Can anyone explain to me why you have an express lane for the exterior car wash blocked for 5 minutes while there was a sales pitch going on? I am a monthly paying customer and should have been able to go straight through. There was a guy that came to my window in the same line for a windshield. I told him it was fine. Then was lied to by another guy about why the express lane was blocked. I was told, "He was being shown how to use the machine" Really!!! I don't like liars. read more

I am done with this place. I have given them almost a dozen chances since Squeeky Clean went out of business thanks to Covid. I paid for the most expensive wash today, and made it clear my truck had huge amounts of mud underneath from the rain and driving in New River. They did nothing but a basic wash and I came home to caked on mud on my tires, under my car and around the exterior. I called to complain, and was forced to leave a message that I am sure will never be returned. I basically paid for the highest car wash and got the lowest one. You guys stink! Why do they have so many bad reviews....hmmmm. Went there a year ago - got my car detailed for $200. A week later I noticed my passenger floor mat was missing. This cost $300 a set...after literally weeks of arguing about it with management...I got another detail- they even refused to pay me back after I showed them the receipt. So clearly I decided NOT to use them again...today I was desperate. Decided just to go through the drive through part and bought the full boat - $15 for tires - wax etc. Got hit up by some dude about glass fixing packages for 5 minutes - the price kept changing as I constantly said I was not interested. If I could give 0 stars I would. We brought 2 cars in today and both cars were not cleaned at all. Honda CRV we paid 50.00 total for some special they have. It was supposed to have been a little deeper clean then the ultimate wash that I wanted. OMG carpet still looked like it never was vacuumed. Windows still had my dogs nose imprint on them. The rear of the car was not even touched. Just horrible. Nissan Maxima. We paid 150! For a detail. When we went back to pick it up. OMG they tried to tell us that they waxed it. Lol. The worst customer service I have ever seen. The cashier must have woke up on the wrong side of the bed and the rest of the employees that where just standing around where clueless to the 15 people that where standing in line waiting. Two of us left our fountain drinks set on the counter and walked out. I also needed 6 bags of ice and two cases of water that I went to QT and was greeted wonderfully and they where busy also, so they had three cahiers. Might want to take lessons. Went to Jacksons today and payed $99:99 for a car wash and wax worst wash and wax I have ever seen !!!! As pictures that I have just shown, would show all the water spots on the paint but they won't show in my pictures. Unless you are just into wasting your money I would skip this place !!!!!!!! Update July 2019 After the Detail crew burned off the clear coat on my black Jaguar 2 years ago, I figured they couldn't possibly do another horrible job detailing my newer white car. Well I was wrong. When the Island sales manager said he would give me a great deal for a full detail on the white car a few months ago I took the bait. The car needed to be detailed and my wife's birthday was coming up so I paid a special discounted cost of over $100 dollars. Yesterday, I took the car in and discovered that I did not pay for a full detail because I did not specify what I wanted fully detailed. I made the stupid assumption that the word 'detail' they used meant the same as the dictionary defined it - "a precise attention to every detail" - in other words the whole car, in and out, top top bottom, as any car dealer would understand it. When the original order receipt was checked off, I made another assumption that what was checked off was to arrive at the deal cost I was promised based on my belief that they defined 'detail' the same way everyone else on the planet does. It cost me another $100.00 to get it done and it was still not a 'complete' detail. When I came to pick up the car, I noticed there were untouched/uncleaned areas on the exterior of the car. I had them re-vacuum the interior and floor mats and then I drove home. When I got home and out in the direct Sun I noticed, they hadn't even cleaned the wheels. Upon a more direct objective rather than their subjective 'detailed' look at the car, I saw even more issues and took it back. I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to correct the numerous missed/overlooked areas both in the interior and exterior of the car - and it still was not what i paid for based upon their definition. This is by far the absolute worst so called 'car detail' I have every seen having spent over 25+ years in the car business. I cannot recommend them as a place to have a vehicle "detailed' - ever! The attitude presented by the current manger was the same as 2 years ago from a different manager - it was my fault and there is nothing they can do about it. These places have gone so far south since Danny's it's unbelievable. Danny's may have been using illegals to work but at least they did a quality car washes. Now you're paying $15 for a basic wash that