The 5 of us put our name down and we waited about 25 mins for breakfast at 10am on a Monday. I think everyone eats here on their way in or out of Yellowstone. This was our last meal during our 4 nights stay in Yellowstone and glad Jam! was our last meal before heading to the airport. Service was super quick and friendly, I believe Andrew (?) was our waiter. I ordered the beet and root hash with 2 poached eggs, toast, and I added the Huckleberry jam. My pancake lacked any flavor other than sweet despite allegedly having lemon. The star was her hollandaise sauce, that was very good and why there wasn't 1 star. We had looked at the online menu and out entire reason for eating here was we wanted the Banana Foster pancake, only to find it no longer on the menu after we arrive. Cold brew coffee was a 5 Blueberry Ricotta was a 5 Vanilla latte had no vanilla but i will score it a 4 on a plain latte. The benedict flight looked amazing. Unfortunately, almost all 3 were inedible First. The Chicken Benedict had no chicken but it did have 2 crispy. The gravy was the strangest thing I've e ever had, very sweet. The Mia Benedict had no tomatoes as indicated by the menu. The balsamic reduction surely didn't belong on this dish. Finally, the crabcake combined with the avocado was not a good match. Here to validate everyone else's wonderful experiences! We had to come early (before 9 AM) to snag a seat for brunch on a weekend without having to wait long. Ordered a breakfast burrito and crepe for the savory, then went crazy with the pancakes. We came twice for the pancakes to try multiple flavors. Banana bread crunch was by far the favorite, with cinnamon roll being a close second. The peanut butter cup pancake was our least favorite as it was too heavy on the peanut butter. Love the idea of pancake and benedict flights. We each got a full benedict and it was super filling/rich; next time I'd split one order (because the halves are more expensive) and get a crepe as well. Also enjoyed the Jam Juice (50/50 OJ and grapefruit juice). Had a nice family brunch here on a Saturday morning. Arrived at like 9:45 and were told it would be a 45 minute wait. There are plenty of small shops to browse while you wait, and they text you when the table is ready, so you are not stuck sitting and waiting. As predicted, the wait was just about 45 minutes. Our order got taken right away and coffee was out on the table after just a couple minutes. I ordered the MIA benedict which tasted like a caprese salad served on country toast instead of an English muffin. One of the eggs was perfect and runny, and the other was fully cooked but I didn't mind. It was so fresh tasting, and came with a side of arugula salad which complimented the benedict perfectly. The dish also came with hashbrowns which were OK/standard, a little on the bland side and a little overcooked for my taste. What a delicious experience. We arrived 20 min before closing and they were happy to accommodate us. We ordered a latte and chai latte (really delicious). For our breakfast/lunch, I got the huevos rancheros that was super filling and delicious - no notes (I couldn't finish it), and my mom got the roasted vegetable omelette that had some delicious pesto drizzle on top. We also tried the huckleberry jam for the toast that was good (wish we would have known it was an additional $2, but still good). Unique food options but crazy expensive. The other issue I have is that their food had so much garlic in it that I could not eat it which was partially my fault for not asking. I have never had a dish that had heaps of diced garlic, especially a breakfast dish. I got the beet hash. The toast and jam was really good. Food was amazing, pancakes come in all varieties and one literally tastes like a cinnamon roll! So many options to choose from and everyone loved their choices. However, shortly after finding the seat at the bar, I was told I couldn't sit there due to others being ahead of me.
