His team arrived several days later right on schedule and efficiently removed two mature sycamore trees (35 years old!) and left the yard cleaner than it started. They came back the next day to plant two replacement trees that Jay picked out from the nursery per my specifications, re-grade the yard, and put down new turf. While aligning the sprinklers, Jay's crew found damage left behind by previous workmen laying down pavers. I hired Jae's tree service because one of the large trees on my rental property had bugs. I called and spoke with Jae he offered to go to the property the following day for an estimate. He arrived as promised and recommended for the tree to be trimmed and sprayed, he also informed me that he had a cancellation that day and asked if I would like to do the recommended services that day. I met Jae and his crew under unusual circumstances. Our cat went missing and someone called from a "missing cat" sign we put up. We found our cat stuck in a tree 40 feet up. He had been there for 4 days and was obviously in distress. I called Animal Control and other city agencies for help and no one would help. We hired Jae to remove one large tree from our front yard and two smaller trees from our back yard. The front yard tree had roots growing above the ground. We had those removed, as well as had the stump grinded. Jay called a couple of days before we had the job scheduled and advised they could come early; they did so that afternoon and had the job done on all three trees in a little over one day in total. The weather on these days was unbearably hot, and the crew barely took any breaks. I was greatly impressed by their work ethic. They cleaned up exceedingly well. We have a picket fence around our front yard. A couple of sections came loose with falling tree branches. Jay's associate Victor took care of the fence and also applied root poison on the one backyard stump where it was not practical to grind. Called them first for an appointment to get an estimate and they came within the stated time frame which was a window of one hour. Jae came by and looked around and gave a very fair quote. Accepted it right on the spot. And him and his team were ready to do the work the very same day. The entire team were nice, friendly and easy to communicate with and did the job fast and professionally. They were mindful of the sprinklers and the sprinklers in my yard are bothersome and can be easily broken because they stick out of the ground. Not a single sprinkler got broken.