is absolutely terrible. There was still dirt left on the truck, the windows weren't wiped down at all and there were still bugs on the front of my truck. Aside from that the staff was very unprofessional. I was misguided to where I needed to pay for the wash and once I found the right counter I waited 10 minutes for someone to come and ask if I needed help. During my wait for my truck I witnessed another customers car being pulled out and it literally sat there for 5-10 minutes before anyone even bothered to dry it and mind you there was 4 employees there talking to each other and not one other vehicle in sight. Plan to spend your whole day here. An average detailing takes MAYBE 2/3 hours. I was here for 4 hours when they told me my car was ready. It wasn't. There was still very clearly puke (yes I threw up in my car, how horrifying) in the passenger side floor. I ended up asking if I could use some carpet cleaner and scrub it out myself. They said to wait another 30/45 minutes and they'll have it done for me. Got here at noon, leaving here at 5. I took my truck in for a oil change and provided everything for it oil, oil filter new plug. After the oil change I came back and something didn't feel right. The new plug I gave them they didn't use and I talked to the manager. He said it looked good and could be reused. The next day went out to the truck and there is oil in my drive way. Guess where? We have been going to Super Wash, but realized we are driving to far to get our cars washed. Stopped in at Jackson's and was instantly greeted by Larry, he was extremely friendly and explained all the packages and services that they provided. I too had seen the negative reviews, but I wanted to see for my self. Larry made me feel at ease, and assured me I would be taken care of. His words were truth. The service was awesome, all the employees were extremely friendly, and they are hard workers. The next day I returned with my wife's car, again Larry was there to greet me. He upgraded the wash which was generous, and thanked me for the business. We r extremely happy with our experience, and look forward to returning weekly. Do not bring your car here!!! Was going here for years while it was Danny's. They have raised there prices and lowered there service. I even went online to complain about there service and no one ever contacted me. The last 4 times I went I had to point out things they missed and there management on the line (red shirts) need to adjust there attitude. I am not going back there again. Purchased the Ultimate car wash today for 40 dollars. It came with two add ons so I got the wheel well shine and the interior disinfectant. When I went to pick up my car, the interior was still incredibly dusty and wasn't wiped down at all. It also doesn't look like they cleaned the exterior of my car well at all, as there are still marks on my windshield and the front of my car. My wheel well also was not cleaned. I'm really disappointed and asked the staff to wipe the inside down but didn't have time for them to redo my vehicle because I was going back to work. Not worth $40, I should've just done it myself. read more

Don't waste your time. If you have another option you should use it. I pay for the ultimate car wash and ask to make sure they do leather conditioner on my seats as well. My truck was just barely wiped down (as usual) and dust was still visible everywhere. You could see what parts of my seats didn't get wiped down as well. But, thought I'd go and give them another chance. They did have to have a few spots pointed out for extra scrubbing. I got a VIP wash and everything was all good. The staff dried and finished the vehicle, then called the manager over to check it over. I got a pack of coupons with $10 off washes.. nice. The location was decently busy on a Sunday, but they didn't take an unreasonable amount of time. One star off bc I did have to ask them to wipe down a few pretty obvious spots they missed on the inside of the vehicle. Worst experience at a car wash I've personally ever had. To start off I'm new to the area and this Jackson's location is within a half mile of my apartment so I was really looking forward to how convenient this would be. I pulled up stating I hadn't been there before and wanted to see their price menu. I have never had such aggressive sales tactics thrown at me for this type of service. While looking I simply stated that I just wanted to run it through their best automatic wash and then have the interior wiped down and vacuumed. The vip wash has exactly that...the guy up sold me for the cheapest wax so that's my bad I took it but then I was charged for the vip wash which should still come with the simple interior cleaning I was looking for...however after leaving I noticed I was charged a $10 upgrade to have my mats cleaned which I never asked for and were never done. They were vacuumed but hardly deep cleaned. I'll get back to the wash in a moment. Before I got out of my car a man noticed that there were some new rock chips in my windshield that happened this week. I was planning on getting the filled but didn't know this wash also did glass repair. I also didn't know this would be another aggressive sales pitch. The man talking to me about the glass insisted that this windshield needed to be replaced. I