Quite possibly the worst car wash in Phoenix. Do not spend your money here. They don't even touch the inside of your car, and just leave the wash tunnel water to dry on your car before doing a lazy wipe down - all in over an hours time. read more

I stopped after work this afternoon to indulge in a car wash from Jackson's Car Wash. I've been here a few times in the past and thought I'd splurge. I went with the $18.99 WORKS wash which essentially includes EVERYTHING in the BASIC works wash ( vacuum, pre-wash soak, shampoo, soft touch wash, hand towel dry, window cleaning AND tire dressing, clear coat shine, wheel cleaner and an interior car scent of your choice) Trust me when I say that by typing that out, that's a ton of stuff for less than twenty bucks, wouldn't you say? So here's how it works: You pull up to the entrance and tell the friendly gentlemen what wash package you'd like and hand them your keys. They proceed to vacuum the heck outta the interior of your vehicle and you head inside to their plush air-conditioned waiting room. After they're done vacuuming the interior and applying the fresh scent of your choice, your vehicle is staged in the wash area. It is pressure washed to get any bug guts, road tar or other junk that loves to eat away at your clearcoat. From there, your vehicle enters the car wash and it gets squeaky clean. After it exits the wash, they pull your vehicle to the end staging area where it is hand dried, high-powered air is blown out of hoses via a large compressor to assist in the drying process, the wheels are cleaned, the clear coat is shined up, the tire dressing is applied & the windows are cleaned. NOW... let me be perfectly clear here... you have purchased a car wash. This isn't a 5-minute detail service. They're not going to sit there and insure that every single water spot is off your vehicle. They aren't going to be 100% positive that there may not be a streak or two left in on your windows. Is it going to be perfect? ...probably not. And you know what? I accept that. It's a car wash. I'm not asking the gentlemen at Jackson's Car Wash to detail my truck in 5-minutes for a mere $18.99 + tax. If you've left a negative review because of this, you're essentially the problem here. It is no different than if you go to the Chevron gas station, buy a car wash and expect a full detail when your vehicle exits the air dry station from the high-powered blowers. When I get my truck washed at the gas station, I typically drive it home, finish the drying process, get all the water spots off with some Quik Detailer and with a little more elbow grease, my truck is spotless. Jackson's Car Wash does ALL of that and more and they still save you a ton of time, energy and the need to spend so much time on your car when you ultimately get it home. I'll say this for a third time: You're buying a car wash. It is not a full / complete detail service. If you want a full detail, then pay for a full detail and expect that kind of quality. You cannot expect detail quality when you're buying a car wash. Yes, there may be a water spot or two. Yes, there may be a streak on one of your windows. And oh my goodness, perhaps a bug may be left on your grille. Is it going to be perfect? ...probably not and I don't expect it to be. I think they do a darn good job for what they're paid for. It certainly beats the Chevron gas station as far as I'm concerned. I'll continue recommending Jackson's to all my friends and family. read more

To be fair, I have decided to give them another try. They have improved. We will see if the improvement continues. Well I was hoping this place would get better after Jackons took over for Danny's. But, it certainly hasn't. Quality is hit and miss every single time. I've had to have them rewash and re-vacuum multiple times. The most recent problem I've had is the armor all that they slop into the tires heavily flung off all over my freshly washed car. I brought it in a few days later and they refused to wash it again or fix it. It looked like crap 2 days after washing because of their over use of a product. Ridiculous. I have tried and tried to give these guys a chance but they aren't worth it, so I went from washing two cars here weekly to no more. Bye, bye jacksons. And to the rude ass manager who rolled his eyes at me and walked away when I was trying to find a solution to the armor all problem, get a new job because you suck at yours. read more

Phenomenal customer service. My husband accidentally left a gallon of milk in his car because he forgot to bring it in after getting groceries. Somehow it spilt on his carpet and it was the most awful smell. We did everything we possibly could to try and get it out and it was impossible. Devon and Cody detailed my husbands truck in less than an hour and got the smell out! Smells like a brand new truck. I also had my car done at the same time by Casey and Ashley and they were so friendly and helpful, treated us with amazing service. My Denali is spotless and very very very clean! Went in for an oil change and wash. This should be in their wheelhouse for service, right!? Guess not. Used to be able to drop the car and get the service done, not anymore. Now you drive the car through the wash and wait for the oil change so they can try and upsell you on everything. The wash was horrible with little to no wipe down. The dash is still dusty and there is very limited attempts to actually get your car clean. I'm never going back, save your $90 and get it done somewhere else. read more

