I'm here from out of town so I couldn't visit my usual detailer. I talked with the attendant and we agreed on a wash, wax, interior detailing with carpet shampoo and scent. When I picked the car up (had been waiting inside for them to call me but they never did. Went outside to check and they said it had been done for a while) it definitely didn't meet expectations but I had to go. Upon further inspection, there are the following shortcomings: - still have bug guts on the paint and grill - headlights still have some sort of wax or cleaned on them that was never buffed off (pic) - the running boards are now scuffed whereas they weren't when I came in. So somehow they made that worse (pic) - the pilar between the dash and roof is scuffed (pic) - none of the interior windows were cleaned (there was a large dog nose mark on the back window that was untouched) All in all, they managed to make my car dirtier than it was when I came in. Very disappointed to find out I was lied to when I purchased a prepaid detail at Christmas time. They told me I'd get an ultimate wash at purchase and another ultimate wash in the further. Well that turns out not to be true. I'll probably still come back but if they give me that malarkey again I'll make them put it in writing. I arrived at 9 am for a full detail on my car. I was quoted 2 hours. They said they would call me when it was ready. I called at 11:30 to see if it was almost done. I was told that my car had been sitting waiting because they "didn't know what to do with it." REALLY! They asked me what they were supposed to do because they couldn't find the paperwork. I told them what to do, what I paid for. It is now 2:52 pm and I'm still waiting for my car. The manager apologized and asked me if I had made an appointment. I explained to him what all happened. He gave me an apology and said that he would talk to the employees. You just lost a customer! I have a 2 1/2 stats. The manager contacted me. I took my car back. The detail was redone. Car still has bugs all over it. I recommend going elsewhere. If you need a full detailing, spend your money with a smaller, private mobile detailing company that will take pride in their work. If you just need a basic wash, going through a drive thru wash and drying yourself will leave you with a cleaner car for 1/3 the price. read more

I've been having issues with these guys for two months, each month there always something wrong with the account never auto renews. A week ago I came to do the VIP wash and the gentleman there said my account was terminated by corporate would you like to purchase another membership and I told him know I'll just go to another company. I just left this place and I have boycotted this place since last year after being hit twice while in their wash tunnel. Mgmt still has no care nor concern and neither do most of the employees for the quality of work on the cars. I paid for the Top Dog Wash specifically for the bug removal. After completing the wash tunnel, they ushered me to the dry area where I should have had the tire dressing. Didn't happen, nobody came over. I had time to check over the SUV to see if the bugs were removed and the bugs still covered the front. I had no pre-spray or anything to help remove the bugs. The guy just waved you into the tunnel. I mentioned to one of the guys in the drying area when I was waiting for the tire dressing and he said I could talk to a manager on Monday, because they were closing. Really??? Ok, so I left, with the same bugs I came in with and no tire dressing. Very sad, very, very sad. I don't think I ask for much, but this service has not improved at all. Shame on you guys. read more

My husband took my car to get detailed and waxed on Monday. Let me just say i was not happy with the car! I called to see what they could do about the poor job and they assured i could take it back and have it done right. So here i am, after taking the car, i let Gustavo know what the issue was and i felt it was a poor job for that they charge. He let me know, that the rags they used are slightly 'humid' and are not meant for wiping down the doors or dashboard. That i would need to purchase a different service to have the interior cleaned. !! Who does that. You half vacuumed my car and flipped my mats so we couldn't tell it wasn't cleaned. & you can't simply clean the center cup holders or the steering wheel.? I've been to other car washes where they charge much less & clean way better than this place. It seems like they just care about getting the cars wet and out rather than actually providing a good clean service. I get it, your numbers matter but you can't have numbers if you lose customers. There's a huge banner in front of you while pulling in and it says $15 for a VIP wash so this is what I asked for. I got to the cashier and it was $25 (the $15 was for members only). There were still footprints on the sides of my door that didn't get wiped down and the dead bugs hadn't been removed either. Why bother paying $25 for a lackluster job. I won't return. read more

Don't go here if you value your time. Had to wait an hour after they told me my car was ready. Managers here lack accountability for their operation, especially the car detailing manager who would not speak to me. Poor job as well since it took 2 and a half hours, you would never guess they cleaned my windshield. Some honest communication would have helped this situation immensely. Went to take their survey and it is a complete joke, with responses like 'the staff reminded me of pirates'. The boys that work the entry line and helped me select services were friendly and knowledgeable, but they should know that what they are selling is not what the customers are receiving. Edit: after letting my car air dry all night, i am left with huge water marks through the upholstery in my car seats! So upset with a service that cost me nearly $200. read more

