I knew my SUV needed a new battery for a few weeks now, but have been putting it off. Today, while at the park with my wife and toddler, 30 mins from home our battery decided to finally die completely. The first thing I did was uber to O'Reilly to get a jump start pack and immediately Noe was super helpful and recommended I borrow their jump pack (and leave my ID) in order to save some money until I could get the car there just so I can get a new battery. Unfortunately, the pack was not able to get the battery going so I called back and Noe offered to literally come out to me after his shift and help me install a new battery! So I placed in a new battery order online, he arrived promptly right after work still in uniform with all the things necessary (tools, the new battery I ordered, the receipt so I can get my core deposit, and even my ID!). He even did the labor himself pitch black at night, it took him only a few minutes and our car was up and running again! This review is the least I could do to thank Noe. At the end of the day all auto parts stores sell the same thing, it's this type of service that differentiates which one you should always choose.

Yesterday, I needed to replace the battery in my car and took it in. I asked them to double-check and see that the battery was dead. I was pretty sure from the sound when I tried to start it, but wanted to be positive before I bought a new one. He said, "of course," like it was no big deal, checked it and confirmed, yes, dead battery. Then he gave me a dolly to wheel it out to my truck without even me even asking. I told him it was fine and he said, "oh, no, we always offer it, makes it easier." They are great when my elderly dad goes in there, as well. They never rush him and speak up so he can hear.
