My car died last week and my husband and myself visited Honolulu Jaguar over the weekend to start my new car search. I intended to test drive a Jag (my dream car) and then move on to look at more sensible cars in more showrooms and dealers. Well Sergio greeted us, showed us around, listened to what we wanted, brought us out for a test drive in the Jag I choose. Then negotiated and worked with his manager until we came to a price I was comfortable with and lo & behold I drove home that night in the car of my dreams, except it wasn't a dream, it's Reality. What a fabulous experience. Sergio is Awesome. But not only that, because parked right behind my beautiful red Jag was a car my husband had been debating for months, trying this decide between 2 door 4 door, color and model. After a test drive and some more Sergio magic we came back Monday to pickup my husbands 4 door Jeep Rubicon beauty. We are both very happy and highly recommend Honolulu Jaguar. As we said Sergio was the best, no high powered sales pitch. Just a genuine desire to help you find the perfect fit for your desire and budget. Plus, all the staff and management were friendly, efficient and very professional especially JP as he sealed our deal. The showroom is so nice that at first it worries you thinking prices must be high to cover the overhead but we found the prices to be fair and we received a great deal purchasing two cars. I usually have good things to say about the service department but not this time! I serviced my Range Rover and had some updates at it which caused my car to drive differently. When the car accelerates the RPMs wrap up higher than they should. So I made an appointment to bring it back and have it checked out. The service department acted like there was nothing wrong but still kept my car overnight. Two days later I was able to have my car back with no changes made by the service department. Oh wait except for that use my gas and did not put it back to the way they found it. The problem still exist so they didn't fix anything and since they drove the car to diagnose this no problem issue it's my problem to fill back up the gas tank. Piss poor service, a waste of my time, and a use of my gas!! read more

One star is extremely generous. This dealership has been dishonest and extraordinarily lazy in dealing with the repair of our car. They have an overt lack of customer service. Each time we call, there is some excuse about something else that has come up. I completely agree with everyone else's negative review in that the mechanics are just incompetent. I took auto mechanics 101 in college and know more than any of them. They are running a racket- plain and simple. They are crooks and they assume that if you are their clientele you must have expendable income and time. They have lost customers as we can't wait for the return of our car in order to get rid of it to someone who doesn't care about a lazy, rude dealership. read more

Jaguar has horrible phone service! I tried calling on Memorial day and their website said they would be open at 9am. I tried calling at 9:30am and no one answered their phone line and after a while (like 10 plus minutes) of holding, the line hangs up on you. This is very annoying, especially when you have a service emergency with your Jaguar. It has been 30 min. and I cannot get a hold of anyone in any department, service, parts, sales or operator. The automatic system hung up on me a total of 9 times so far. I am going to sell my Jaguar so I never have to return! read more

I have to admit that the Jaguar of Honolulu service department has upped their game. They always had honolulu's best coffee and pastries in the waiting lounge and their service is reaching that level as well. It's easy to get a next day appointment and the service advisor already knows who you are and your reason for coming in when you arrive. I had a reception problem with my radio and she had the technician take a ride with me to verify the problem I was experiencing. In town, the reception problem was minimal, but as soon as he heard it, he said we could go back. They got me a rental car right away and took the car in. That afternoon, I got a call saying they were ordering a new amplifier and the car would be ready in a day or two. The next afternoon, it was fixed. Everything was under warranty. I can't complain about service like that. read more

Just had a great experience at Jaguar leasing a new FPace. Maxxs was my sales rep and made the process easy and painless. The new store is pretty amazing and great to check out all of the luxury cars they sell. So far have been loving my vehicle. My only disappointment is that I couldn't get the new wristband FOB, but it seems that's a national Jaguar issue that it can't be ordered. Hopefully that will change in the near future. read more

As we pulled into the guest parking lot, a man was already awaiting by the front gate. He awaited until my husband and my car load of kids made our way to the door, stuck out his hand and asked for our names. He introduced himself as Henry. Very firm hand shake. My dream car was already to his right..... We went to look at my dream car, Range Rover Super Charge, although I know that we can't afford a brand new $150,000 car right now. That's a whopping $3500 monthly payment, but I figured since we are car shopping, it wouldn't hurt to look. Henry was so nice and very informative. Actually, out of the 5 lots we visited, he is the most professional and knowledgeable car sales man out there. He is pretty awesome. He would be a reason that I'd buy my car from him. Really great service! We looked at a bunch of cars both pre-owned and brand new. He showed us every single edition and talked about all the features plus educated us about the company, ownership, other car lots, and information about the car that Would best suit our lifestyle (since we live in 2 states). Overall, I am very impressed with his customer service. I will return when I am ready for my RR. read more

