    I buy cars from dealerships 5 times a year personal use ... Mike AK @ mapunapuna is the absolute best ( Mikey AK at Toyota Mapunapuna ) Mikey AK is the absolute best I've bought more than 30 cars thru him Always attentive to my inquiries Gives awesome Suggestions @ personal insight I've met no other dealer who compares Ive done business with auto source. BMW . toyota windward. Ford kalihi terrible . Toyota Leeward . Choice auto terible. Nissan king st terrible. Excellent motor actually Owner Daily is awesome also. Infinity . Also Lexus Mike Gomes is awesome same service reliability Jadon at Nissan extremely bad attitude Bad taste in my mouth i come here to check out cars often he give me attitude when i arrived Pressure on price no let me drive or open up door . No info but asking my buy price Told me i Always lowball them on other cars ... accused me of no show up for appointment ???? I don't make appointments ... this punk jadon get some nerve

    Multi-Point inspection

    Took my car in for service today to have the oil changed mentioned to Janelle that my wheel was making a funny noise and was told we can't check it. It's a holiday funny I had an appointment on this holiday to have my oil changed. She was moving extremely slow and did not give any thought to what I was saying, even if I was standing in a wind gust with her nasty little attitude. I go to pick up my car and get a repair estimate and a multi point inspection. They had everything except the wheels inspected. I asked her if the other items would be covered under the warranty and she tells me you don't have a warranty. Yes I do. The paperwork is in the car and she walks away. This is the worst service I have ever gotten and I will never go back.

    We took my siblings around to get their first car! With this being their first car, we knew this wouldn't be that easy for them. We went to several other dealerships before coming here. Shane greeted us at the door immediately. Great customer service overall. Dealership itself was nice and clean. Nicely layed out. Thank you Shane and Nissan for helping with their first car! No pressure , easy, straight to the point. Compared to other dealerships we looked at before!

    Bought one vehicle from here, and had other vehicles serviced using warranty coverage. Honestly not that impressed with this dealer. It just seems like they don't care. 1. Shuttle takes FOREVER. I walk to Jack In The Box, and Uber it. Otherwise it might be an hour or two wait. 2. High cost. $185 to diagnose a problem seems a bit steep for a non-luxury brand. No thanks. I'll just use my independent mechanic. 3. They don't even bother to wash their cars for sale right outside their building that they are trying to sell. They are filthy. 4. No frills waiting room. If I'm going to pay $185/hr for them to tell me what's wrong with my vehicle it would be nice if the waiting room had some amenities.

    I tell you New City Nissan has never been perfect for the ten years of service and I've done here, everything to take great care of what has taken greater care of me and will do whatever it takes with any preventative maintenance. Today ZERO STARS!! One thing throughout the ten years constantly makes it tough and I'm finally done with them is their scheduled maintenance. You may call or conveniently do it online and I've mistakenly chose the wrong service which is an express type of service (that needs no appointment). I explained that I wanted to do a tune up and sarcastically says that's a diagnostic (I KNOW!) that's what I thought I did but rushing I chose the wrong one. I explained my engine check light was on and if my car breaks down I tow it here? He says "yes" You turn away instead of offering and/or check any appointment time or offer something that I may be interested to help my situation mind you he "chuckled" several several times it infuriated me. Even when I scheduled the correct service they come and tell me they recommend something else. It's always been seriously impersonal here service advisor is pretty much clueless and can't explain much about the situation that's most likely prewritten for them anyways, this car has constantly given me problems spent more than it's worth...Nissan No Thanks!!