Couldn't recommend less. Driving your own car through the car wash just to have people sitting in it at the end? Plus, washing my car before I got an oil change is ridiculous. Paying $100 for oil changes and watching someone half ass wipe down your car and not know what to do next is kinda hilarious. Mixing chemicals, bad attitudes and overpricing. They greet me with the guy harassing me for a windshield guy harassing me for an oil change guys getting ready to clean my car says we are not going to get it clean unless I pay more money as he points to the dirt in the carpet. Mind you I've already taken out the floor mats because that is another charge to get your floor mats cleaned. He says "we're only gonna wash it up to $30" what does that even mean. They usually do a half assed job cleaning it in the first place. I am canceling my monthly membership after 4 years taking my money elsewhere. read more

I work at a nearby location and decided to try Jackson's a few times. The customer service is nice but they just can't get special requests right. Windows come out with a haze all the time. I am a different car wash customer in that I prefer NO air freshener and that they DO NOT shine my dash. Two out of three times, they did exactly what I ask them not to. Last night I swung by for a wash and got into the car and it stunk like air freshener and my dashboard was covered in streaks of partial shine. Couldn't see my instruments because they also put shine over the stereo and speedometer. Had to stop and wipe it clean and open the windows open from the stench. Never again. My new car smell is gone and dash is covered in goop. They don't listen to requests. read more

I understand the whole "get what you pay for" with a $3 car wash but come on. There was a guy drying at the end of the drive thru wash just slowly wiping off random spots of water... no even the important parts. The guy at the beginning was standing there with a soapy sponge not even using it and not helping guide my truck into the tracks. No surprise this place has one star. read more

Horrible process and customer service. Zero direction on where to go or what to do. They now wash the car then do the oil change. Oil fingerprints left and greasy fender covers get it all dirty again. Been going here for many years! Today will be my last visit. I spoke with the girl behind the counter about it all all she had to say was "yeah". The service writer said "its all a stupid process now and I just work here" Seems to be zero management onsite. I really wish I could give some positive insight for this business. We are a 4 car family and after several visits by each of us, the results are not positive. After this past Sunday, June 23rd and my experience, I felt compelled to write this review. For the record, we've all used the express wash and the full service wash options available. This past weekend, I ran my vehicle through the full service wash ($19.99). When I was called over to leave, I did a walk around and saw bugs on the front, marks and spots on the hood, missed spots on the sides, you get the idea. Both myself and my husband walked over and took rags from the attendants and wet over the entire vehicle doing THEIR JOB as they and the manager watched us and argued amoungst themselves who's job it was to be doing what we were correcting for them. I'm not sure how much more obvious it could have been to the manager on duty that there were lots of spots missed and that the wash was not completed as expected. The team nor the manager addressed the issues, rather stood by and watched as we did their job that I had paid them to do. Very much looking forward to the new Cobblestone opening up just East of 19th Avenue and Happy Valley. I will gladly wipe my own car down and pay less after my families poor quality experiences at Jacksons Car Wash. read more

