Overall, I've had a great experience with Land Rover of Naperville, especially because of Bill, He has always been amazing, professional, and helpful. I also want to give a special shoutout to Cyrus, who helped me purchase my vehicle. He has always been friendly, attentive, communicative, and has consistently checked in to make sure everything is going well. That being said, I do feel there is room for improvement when it comes to the front desk/customer service experience. Specifically, I had an interaction with GISELLE when I called because I had not received any communication regarding when I could pick up my vehicle. I was simply trying to get clarification, but the conversation became unnecessarily back-and-forth, and I felt that her tone was rude and dismissive. Unfortunately, the call ended with her hanging up on me, which I did not feel was professional or appropriate. I'm sharing this as constructive feedback because I genuinely like the dealership and have had positive experiences with other members of the team. I think the front desk staff could benefit from additional training in communication, professionalism, and handling customer concerns. What a flawless and easy experience this was. Bought a Jaguar and it was seamless. From test driving to driving off the lot, it was pretty timely. Better than most places I've purchased cars from Tyler was the sales rep and he was great. He knew his stuff and had a great personality. Jaguar offers so many complimentary services that even outdo the Maserati I bought last yr. Nice that they also didn't try to push us into a hundred add-ons. This is the dealer I would give -10 review if I could just because three years ago when I bought my Range Rover 2020 we bought it and they gave us one key. They told us that they have another key, but we have to reach out to them a week later because the manager knows what's going on. Dishonest, deceitful, cunning, scheming...This is the type of customer service you will receive when you go to one of the Patrick car dealerships. I have been a customer of Patrick Jaguar/Land Rover in Naperville, Illinois for twenty years, and I have witness the decline in customer service over the past three years; particularly within the service department. Their main objective is not to offer great quality service. I can deal with the lack of kindness and courtesy. What is most upsetting for me as a customer is being charged and paying for a service that my car did not need; being lied to about that service; mis-diagnosing my car; performing an unauthorized repair and attempting to charge me for it; having the customer sign a quote for repair service then adding miscellaneous fees to the bill to increase it; being unwilling to clearly explain and answer questions concerning the repair of my car, I can go on and on. This service department will utilize every deceitful trick to increase your car repair bill. It is done with deliberate intent. They have no concern for the customer at all. In addition, the service representatives always request that you give them a perfect ten on the follow-up service survey that is emailed to the customer a couple of days after the service on their car is complete. If you express any discontent with the service, the service representative ensures that the customer does not receive a survey to express their concerns or give the appropriate feedback based on their experience; so the customer is denied the opportunity to share their discontent with the service they received. The service representatives silence the voices dissatisfied customers. This is another dishonest practice of the service representatives at Patrick Jaguar/Land Rover in Naperville, Illinois. The "Patrick Promise" is pure deception. I would not recommend the Patrick car dealerships. There is a lack of integrity in their business practices. read more

Zero communication as to why we were waiting for 3+ hours to finish paperwork. Zero apologies for being at the dealer for 6+ hours. 23 days later the vehicle traded in is still not paid off. Tried contacting salesperson to inquire why I still have an outstanding balance & zero response. Wish I could give zero stars...I ordered a car from them on February 28 2022. The car came in this week and I was told for four different reasons why I was not allowed to buy it. My wife and I stopped in last night to test drive an E Pace I found through their inventory online...I had not even been looking for a Jaguar, I was looking at Mazda CX-5 and Honda CR-Vs but ran across a used E Pace in their inventory as I was checking all dealers in the Naperville area. The vehicle had 19K with the top trim, still under warranty, certified, and was about the same cost as other non-luxury SUV's I was looking at. I made an appointment through their internet salesperson, Yari, and we were immediately met by Ashur Merza when we arrived. Working with Ashur was quick and easy, he was great all around, not pushy in any way which is my pet peeve with car salespeople. He even ran out and got my wife fresh flowers while we finished the process with financing, a very nice touch that you don't see (or at least I have not seen) often. Drew handled our financing paperwork. She explained everything very well and finished much faster than any other dealership financing I worked with in the past. Both Ashur and Drew where great all around and my wife and I where both pleasantly surprised by how easy it was acquiring our Jaguar SUV. My wife asked some technology questions with the car, they are sending a tech (Bobby) to our house at no additional cost, to teach her the car's technology, there is a lot. Joe the manager stayed around to thank us as well, as it was well past their closing time. My wife and I both believe that Ashur (salesman), Drew (finance), and Joe (manager) did a fantastic job getting what we wanted much faster (and without the pushiness) than we experienced at previous dealerships and genuinely thanked us and made us feel as part of the Patrick family. Very unprofessional. I went to get a car wash and was told that it would be 1 hour and 30 minutes. After 2 hours and 15 minutes or so I asked the status of my courtesy wash and was told that it hasn't been washed and that it kept getting pushed back due to new car purchases that needed to be washed even though this occurred after my car was already taken to get a wash. If the intention was for me to keep waiting until they put other people ahead of me who they felt were more important, they should have mentioned that before they took my key. I bought my car here and that experience was positive - the test drive and sales experience was fairly low pressure and everything moved smoothly. I've had good service so far and the warranty was long and applied fairly when needed. Everyone was always friendly and the waiting area for service is comfortable. ------- However, I will be taking my repair business elsewhere now. They are now charging almost 3% surcharge on credit card transactions. For a car dealership - that's absurd. This punishes customers for using credit cards to try and recoup fees the dealership is charged for processing them. I will go elsewhere instead. They can recoup their credit card fees from my zero dollar payments in the future. I know it seems petty to be angry about this, but it adds up to 100s of dollars in extra cost over multiple visits. The service guys are ok, I mean they get the job done. Nothing spectacular and they've never gone out of their way to wow me. The receptionist is a step up from rude and right at lazy. It was so bad I ended up driving an hour to buy it at another, gladly paying for for it. Service I have to get windshield wipers for another vehicle, which you can only buy direct. Easy enough, nope. I walked it and walked around because there is no signage for anything. I was then pointed to a confusing array of doors. I walked in to the first door I saw, and asked for service. No response just stared at me like I, how dare I ask. He said, pull in. "To what?" There we're just more doors. I look up, " service manager". They must have misspelled something because there was no service here. Needless to say, windshield wipers are too much of an effort at this place, so they asked me to come back next week.
