I placed a carry-out order today after picking up my kids from school, and unfortunately had another negative experience at this location. Sylvia was at the counter, and given our past interactions (including previous orders with missing or incorrect items), I asked for ranch packets when picking up my food. She initially gave me three packets. When I asked for more, she seemed irritated and informed me they cost $0.25 each. While my order was over $40, I agreed and asked for 10 total. During this interaction, her attitude felt dismissive and unwelcoming, which has been a recurring issue in my visits. What made the situation worse was the response from the manager, Marcos Lopez, who was present behind the register. Instead of helping resolve the situation professionally, he told me I was being an ass--in front of my children--and suggested I go elsewhere if I didn't like the service. I found this behavior unprofessional and disappointing. Customer concerns should be handled with respect, not hostility. Given the repeated issues with order accuracy and the way this interaction was handled, I believe this location would benefit from improved management and customer service training. This location is decent but there is only so much you can say about any Jacks location, this particular location gets very busy, especially late night which is a positive for me, as the food is generally fresh when it gets to your hands. I would have given them a higher rating but more often than not, they either forget part of my order or ignore specifics that I request like putting my sugar in my coffee or omitting onions from my order. All in all, i'll return because they are always my number one fast food place for an all day menu. read more

I rather just keep going to the mcdonalds around a mile or so from here than go back to jack again. Oreo shake is good but honestly bad quality control if they let a dry rice bowl leave.
