    So where to start. The pictures here speak for themselves. So they only loaded the truck, I drove it across country and on the other side the unloaders could not believe how poorly it was loaded. Something as simple as stacking carboard boxes on top of heavy duty bins was missed. (see photos) They put my $60 target stools upside down so the legs were facing upwards and then put my chairs upholstery side down on those legs... they did this for BOTH of my living room chairs... (see photo) They HAD TRIED to put a mini fridge full on the inside on top of a crate and barrel wooden console with tiny thin legs. I made them NOT do that - much to their chagrin - while they walked all over it inside the truck. They ruined approximately $2000 worth of furniture. All in all - I lost more in damages than the loading even cost, got no help afterwards and I am lucky that I escaped with the damage I had - it could have easily been 2x-3x the amount had I let them stack the fridge on top of the other stuff. Probably assumed I went away, but - heres your yelp review.

    Be ware! I used Jackson moving on 5/6 for a move from Austin to Houston which resulted in some damages to my belongings. I've used Jackson before so I was fairly disappointed with the experience this time. The crew was late starting the job. They seemed to make up the time and the truck was loaded fast until we got to the refrigerator. They didn't have the right tools and so we had to sit and wait for 30 minutes. The crew arrived at the Houston property at approximately 5:30pm and did not finish until approximately 10:30pm. During unloading, several issues occurred. First, I was told that none of my appliances could be moved in. I said that was unacceptable and inquired why they couldn't take the door off. I was told that they couldn't figure out how to take it off. They had been trying and had removed some pieces of the door but weren't able to figure it out. My sister inspected and noted that they basically had damaged the door and stripped the screws for no reason. They should have removed it from the other side and she helped them remove it. Second, I was told that they were unable to move the refrigerator in because they couldn't figure out how to get the doors off. Again, my sister got on the truck and showed them how to remove the doors. It took the crew 2 hours to remove the doors and put them back on. There are pieces of the door and refrigerator that were just laying on the floor after they left. The middle drawer of the refrigerator no longer works. The door frame is damaged. Third, I'm not sure why, But all of the furniture was unwrapped on the truck so most was scratched and ripped bringing in inside. Fourth and final, no boxes were taken upstairs. My sister and I had to help move boxes off the truck and had to take them upsatairs. At this point, I'm wondering why I even hired movers when I had to do a great deal of the moving myself. I've attached pictures of the damages. I contacted the owner who was condescending and rude. He offered 0.60$ per pound of what was damaged. $50 on a 500 pound refrigerator isn't going to pay for a fraction of the cost.

    Based on my experience I would not recommend this company for moves. Took them 7 hours to complete a 1 bedroom apartment move 10 miles and in the process, they damaged several items including damage to my old apartment (luckily not being charged for that). I've moved across the state of Texas for cheaper than what I payed for this in city move. Reckless and slow.

    TLDR: Easily the best moving experience I've ever had. Milton and his crew handled a move involving multiple stories and items without inflicting so much as a scratch on anything! I can't say enough good things about Jackson's, and a BIG thank-you to all the Yelpers on here for turning me on to them. Milton and company were pros, obviously they knew how to handle even the heaviest items and came in on time and budget for us. On top of that, his team looked like they were having fun! How is that even possible when moving furniture in 100 degree heat??? My guess is that they have freaky furniture moving super-powers given to them by the Sorceress Supreme or radioactive spider bites. If at all possible, I'm using Jackson's again the next time I move. Massive thumbs-up.

    On 30 April I messages Jackson's Moving and Delivery to see if they had availability for 1 May. Being last minute, I thought they wouldn't but they did. The afternoon of 1 May, Ray and Milton arrive to help unload a Uhaul. Ray and Milton unloaded the Uhaul like there was no tomorrow! Not only did they unload the vehicle and go up three flights of stairs, but they also put the appliances and furniture in the rooms that they belong in. Both gentlemen were very kind, helpful and respectful. I would highly recommend this company and if I need them in the future, I will definitely use this company again!

    These guys are great! Kaleb and Mojo were the best movers I've ever used. They were friendly, professional, fast, and incredibly talented.

Management was very friendly and communicative, by phone and text, before and during the move, checking in with me, and ensuring I had their direct contact information, at all times. It seemed everyone I spoke with, texted with, and met with were experienced service and moving professionals, who take pride in their work, and their customers' experience. I received estimates from many companies, having had difficulty reaching my usual movers, and seeing that their pricing was no longer competitive. All My Sons was by far the best value, the most transparent, efficient, experienced, equipped, organized and most communicative... both prior to and during the move. I usually don't leave reviews, as many satisfied customers in many service industries fail to do, but I wanted to ensure that they all receive the acknowledgement and accolades they deserve for going above and beyond. I would specifically recommend you inquire regarding Daniel & Devonte's availability for a future move. They're an excellent team, and said they've worked together for some time. It shows!

The representative told me they had availability on Friday but said they couldn't confirm a time. I politely explained that I would need the move to be at least in the morning and asked if that was possible. Instead of helping or clarifying, the representative responded rudely and repeated that they "don't have a time." I calmly said that if it couldn't be early in the morning, then no worries. At that point, she abruptly hung up on me. Hanging up on a potential customer who is being polite is extremely unprofessional. Based on this interaction alone, I would not recommend this company.