said I'd rather just get them filled in and he ignored me and walked with me inside the lounge. He called my insurance company in the lounge on speakerphone in front of other customers while Tye agent ok the phone is stating my personal information like my name and email address. It was very uncomfortable. The agent asked if the chips were larger than a dollar and I said no. At that time the salesman put the call on mute so the agent could not hear him as he stated that she was trying to cheat me and be cheap and that I shouldn't listen to her and just get the glass. The salesman was visibly irritated with my decision not to get the glass replaced and when walking are you back to the counter stated, " I wouldn't let my family drive in the car like that" to which I replied I didn't have any family here so it was fine. Now back to the wash. 45 min goes by...I look outside and don't see my car. I walk back in asking the cashier if I had been called, she looks at my receipt and gets on the walkie talkie to ask about my vehicles status. They say "we don't have one of those out here" and she says well he's standing here and has a receipt so find his car. They said it's at the finish line. I go outside and the attendants can't find my keys. After they locate them I go to get in and to my surprise the few pieces of trash I left on the passenger seat for easy pickup were left there. It also appeared that someone had very quickly wiped the dash with Armour all but no other surfaces. Debris was still everywhere in the vehicle and it clearly hadn't been at least vacuumed which was all I really wanted in the first place. Honestly I couldn't even tell if it had actually been waxed or not. So the man who appeared to be the supervisor at the "finish line" said they would redo it which is the only part of this experience that is deserving of the 1 star I have to put. After my car was vacuumed out and trash removed, it was run through the wash again and the attendants were wiping it down. One of them said to his boss we did this one already, and he explained the situation and then that attendant turned around and gave me a look glaring look like it was my fault? Totally uncalled for, aside from the two nice cashiers and the gentleman/supervised at the finish line I feel that the others I interacted with were extremely unprofessional and require some sort of customer service training. Just my personal opinion. Total time start to finish was 73 minutes and $95 later I'm completely unsatisfied. I should have asked for my money back but at that point I'd already wasted way too much time there and didn't feel like dealing with it. They should change the business name to... Excuses Car Wash! I have a truck that I get washed weekly. I've come to "accept " that when I get home I have to finish the job as they do a terrible job every time. (I actually heard one of the employees say to a lady that asked for the rocker panels to be wiped off that anything extra or beyond 15min is considered a detail) ‍ Anyways.... Now I've had it! The last 3 weeks that I've taken my truck to be washed they leave it idling the entire time (35-55 min) So I asked a "Manager" (didn't catch his name so we'll call him Crater face) why they have started doing this. I explained that my truck tracks engine idle hours and that this is not a good thing for any vehicle. Crater face said it saves them time if they keep it running. Puzzled I said really? What 2 seconds to waist my fuel? Crater face then said no it's to keep customers from taking there keys? WTF?!?!? This is a Manger? I looked at him and said what the hell do the keys have to do with my truck running for 45 minutes? Crater face said because you're truck doesn't need a key to keep it running. At this point I thought I was on a different planet. I explained that my truck won't run without the keys. Crater face then tried to tell me that it does. When He knew that he back himself into a corner and was just spewing nonsense he stormed off and said "I'll be sure to let upper management know about your complaint" A few minutes later he walked over to one of the finish line guys and said something to him and pointed at my truck. It then sat there untouched for 30 minutes while vehicle after vehicle that came out after mine drove away (6 in total) When my truck was finally done I challenged the guy Crater face talked to. He just said sorry. We're just really busy. It was a Tuesday afternoon and there were 6 cars at the finish line when my truck came out. I would give them zero stars if I could. The quality and attention to detail is far below when it was Danny's car wash. On top of that, my wife fell into the scam they are pulling on customers. She went in for a car wash, was asked if she wanted to get a detail. She didn't have time, but they convinced her to buy a prepaid detail on all of our 3 vehicles. So I called to go in and get the detail. They are booked two weeks. In the interim, I went for a car wash and they asked if I wanted a detail. I asked if they could do it the same day and they said absolutely, but not the prepaid detail. So they have time to do customers that have not paid, but not those that have. I want my money back and would drive a 100 miles or to a self car wash before I ever go back to Jackson's. read more
