Literally the only reason I go to this car wash anymore is because it is down the street from me. They used to do a really good and thorough job, but after taking my new Jeep there recently I was very disappointed. Not only did the person who first spoke to me somewhat relentlessly try to upsell me, but he also kept me engaged in a very awkward and personal conversation for several minutes. He then upgraded me to the VIP package for no charge, which I was initially grateful for until I discovered how sloppy the job was actually done on the interior. Streaks on the mirrors, uneven polish on the leather, uneven polish on the doors, etc. I realize this is a very busy place and I have certainly been to worse carwashes, but for what you pay and the effort they make to upsell you they could do a better job and stop trying to constantly make you pay more for a service that uktkmatl worth it. I plan to try Lindstrom's. We need Los Olivas back!! Update 12/14/19: Well, I'm sad to say that after coming here all this while later I am no more impressed than I was the initial time. I paid over $25 for a car wash and I'm now going to the drive-through car wash to redo it myself correctly. Interior dressing was sloppily applied and seeping into my speakers, tires were not dressed and wheels were still covered with dust and dirt, lint all over the windows on the inside. I needed a good full car wash & buff out 2 spots. The gentleman talked me into a whole car polish and an ultimate package for $85. Pros- got my 2 spots buffed and tires looked good. Cons - did not wipe anything on the dash, did not clean the inside of two windows, did not vacuum the back of my SUV at all, did not vacuum nor wipe the console, interior of door, bugs still on the head lights and mirrors. This is the most horrific location. Staff is shady and slow. The vultures selling oil changes and windshield repairs are relentless and annoying. I've tried this location twice out of necessity and I will never come back. The location way out on Bell road west of the 101 is light years better. I am thoroughly disappointed in this car wash and will likely not return, despite the free express wash that is included with the Works. I went to Jackson's this week with the main objective to have a thorough vacuuming as my back glass had shattered and I wanted to make sure there was no remaining glass in the car. I explained this at the onset, and I thought I was understood. This was in between two different salesmen trying to get me to buy add-on services, monthly plans, glass repair, etc. I graciously declined the first gentleman's offers and tried to be patient with the 2nd gentleman. So, I went on my way and in short order, my car had been vacuumed and washed. Or so I thought.... fortunately, I made a stop a short distance away and noticed that the vacuuming was subpar at best. The mats had clearly not been removed and the mats themselves looked half vacuumed. The inside was poorly done also so I turned around and went back. They offered to re-vacuum my car which I accepted. I moved the seats back so they would remove the mats. Meanwhile, I pointed out the dirt that hadn't been wiped off the chairs and dash, etc. I was informed that this service isn't provided in the Works and he pointed to the sign. So, my miss...but it is definitely not spelled out that the interior is not cleaned or even wiped down for that matter. For $20 I guess I just expected a wipe down inside. Paid $40 for the VIP wash and paid an extra $10 for the mats to be washed. Which is not to bad if they were going to take really great care of my truckand leave it spotless clean. I trusted them. Waited a good 50 minutes when they had said it would only take 30 minutes. Not a big deal, but NO ONE told us our car was ready. We had to ask to see how much longer and they end up telling us our truck had been ready. Okay, great thanks for the heads up and could have left 20 mins ago or so! So by the the time, we got to our truck, it looked completely WORSE than when I brought it in!!!!!!! Our carpets looked like it was never vacuumed!! Our dashboard was dusty!? My mom Maria took her car to be serviced for the transmission oil on the recommendation of the mechanics there and they damaged her transmission. After many conversations and trips to this location, they ended up lying to get out of this legal mess. We had to take the car to the dealer, where they fixed their mess and charged us $8,000 out of pocket. The representative of this company, Scott, lied to get out of fixing the damages. This place is horrible! They are pushy and rude. I went to have my car washed on January 9th. I was pressured into buying a three month -wash as often as you like- carwash and was told that after the payment that day, I wouldn't be charged for 90 days and it would only be $10 a month. I could call and cancel anytime before the 90 days. I hadn't even been there a second time when I was charged again for the monthly fee. When I called and asked for it to be refunded and cancel membership, the person that answered the phone said he could cancel the membership but I wouldn't get a refund. When I asked to speak to the manager, he told me no, I couldn't speak to the manager- he refused to let me speak to the manager. After the 4th time, I requested with urgency to speak to the manager, he sounded annoyed and said that I'd have to wait. He placed me on hold for what seemed like 5 minutes or so and then hung up on me. When I called back they didn't answer the phone. I wouldn't go back to this place and I would hope they get some sort of education on how to treat people. A little side note, I had to wait longer than I should have for a carwash and I had to request they wipe the writing off that they write on the windows. read more