I came in today at 11:30 to get my car detailed because it was terrible on the inside. I had a crack in my windshield but I already made up my mind that I wasn't even going to deal with it today. and I wasn't until I had the pleasure of meeting Gino Piccino! I was literally telling him I didn't want to deal with replacing my windshield and he promised me that it would only take five minutes for the call and it literally took five minutes!! And because I had an appointment he went out and checked on my car for me and got extra hands on deck so I will be able to leave on time for my appointment! Paid 199 for I guess just the detailing of the car??? They don't do inside for that price. Not to mention the car still has water spots all over and is not done all the way. Will not be going back and will be letting everyone know not to go here. Take the extra mile and go somewhere where they will clean everything for $199. I have been going to the Jackson Car Wash location for several years. Admittedly, Every trip is not perfect. But these guys will make it right if anything gets missed. These guys work hard and as you might imagine get plenty of overly picky people that expect a detail level of clean for an express wash price. I was upset the other day, because it seemed that they were skipping my car and taking care of others that arrived after I did. I was of course upset and expressed my displeasure to management. Turns our that I walked away and out of habit had locked the car doors. Even though I was a bit of a jerk, Zachary was very gracious and went above and beyond to get my vehicle completed right away. ***UPDATE*** I was able to speak with a manager. She was very understanding and kind. She ensured I could get into another location for a "do over". I just left and the detail this time around was done in 2 hrs. It's 10x better than the last & the staff was super nice. They allowed me to check things out before I left and told me to come back if I needed anything. I worked with Jacob & Alex at the 83rd & Bell location. If there were negative stars I would have given them. I was conned into having two different cars windshields replaced in return for a year of free car washes... I never received the car washes as promised and when I attempted to get my car washed I was told that the deal is one month of carwashes and if I had purchased the window replacement then my license plates would have been in the computer! The thing that really stinks about all of this, is that most of the guys who actually clean the cars do a great job but the guy at the front is awful and so are the guys who ripped me off with the windshield replacement!! read more

Paid for VIP car wash & when car was ready I checked my seats were not wiped down front or back. Center cupholders was not wiped down. Ask the guy to please clean he took rag but didn't even get it clean. I said can i see it , took his spray & cloth and cleaned it myself. He said i had to pay for the $40 wash to clean it better? I have leather seats not hard to wipe off. Wash i received was for dash armor-all & tires & wipe off seats. After i left found my windows are all streaked. What a joke. I have been going to Jackson's for years. Their service now is so awful that I will never return to another Jackson's car wash! It started going downhill a while ago. Last time I went to 20thst/highland and they didn't even touch the inside of the car. I decided I was done with that location to today I went to Happy Valley and pretty much the same experience. The center console, speedometer window, door arm rests weren't even touched. They were clearly filthy going in. Pretty much all that was done inside is a crappy wipe of the dash and nothing else. It was a mistake to come my here for a quick car wash. Their service is absolutely the worst I've ever experienced. The guys that are selling you the wash are more interested in carry on a conversation with themselves rather than their customers. If it weren't for the glass repair guys directing things and helping there would absolutely NO service. When the Jackson Car Wash guys do decide to sell you a wash they are extremely rude, condescending and they could care less about you as a customer..... I was as completely dumbfounded by this blatant and vulgar behavior that seemed to be the norm at Jacksons Car wash. It was completely different from when this place used to be Danny's Car wash. I asked for a manager and our comes Richard. He wasn't interested in listening to me share what I had just witnessed and unfortunately had to experience and endure but rather started off our conversation defending his guys that are extremely rude and vulgar. I asked him why is he taking this unprofessional position with me he stated he had already been "cussed out" by other customers this day and he wasn't going to tolerate anyone "talking down" to himself nor to his guys.... seriously... informing management about to poor customer service their customers are receiving is considered "talking down" to them?! So I asked for the owners name and contact information. Richard stated that he was the manager and that all customer complaints would circle back to him so the complaints stop with him. Seriously... Richard then proceeded to treat me unprofessionally and I decided it was no longer worth my time to help this small business nor continue to do business with them. Yikes should have checked here first. I kid u not after I left went home and re washed my car. Dust still on my dash they didn't even wipe over it since when does a $25 wash not include the interior? Had dog slober on the side that was still there when I asked about it he said it would have to be buffed out. Really? Drool requires a detail now? The wash was broke yesterday and if I wanted a wash I was forced to buy a hand wash (double$$) thank god I didn't do that. Like it's my fault the wash broke the right thing to do would have been to hand wash for the same price. This place was so much better when it was Danny's. Never again to this place. Gave them another chance today as they are the closest car wash. Never again . $40 for a hand wash was 30 mins before car came out to be hand dried because they "forgot" about it. I had car wash on Oct. 11 2020 and ticket writer was shady and badgering me to get a membership for the deal and suggested I can cancel same month. I got membership and cancelled a week later. They still charged me membership fee in November. I cancelled again with Erica who stated would send an email confirmation which I never received. I ended up having to cancel my credit card so it would not be charged again. In addition they did not provide the upgraded service I requested and worse detail job I've ever seen.