My experience boils down to a good experience but with a handful of cut corners. I paid $70 for an "end of the month deal" worth $100. *My car is now very clean on the inside. *The interior has been oiled, the black plastic is shining like its brand new. *The floor mats look brand new. *The seats were shampooed and are very black again. That said, I feel like $70 in Arizona should get me very far but many corners were cut. *They didn't even clean my trunk. My trunk was organized it was very easy, they could've vacuumed it. *They oiled everything inside. Even my radio display? I had to wipe grease off the radio. *The shampoo took over 2 days to dry. Maybe they made my car seats too wet? *There were a few small things skipped over inside the car. With everything else so clean, it really stands out. *Did not receive the air freshener which is part of the package *I wasn't impressed with the window clarity. They definitely kept reusing the damp rags which ended up leaving my windows with a film. But mostly I'm upset car wash took FOREVER. I spent nearly 2 hours waiting for my car. I feel like it's a one hour job? Especially because I show up with my car pre-cleaned & pre-organized to make it even easier for them. There were always at least two people detailing constantly at all points in time - which again makes it so surprising it took so long & how many corners were cut. I can't speak for the reviews on the car wash yet because I haven't had one. However, I am so happy to say I found a mechanic shop that I can rely on. The previous shop I was taking my car to couldn't find the source of my over-heating issue. I paid over $1700 trying different things to see if they worked. After 2 months, I brought my car to Jackson's and they found the issue and had my car done in 5 hours. It still runs great. I even signed up for the $25/month membership that gets you 4 free oil changes/year, 20% off labor anytime you bring it there, free cabin air filters, and so so much more. My experience today with the manager Tanner was the absolute worse. I have been a customer of this location for years bringing my luxury truck & my daughter's custom Benz that needs to be hand washed. My services have included everything under the sun & even on their "off" days, I've continued to remain a loyal customer. I received a $50 card equivalent to a gift card. When I went to use it today after having my car gassed up, washed, wheels done, & seats conditioned, I was told I received the card in error & was unable to use it. The way Tanner handled this situation couldn't have been more unprofessional. He basically told me I was SOL. He was also very uncooperative when I asked for his name & card. Working in corporate myself, I know how to handle such situations & instead of dealing with an unprofessional, I will take the appropriate measures. A customer should not be at fault for a $50 credit given in error. Nor should a customer be treated so unprofessional. I will NEVER take my vehicles to ANY Jackson location again. $50 has just cost them a loss waaaaaaay beyond $50. 10/22/18 Sir, I went in August for a chip repair NOT a windshield replacement, which is where the confusion starts. Since I DID NOT get my windshield replaced, I'm not understanding why I was given such a card AND my insurance company was not called when I was there this past Friday. I don't know what is wrong with businesses today. Jackson's had several employees not wearing masks or wearing them around their chin. One employee was even driving cars without a mask. WTF. They clearly aren't taking safety seriously. I had to ask person that took my order to personally take care of my car while wearing his mask properly. Paid 218 dollars plus a 30 dollar tip for the car to honestly look worse in some areas compared to when I dropped it off. Upon arrival none of the wax on the passenger side had been removed and while nice, the attendant had to come back for all of the plastic. There were noticeable stains all over the leather seats in the back, hair was still not vacuumed out of the front seat. Marks all over the car in areas that had not been touched. Mind you my car was purchased in March and comes from kid free, pet free daily use. This car was not particularly dirty when dropped off. Moving out of state and did not want to eat the prepaid money. 6 hours of my car sitting at this car wash and this is the results. I highly recommend looking elsewhere before considering this place. They ARE NOT customer service focused, they want to sell you on anything and everything to benefit their bottom line. As soon as you pull up you are bombarded with salesmen trying to sell you on an oil change, car detailing, and new windshield. I was dumb enough to allow the glass technician to look into replacing my windshield - which had a tiny chip (the size of 1/8 of a pencil eraser) on the upper left hand driver side. After calling my insurance and waiting 15 minutes, they told me that I wasn't covered for a full replacement, but that I was covered for a repair. The technician told me to say yes to the insurance agent (without explaining the consequences.) In hindsight, I realized that It was clear the technician would receive a commission for the sale. The technician said it would be an easy 5 minute job. Again, not once did he say anything about the risk involved. 5 minutes later the tech calls me over and I see my small chip has turned into a large 9 inch crack. The technician said that this is something that happens when the chip is close to the frame of the car and that he should have told me prior to repairing... admitting to his mistake. After doing some research online, it says that you should NOT try to repair any chips or cracks close to the frame of the car due to the high risk of cracking. If I would have known this was a possibility, I would absolutely not have moved forward with the repair. Now here I am needing a completely new windshield. The tech said he felt bad and tried to call around for pricing on the windshield, which was upward of $650. I specifically told the technician before hand that I did not want to pay for a brand new windshield. The tech gave me his card and said that he would take care of my next 5 windshield repairs... how is that helpful when I need a brand new windshield? How can I trust you if you didn't tell me about the repair process and risks? The GM and regional manager called and apologized and offered a windshield repair for $275. They didn't take fault and said that the windshield would have cracked regardless. I've had many cars... and have lived in many places... never have I seen a tiny chip turn into a 9 inch crack overnight. I appreciate the low ball offer but in this case, the integrity and professionalism was completely off and I can positively say that I will never visit this organization again. Update: I want to thank Rex the owner of the glass company ( Safepro Glass) that works with Jacksons Car Wash. After seeing this review he personally called me (more than once as I missed his first call) to apologize and offered to replace the windshield without payment. One day later, his team came to my house and replaced my windshield in about 30 minutes. Talk about great customer service. Thank you to Rex and his team!! Your good did has not gone unnoticed and I will refer you to all those looking for a new windshield. read more