Just got my car detailed. I told them I was going across the street to wait so to call me. I waited for 3.5 hours and finally went over myself. My car had been done for 2 hours and they never called. I then had to wander around trying to figure out who had my key. They messed up my oil change and I had to wait longer. I specifically asked them to remove a scuff on my hood and they didn't. Finally got in my car to leave and noticed some of my belongings were missing and not in the bag they give. I never got it back. They all just blamed other people. What a waste of time and money!!! Have paid the unlimited monthly "works" wash fee for almost six months and have watched a steady decline in overall quality the past couple of months. My last visit on 3/6 yielded an absolute pathetic attempt in a car wash in spite of me almost begging them to simply to a good job. The Service Writer was attentive and happily wrote my request to dry off the vehicle good and dust the interior well as they had all but skipped it the past two visits. I was sitting on the bench's in the covered area when my car was pulled up in the closest lane and when an employee came to start finishing the vehicle he read the note on the window and smirked and mumbled "whatever" (young kid with the thick beard) Needless to say it was an overall substandard job with greasy, streaked windows, dirty spots on the exterior and when I mentioned they had again missed the bar on dusting out the vehicle, their supervisor just stared thru me as if I wasn't even present. I went over to the Service Writers and explained the issue and of course they were apologetic and offered to get the manager. I politely declined and explained that all I wanted was just what I'm paying for. Nothing more and I'd have to move on in search of another place. One would think with the vast majority of car washes being substandard that they would want to keep their quality stable as it was in the past but volume equals $$$$$ so I guess the quality had to be sacrificed. Not looking to bash Jackson's but rather warn people to be cautious as quality isn't their goal. It's all about getting the highest amount of revenue from each customer for the very least amount of time spent per vehicle. Loyal customers are clearly secondary. I took my wife's 4Runner in for a complete interior and exterior detail on Sunday, February 27. When I arrived to pick her 4Runner up, there was a significant dent on the vehicle's driver's side. I know that Jackson's Car Wash caused the dent because the person detailing the 4Runner asked me if there were any scratches or areas I wanted him to focus on while he detailed the car. So I did a walk around, and there was nothing of concern, let alone a significant dent in the side of the vehicle. I reported the damage to the manager, and he took my information, said he would watch the video, and get right back to me. I called Jackson's Car Wash today since I had not heard from them about the damage to my wife's car. They said they did not see anything on the video, and it must have come in that way. I knew they would not take responsibility for the damage. I don't feel good writing this review; I am not a "Ken," but I want people to know how I was treated. Something like this could happen to you. Bottom line... Don't use this car wash! read more

All of my reviews on yelp are fair, in general I am probably a bit generous. My one star rating of Jackson's car wash is quite generous, if I could give them a negative star rating I would based on my experience today. I went to Jackson's to get an oil change and wash as part of their monsoon special which is advertised prominently on their website, in promotional emails, and displayed on every single door and gas pump of their facility. I arrived at 9:00am and was initially greeted by a member of the team named Philip who was attempting to get me to purchase a vehicle detailing package. I respectfully declined and explained to him which service I wanted. He walked away without saying anything. The next person to approach me was named Herschel. I explained that I wanted the $19.99 monsoon oil change and car wash special. Herschel began writing information down and asked me to pop the hood which I did. He came back and asked me to sign a piece of paper and told me that I needed the $69.99 oil change which would come with a wash and that he would knock $10 off of that price for me. I respectfully told him that that was not the package I was interested in and went back to my original request. Herschel indicated that there was no such special "ok $19.99 - no wash- drop oil, fill with standard oil and rest light- no checking fluids, tire pressure- nothing else- and NO wash!". I was shocked. I proceeded to show him their website and an email which clearly advertised the special I came in for. He replied "ok. But you get a voucher and drive thru the wash yourself" and walked off. I was dumbfounded by this entire experience. As I walked into the building I could see prominently displayed on the entrance and exit to the building that they had advertisements posted for the special. The Oil change was completed quickly and within the 15 minutes that they advertise for an express oil change. The technician who completed the oil change was named Scott, he was courteous. He provided the paperwork to the cashier, Grace, Who was also courteous but did not know how to ring up the special. This process took almost as long as the oil change. Eventually I paid my bill and got a paper voucher for a free car wash. I proceeded to my vehicle and went to the designated area for the express washes. I entered the numeric code for the wash four times without any luck. I pressed the call attendant button and eventually Herschel came over and said "what do you need". I explained to him that I was entering the code but the system was not working. He entered the code himself twice with the same result. He walked away saying something under his breath. The next person to approach me was Philip "what's the problem " I explained again and he proceeds to enter the code with no luck as well. He then tells me he needs to go get a key and that they have no control over that part of the car wash. Odd because there are six of them standing right there but nobody can figure out how to get this automated machine to work. By this time there are three cars behind me waiting. Philip then tosses The wash ticket back at me and walks away as the ticket falls to the ground outside my vehicle. I exit my vehicle and have to get on my hands and knees to look under my car to try and retrieve the wash ticket which somehow had blown away. After a few minutes another gentleman whose name I did not get walked over turn the key and I was able to proceed through the automatic carwash. The wash itself is substandard and as you exit through the express car wash Lane an awning that covers the area drips water on your car defeating the whole purpose of washing your car. The entire process took 54 minutes. I was treated extremely rudely and left with a substandard wash. This location used to be a Danny's car wash. Since it has changed to Jackson's the washes them self, the staff, the service, prices, basically everything has gone downhill. I will never spend another dime at Jacksons car wash. read more

