I really appreciate that Jack in the Box is always there for you. I personally stop being pleasant and friendly after about 7pm, but these amazingly wonderful people are there to feed me at 10pm when I am hungry as heck after a long day walking around SeaWorld, or back in the day when I had to be on base by 6am. The food is PIPING hot. They make it fresh, so be prepared to "hasafasasa" (open-mouthed trying to suck in enough air to cool down your mouthful of food, IYKYK) if you are hungry. We just went through the drive thru, but they make sure you have napkins and hot sauce and everything else. We got a big ol' carton of mini tacos for $4, some tasty churros, a cheeseburger and two of the big tacos for me and it all hit the spot! I made a return trip to this location after a horrible last visit. This time , I was just going to grab a couple tacos and some fries , simple order. I tried to make my order at the drive through and had nothing but problems with an employee who didn't understand English and had me drive up to the window to resolve the order. I used the Jack in the Box app on my phone and was told I couldn't use the app.. okay, here's my order, they couldn't understand. Several minutes of their confusion and I just said "Can u speak to the manager?" They were the acting manager. I was then told to move forward that they were busy. No customers inside ans no one in the drive thru. Unbelievable. What has been almost as frustrating is that there is NO WAY to contact a customer service employee, none. Went to Jack in the Box and had a terrible experience. They messed up my order three times, and when I finally got my food, my sandwich looked like someone had taken a bite out of it and the fries were soggy. My husband was very polite the whole time, but they kept closing the window on us while we were trying to fix the order. Super frustrating. Definitely not coming back. read more

Jack and the Box is reselling food that is already in contact with other customers. This is the second time visiting and last. Each time they have messed up our order. This time they didn't take down our order correctly and gave us the wrong fries. That's fine, we are told to pull around and park. Claims to be open 24 hours a day but just not at 4a Myself and three other customers were all there at about 4 AM greeted by a janitorial cone in the drive-through and a locked lobby. One of the other potential customers move the cone and went through the drive-through only to be told they open at 4:30 AM. I'm fine with them being closed for an hour, if they said they were open 23 hours a day. But Jack-in-the-Box proudly claims they're open 24 hours a day which is just false advertising in this case. read more

PEOPLE the chicken strips with BBQ and buttermilk ranch is delicious! The fries were sometimes not as hot as it should be. The mozzarella sticks was burning BLAZING HOT PEOPLE!! So becareful!!! The reason why I like this branch in particular is because it's pretty quiet here. If you like privacy, then you'll like this place too. The service is a bit on the rush side. Sometimes you get a young newbie on the job that just wanted to get every order out of the way and sometimes you get an older and more experienced person to take your older. The service is a bit of a gamble here but, not harmful, least to say. Will I be coming back to this branch? Most likely because this plaza also has other good foodie places like El Pollo Loco and McDonalds. There's also a Starbucks, super market and CVS here as well so it's a pretty handy dandy plaza to hangout at. End of story, next up.... read more

Drove into the drive thru to get some food at 11:50 on Sunday, Nov 12. Literally was the only person there, no other guests, and no other cars. After I pulled in the dude said to give him a second to charge the headset. I waited 7 minutes only for me to ask if he was still there, and he said to still give him a second. I've worked a drive thru, I know it doesn't take that long to get a spare battery and even if he didn't have one, he could have made me pull to the window and get my order there since there were no other cars. Not only that, but when I asked him if he was still there, I could hear him chewing on some food. He didn't have to get a battery, he just didnt wanna do his job. This Jack in the box USED TO BE fast , efficient and food was hot. I drove through today line was very slow and no one ever asked to take my order at the menu speaker box. I had to speak up and say "Hello , is anyone there??" . Finally someone came on and said " Yes, what would you like?" . I placed my order and after about 10 minutes I got to the window to pay and get the food....and waited again. Got food and it was slightly warmer than room temperature . The guy at the window did not seem happy or friendly . I will not be coming back here anytime soon. I use to come here to this jack in the box always because its close to where i live. But everytime we come here in the drive thru they always make us park even when theres no cars in the drive thru and we wait like 10 minutes outside for them bring our food. So a few months ago we were at the drive thru and orderd a chicken bowl and jumbo jack and the girl at the window said go ahead and park at the parking lot again, but this time i said i rather wait here for my food only 2 item no combos. The girl got extremely furious and mad and was giving me bad attitude. When the food was ready she practicaly threw the bag of food at me and ran off. There wasnt any cars in the drive thru for her to be mad. We stood there waitinf to ask for salsa but never came over to the window even i was calling her. So a diferent person came to the window and only gave 2 salsas and i asked for more and he said theres no more! He refused to guve me taco salsas wich i know they have boxes of them cause i use to work at jack in the box. He kept saying theres no more salsas with bad attitude. So i figured ok what ever and left as i disnt want to argue with these ruse people. And today after a few months i decided to give this place another chance so decided to come eat here with my mom, on 4/28/2024 so.etime around 11:30am i walked in the lobby because i figure they get mad easily here when people come to the drive thru and vetter i just order inside. As soon as came in the same short hispanic girl from last time came to the register and said we are not taking order at the front, she refused to take my order but it was because she was still mad about the drive thru incident and refused to take my order. She said we dont have anyone to take your order but i saw theres 3 different people in the dinning room area eating. LITERALLY THE BEST BURGER I've tried in my life (and I've tried a lot!) There are quite a few interesting options on their menu. I ordered a Le Paris burger and it just melted in my mouth. Truffle potatoes were a great addition to it. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. read more

We've come here regularly for years and never had any issues with our orders. Somehow recently....and I'm thinking might have to do with a new manager....but we are now encountering issues with our orders: * breakfast platter*- came home with hard-rocked pancakes (literally hard as a rock) My son was so disappointed as this was his favorite platter. Went back to get it replaced. Manager just replaced the pancakes only...NOT the entire platter! Mind you, I went out of my frickin' way to drive back to the restaurant to replace the darn thing, at least out of courtesy, give me a whole new platter. One of the employees noticed and quietly asked me to grab a dessert of my choice for my son. Now THAT is customer service! He definitely was trained properly. Bless his heart. *jumbo jacks/breakfast jacks*- asked for no cheese. It even specifies on the drive-thru monitor. The teller even asked if the order looks correct. YES, thank you!! Came home with the frickin' sandwiches With Cheese!! I'm frickin' allergic to cheese!!!! I seriously am NOT driving back for that mistake. But come on!!!! Trashed them.... What upsets me is when they notice you from complaining about an order from last time (as IF it was MY fault) and continue to tamper with your meal...is absolutely ludicrous! I mean I can go on and on, where a sandwich bun was flipped backwards (no biggie) but when my son noticed that the sandwich was not properly put together, he asked "Do they not care about their customers anymore?" They are very slow , they recently hired a short temper girl there who is not able to prepare the food on time and forces the customer to go to the parking lot to wait .or asks the customers to back up their cars because her timer to serve the food on time went off.
