I could not be happier. I worried about my new roof being cut open to add 8 vents to my ranch home. The guy on the phone did the math with me and explained the codes and how he calculated the number of vents. This team even visited my home spent a lot of time taking pictures measuring, and looking for missing baffels in my attic soffit vents. It turned out we were missing almost everything to do it right. This proposal Engineer spent 45 minutes evaluating everything. Vaulted ceilings in 3 areas of my ranch home. I told the rep that other companies have inspected our home and stated that our walls are suitable for blown in insulation. ARC never came to visit our home - while their competitors did this as a standard account management cycle. Fast forward to this week, I was ready to sign the agreement and pay the deposit - the rep asked me to confirm the 2x4 framing. I asked him how he wanted me to do this - he suggested I drill pilot holes in each wall or pay a 3rd party to do this and that ARC was not responsible for verifying the details of our home. Not responsible for validating a critical project detail before having you customer pay thousands of dollars?! Extremely poor customer service and frankly, a lazy sales team. I am sure the crews doing the work are great, but the accounts team could use a refresh. I will work with a competitor unless ARC has employees willing to visit their prospective customers!

I reached back out to them to redo the same work because some construction work damaged the insulation they installed. This experience was completely different even though I was working with the same contact (Bill). There was nothing but broken promises from the moment I reached them. Started with call backs, continued with onsite estimate meeting and continued with the failure to ever deliver the estimate. There must have been 5 or 6 times that Bill said he would call, or show up, or provide the estimate and each time it never happened. Ultimately, he just ghosted me and stopped responding. Not only was it a headache, it actually cost me money out-of-pocket to rush delivery from another contractor to finish the job by my needed date - which Bill repeatedly claimed he would meet. Literally tried my best to give them business with repeatedly reaching out...whole experience was miserable.

Well, the contractor never showed up, did not respond to any phone calls or text. The general contractor contacted Anchor Building Solutions on Saturday morning and Mike came to our house Saturday Afternoon, gave us a price and said he could have it done on Tuesday. The Anchor crew showed up on Tuesday and did a fantastic job. We had to divide the project up into 3 phases so Anchor had to come back two more times.
