the clientele that lounge inside, then opt for to go or drive thru. We had to park in the shopping center lot since they are doing construction in the vicinity. Associate was friendly - no complaints. Dining area is new and establishment was clean. Great customer service and quick turnaround time. The restaurant is very clean and the restrooms appeared to kept up. The drive-thru is a little tight and low for large trucks or vans...so watch out, 8ft of clearance. I am comfortable with giving a rating of 4 stars.
