I love pavé set diamonds as my personal style and that is her specialty! I saw the Scythe bracelet on social media somewhere and had to have it. It wasn't currently on the website so I reached out to them via email and was set up with the e-commerce manager, Brooke. She sent me the info and I was able to put in an order for a custom piece, ready in 4-6 weeks. Approximately 4 weeks later it was shipped to me via Fed-Ex signature two-day delivery. It was too big, so I reached out and they sent me a 2-day return label and resized it and sent it back within 1 day of receipt with tracking info provided. Unfortunately, the size was still off, so the process was repeated, again with 1 day turnaround after item was delivered back to them. Brooke was a consummate professional, saying they would make it right for me no matter what. They did! It's beautiful. I love it. It's a stunner and matches well with another fine jewelry piece I have from Tiffany and Co. This is going to be one of my go-to shops for sure. Excellent customer service, ownership and accountability, great communication, and beautiful diamond pieces! They also recently launched a loyalty program with specials and gifts for members! We had a specific vision: a unique piece with subtle pink stones set into a hidden halo. Getting the exact color right turned out to be tricky, but instead of just settling, they worked with us and swapped out the original stones for ones that matched exactly what we were going for. That kind of patience and commitment to getting it perfect is rare. They also let us use our own diamond, which a lot of places won't do, and they built the setting around it beautifully. The finished ring came out even better than we imagined. Their prices are extremely fair too, which is extremely refreshing compared to some other shops in the area. Finally everyone in the store is fantastic and so nice. You never feel rushed or pressured, just genuinely taken care of.
