But more - his proactive attention to details and pragmatic recommendations to solve problems. He detected the smell of gas and brought in his sensor to thoroughly check. It turned out to be a leak at the back of my stove, which is why my sensor did not pick it up previously. He brought the gas valve out from behind dry wall, installed a new one so that it's to code and ready for a new stove to be easily installed.
