It's definitely NOT bumper to bumper as they claim and if you cancel within the 30 days it will take 3 months to get your money refunded-I recommend disputing the charge directly with your bank and, if possible, show your bank proof that what the warranty claims it will cover-isn't actually being covered. Also, this place won't even fill up your gas tank when you buy a used car. Lol. Cheap dealership. They upsell everything. Not straightforward at all. The service dept is the worst of any dealer I have ever dealt with. They do certain work. Happy with my car. Washington B was super great. Finance Manager not so great. He gave me *verbal and written* permission to change my mind within 72 hours on the extended warranty. When I decided against it he would not return my emails or texts. Luckily I'm already canceling it directly from the service provider. But highly unethical to simply ghost your customer because they chose against a warranty. I understand it's a business that needs to make money but he gives car salesmen a bad name. read more

I needed to return my F Type. This was the dealership I leased from so I called them. The receptionist told me to call back 5-7 days before ending date. So I called them later. Whoever was responding to my request to bring the car back, was rude and told me that I needed to call the bank??? The bank??? Anyway, I called the bank and the bank was confused too. I finally called Cerritos Jaguar. They told me to bring the car, and the whole return process took me less than 30 minutes. I recommend, ladies and gentlemen, to avoid Anaheim Hills Jaguar. I had a thoroughly wonderful experience buying my used F Type at this dealership. The car was in great shape when I picked it up and no one the wiser would have been able to tell that it wasn't new. Greg Suzuki was honest and transparent and made sure my comments and concerns were taken care of with the Service department. I considered using Carmax, Carvana, Craigslist, etc.., but I decided to go with Greg because the price was very competitive, he found a car that met most of my desires, and the Jaguar Certified Pre Owned program assured me that my car was prepared using Jaguar OEM and the original warranty (+ 1 year added) was still intact (giving me some peace of mind). Getting service at Anaheim Jaguar is beyond a miracle. I am having an issue with my driver's side mirror. You can't get an appointment until after mid-year. I called the Service department and never got a call back. Finally went through Chat and someone called me back but then I called her and the process started over again. Got a call back last night and the gentleman on the phone, acted like I was bothering him. He never identified himself. I had to ask if he was calling about my car. I told him the problem and he responded like I was a stupid woman. I AM NOT. I ended up taking care of the issue myself, (hopefully the warranty is still intact). This review is for the service department . The sales and leasing department did a great job ( of course ) but, Now that I need my car serviced it terrible. I have called and left messages for the service department ( now my 3rd message left today) beginning about 10 days ago to get my vehicle serviced. There is not much to say except that I am still waiting for a call back. The last time my car was serviced they had it forever for a minor fix which left me in a crap rental car for 10 days. So I guess that this is how it's going to go. You always hope that once you get your vehicle that you will also get at least good or satisfactory service experience from the service department but that's just not going to happen so know that when you buy or lease ( in my case ) a car. I was notified they have "a change in policy". When I bought my Jaguar in July 2016 at another dealer, in was assured in writing that I would get a loaner car at no charge at any dealer, if I needed service. Anaheim Hills Jaguar states they have a change in policy and will no longer honor this promise. I would think twice if you are considering purchasing a Jaguar. So I went to lease the new XE that had a lease special for this month. I can't express how rude the sales person was! He initially told me the deal is no longer available then I showed him on his website that it was. Then I wanted the black on black and after I drove, he told me it's not available anymore. I settled for another car then he gave me a deal that is nothing like what's shown on their website! And he told me that's what we have. I had to walk out on him and I got my car from the West Hollywood dealer. Much nicer people and made it very easy to complete the process! I wouldn't recommend going there. read more

Very poor experience with the service staff at this dealership. They were very rude and gave plenty of attitude -- not the type of experience I was expecting when I bought my Jaguar. To make matters worse, after giving a negative response to the online survey they sent me, the service staff changed my contact information, which hardly seems coincidental.