I've had bad experiences here over the last 20 years. ( used to be a Danny's Family Car wash). I've given them a bad review in the past too. Every few years I give them another chance and I'm always disappointed. I gave them 3 cars to PROOVE themselves. First I had them do a car wash on my daughters car and shampoo the carpet's. She is trying to sell her car and wanted it to look nice. At the same time I had them do a VIP wash on my husband's car. They sold me a "deal" for $150 to do everything and a detail on my car for another day. Communication breakdown to start. We waited outside where both cars were being dried. They pulled away to and I assumed was to clean the carpets in my daughters car. I waited and waited and waited and waited. I finally got up to go walk around and noticed your car was parked at a gas pump. And to find out they were only calling out cars that were ready inside the store and not outside. I returned home and found my daughters car still had bird droppings on it. Our fault for not checking. The next day, I open the trunk on my husband's car. Didn't even vacuum it! I returned two days later with my car and at the same very good salesman know that I was very disappointed in the other two cars. I am turning in my car as the lease is up so I wanted my car to be perfect with the detail he told me. He told me it would definitely be perfect but they would need to keep it until 6 PM to make sure it was perfect. I set my Tesla into valet mode... sure enough the car was " ready" at 3:30, not 5:59 as he suggested. Btw, he kept talking on both visits about how he's never driven a Tesla only seen videos. I had my suspicion and that is why I put it into Valet mode. On inspection there was dirt still running down 3 areas in trunk, the seats had not been wiped down, doors dirty. This place is terrible. Made an appt to get my car detailed. Told it would be 2 hrs. then it was 3 hrs- then 4- finally after 4.5 hrs I was done! Plus I was not happy! Spots all over my windshield and more! All I got was 3 free full washes and another freewash with my mats and seats included. They gave me more and more as time progressed. So I'm here again getting my car washed and mats and seats cleaned. Quoted 35 mins. I knew that was a joke. It's been 90 mins and my car has only been washed. They only have one guy working on this! I just wash my car today, customer service is bad, the employees have bad attitudes and they like arguing with the customers. They put your car last, if you don't agree with their bad customer service. I told them their corporate office need to teach them customer service. The management team is very unprofessional, some of them look and act like gang members, not a safe feeling. I go first thing in the morning, they were a little busy so not a big deal. I purchased the VIP package. Someone tried selling me to get my windshield, also not a big deal. When I get my car there are still crumbs in the middle console, none of my doors are in the inside were wiped down, the top of the windows weren't wiped, the door to my drunk had water spots everywhere, and my rear view mirror was still dirty. The young man said wiping the inside of my doors is not apart of the VIP package. Like huh?! That's basic. I take it back around to get vacuumed out and the guy straight up said wow it doesn't look like it was even vacuumed. I left a $10 tip electronically, don't do that, don't even come here. OMG every time I come in my car comes out dirty. No matter how many times I speak to a manager or pay the extra money for the ultimate wash it's unacceptable. For a while I was like oh they are busy it's hot out and making excuses for my disappointment. But this is it I canceled my monthly pass and am done. There were four whole cars here and they still could t get it right. The one guys whipped my wheels and with the same rah whipped my interior leather. I was flat out LIED to by the sales person - totally oversold and ripped off! I was sold a complete car detail, inside and out. I was told the exterior would look 90-100% better. I was told it would be ready in 2.5 hours and that they'd call me when it was done. I was charged $300 for it. 5.5 hours went by with no call. When I called they had already closed. When I called in the morning, they said my car wasn't done yet and it would take another 20 minutes. They also said they lost my number and couldn't call. When I got there 30 minutes later, the car still wasn't done, and when it finally was another 15 minutes later, it was NOT 90-100% better. It was maybe 50-60% better. Plus now they said they called and left a message, but they absolutely did not. That was a lie. It was all a lie! I've never felt so scammed, lied to and swindled out of my time and money as I feel right now. NEVER go to this place! read more