I had my car detailed at the Nothsight Blvd location and they caused $620 in damages to our vehicle. During the work they flooded the engine with a hose, burning out the traction coil and causing damage to the surrounding area. An employee admitted that they saw the warning lights come on after detailing the engine, reported it to the Jacksons Car Wash team, and then continued work without notifying us. The vehicle was barely able to leave the carwash and it had to be driven directly to a Pepboys because the mechanic at the car wash was unavailable to look at it. We have been working with Patrick, the assistant manager, for a few weeks now and have not received any support. Patrick's manager, Curtis, stated that he was not informed of the incident until we contacted him directly 4 days after the incident. On 5/22/2021, Patrick informed us that he did not report it until 5 days ago. We have tried to work with this location and they have done nothing but deflect responsibility. For it to be dirtier in appearance that before I even had it cleaned...that is a problem. Today was the last straw when they signed me up for a subscription for monthly express car washes without my permission. I came in for an express wash, hoping not to come into contact with people (COVID), and their worker immediately came up to me to up sell me. Her mask was below her nose. She lied during the up sell, and did not tell me she was signing me up for a subscription. In past visits, I've paid for things I didn't get (e.g., leather conditioning never applied); waited about 90 minutes for my car to get finished because they failed to run my car through the wash right away even though they were not busy; charged for air filters I didn't ask for during an oil change. Took my new car (2 months) in for a wash on Sunday. When it was done I noticed a lite scratch on the passenger door. I pointed it out and Jason (manager) offered to take care of it on the spot. I did not have the time at the moment and he told me to come back when I was ready. I pulled up this morning and Jason greeted me by name, this guy has a lot of energy, and got me right into the detail shop. 10 minutes later the scratch is gone and I'm out the door. I don't write bad Yelp reviews, but when I do it's because I've brought my issue up to the staff and they did nothing about it or we're rude to me. I got my car washed at Jackson's and sprung for the VIP wash ($25). When I got home I noticed the console was not wiped out and the hood still had spots on it. The inside of my car wasn't very dirty when I took it in so I'm not sure how they missed the stuff in my cup holders. I took it back the next morning and they were very rude to me as if I was inconveniencing them. After they vacuumed the car out for the second time, they didn't get the stuff they missed the first day. I showed one of the attendants and she finally saw what I was upset about. I understand that mistakes happen but the lack of care will make me not come back to this place. read more

This business is dishonest. Brought my old 2001 4Runner in for a wash, and got talked into getting it detailed with a buy one get one free detail deal. They assured me I could use the other detail on my husband's newer, nicer car, made sure to write his name on the receipt since I didn't know his plate number, etc. To my shock, when it came time to use the 'free' detail they claimed that wasn't the special and 'nobody' would ever offer that. I had my receipt with me! They wouldn't honor it and claimed it was filled out wrong. Manager 'Tanner' shrugged his shoulders and said 'this is a he said she said'. Do not bring your car here!! Rude, arrogant, and totally unscrupulous. These upsell guys will literally say ANYTHING, including lying, to get a sale. Then management backs them up. The 1 star rating is accurate here. Asking me if I wanted vacuuming and add this on and that on. I kept saying no I just want a car wash because I'm in a hurry to get back to work. He kept pushing me and even made fun of my car saying "are you sure you don't want me to clean that? Geez". I said no probably 8 times then I finally got my car washed. No one told me my car was done so I'm not sure how long it took...maybe 30 minutes. The price for simple simple wash was $15. Overall okay. Terrible experience here from start to finish. They gave me the wrong type of oil change, and if that wasn't enough, the car wash I got after, didn't even clean the outside of my car fully! Firstly, the car tech wrote me up a ticket for the wrong type of oil change. I came in with a coupon for an EXPRESS change, told him, and he disregarded, wrote up FULL SERVICE CHANGE, and shoo'ed me inside saying "show your coupon to the cashier they will take care of you". When it came time to pay, the cashiers were equally as confused. Thank goodness Kimberly and Claire were there. They were the only two positive things to come out of my visit. They were extremely accommodating and fixed the problem for me. While the rest of the staff was unreliable and rude, these two cashiers took their time with me and we even laughed together. After this, if screwing up my oil change wasn't enough, after the wash my car was still dirty! Dirty exterior, windows not dried fully. Very upsetting experience. Not coming here ever again.