I recently visited Jaguar of Honolulu as I was interested in test driving the new XF. I was immediately greeted as I entered the dealership and ended up meeting the general sales manager, Angie. Wow! I have been in several dealerships over the years and have never experienced such a high level of customer service. Angie and her sales staff certainly made me feel as if I was their only customer. I am still deciding on the car but will definitely make a decision soon. If my decision were based solely on customer service, the XF would already be in my garage. read more

With an initial false start, having ordered a red custom built xf, in January, I found out in late April it had not been ordered. The female sales person had not contacted me even once to let me know and when I called to check on delivery, this is when I got the bad news. No apology. I was tempted to just give it up but in the end got my 2nd choice, a white one. Had a great experience with Nick, who did his best to make me happy. It was a tough situation as with the lockdown & everyone in masks, I could not test drive it. Took the jump with zero % interest. I understand why people posting on yelp were not happy & Hope that the future interactions with dealership are good. They have a new manager, Eric, who is doing his best to turn things around. Still not feeling the love as a valued return customer (have had six others) but Nick was very accommodating & gracious & made up for the big disappointment. I was interested in a used 2017 F-pace on the showroom floor and asked for specific new car pricing for the same model several times and got poor estimates each time. After following up with Angie, the general sales manager she was uninterested in fixing the situation. I ended up buying a new XC-90 instead. Way more expensive but I am sure I am saving myself future headaches. read more

I wanted to take a moment to rate my recent experience at Jaguar Honolulu. As you can see I gave it 5 Stars, I would add more if I could. This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically I would like to give high praise to my salesmen Paul Escorpeso. Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman, but also a true professional. I did not walk into Velocity at 5:30 PM on a Friday night intent on leaving there with a new vehicle, but the more time I spent talking to Paul the more inclined I became. His years of knowledge and experience in auto sales were far superior to that of the salesmen that I encountered at other local dealerships. His approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. At no time, did I have to go to the mat with Paul to get what I needed. He found a way to make it work for me and I couldn't have asked for much more than that. The finial price was exactly as we had discussed. Paul went above and beyond to make me feel a part of the Jaguar Honolulu Ohana (family) well before I even brought my F Pace. I am also very appreciative of General Manager J Marxen for his assistance and cooperation through the entire sale. Horrible customer service I sat out there for 15 mins looking at a car I more than likely would have bought had they come out. However, I guess my attire of blue jeans and t-shirt didn't fit the guy insides (who saw us ,the whole 15) requirements to be treated well. Keith in the service department spotted me the minute I walked in the door and took care of me immediately. He arranged for a loaner (a new Jaguar) and I left my car for maintenance. Later that day, a thorough and elaborate dissection of what needed to be done to my car arrived in my e-mail. It was pretty expensive (my car is 10 years old but looks fabulous.) I had ample time to review the recommended repairs and called Keith to discuss further. He studiously went over each item and between us, I decided what needed to be done now and what could be deferred. That cut the bill in half at least. I have always had excellent service from Jaguar since I bought it in 2004. There might be cheaper places to go, but I've been burned by other shops and prefer now to stick with the dealer. Keith and Henry have treated me with respect over the years and I appreciate that. read more

We scheduled an appointment and hired a baby-sitter in order to take a look at the vehicle that we were interested in. I let them know ahead of time that we wanted to test drive a certain vehicle and that we had a trade and I was assured that the vehicle would be there and the appraiser would be on site to give us an idea of the value of our trade. When we showed up at our scheduled appointment time there was no vehicle to test drive on the showroom floor but it was over in their "storage area" but the salesman was "too busy" to get it and they "closed in an hour and the appraiser had left for the day." The salesman never took us seriously and it was his blasé attitude that specifically turned my wife and I off in the first place. We drove up the road to another dealership and purchased the other similar vehicle we were considering, where we were taken seriously and the salesperson was more than willing to work with us, even if they were closing. In the market of 40-50k vehicles I do understand the people who show up just to drool but I expect better customer service. The customer service guy who set up the appointment was a great guy who also followed up after our appointment to see if things went well. I explained all the above to him and he apologized. I still have yet to hear back from the salesman who was going to "get back" with us regarding our trade in. read more
