Well, we got lucky with only a 5 minute wait on a Wednesday morning. The menu is extensive and we enjoyed viewing the pictures of their food online. Our server Mackenzie was a delight. She explained all our options. I tried the maple latte and the Hubbs had the Chai. I knew I was going to get the Benedict flight. The Hubbs got a cinnamon roll for us to share. Then he got the cinnamon roll pancake. Everything was awesome. I definitely preferred the Mia Benedict with prosciutto. The traditional was very good. The chicken and biscuit were good but not something I would order again. We will have to make a point of getting here again. I loved grooving to the tunes of my youth. Ben was our server-courteous, warm, and very efficient! Checked on us frequently and made good suggestions. I had the Beet Hash Benedict and it was the best breakfast dish at a restaurant I've ever had. My brunch partner had the veggie omelette and it was amazing, too! Super popular breakfast spot! Everything is very good but it is pricey for breakfast in my honest opinion. I'm all for supporting local, totally here for it, but, be prepared it is $10 for plain pancakes and you only get one pancake. And they do charge for everything extra. A banana is $1 and be advised, you do not get a full banana. All that to say...I've had better food, for better prices, with better service. $13 for a singular plain pancake with toppings simply doesn't cut it for me. Additionally, I sat at the bar facing the kitchen and saw very little food being prepared to order. Instead bread was in pre-toasted piles, hash browns made by the grill full, even bacon came from a prep container. This vantage point also made me privy to those expediting and running food. I saw one food runner pick at a plate - seemingly removing something unwanted from a salad. We lucked out and got Andrew as our server. He was so attentive and friendly, we really appreciated him. We started with a small drinky drink: Hibiscus Haven Mimosa - Hibiscus syrup, orange blossom water, fresh squeezed orange juice, & house bubbles. Garnished with a fresh orchid. Then moved on to feeding the belly: Huevos Rancheros - Local tortillas, refried black beans, jack cheese, chili verde, 2 basted eggs, ranchero sauce, cilantro lime crema, pico de gallo, and cotija cheese. Served with citrus arugula & heirloom home fries - I know you all don't want to hear this but I'm visiting from California. This huevos rancheros is legitimately good! The ranchero sauce is FIRE! Super good heat and deep roasted chile flavor. Chicken & Biscuit Benedict - Cornmeal breaded & fried buttermilk chicken breast, maple syrup, sausage gravy, poached eggs, hollandaise, Tabasco, and shaved green onions on a house-made buttermilk biscuit. Served with citrus arugula and heirloom home fries - love the giant biscuit, this fed me twice. I was a little disappointed the to get chicken tenders instead of wings BUT not disappointed enough to not eat. They were good, I just like wings. This was our last meal during our 4 nights stay in Yellowstone and glad Jam! was our last meal before heading to the airport. The environment is very modern and trendy, contrasting a lot of Bozeman's rustic style in a refreshing way. Every single thing I've tried on the menu had me moaning. Cold brew coffee was a 5 Blueberry Ricotta was a 5 Vanilla latte had no vanilla but i will score it a 4 on a plain latte. The benedict flight looked amazing. Unfortunately, almost all 3 were inedible First. The Chicken Benedict had no chicken but it did have 2 crispy. The gravy was the strangest thing I've e ever had, very sweet. The Mia Benedict had no tomatoes as indicated by the menu. The balsamic reduction surely didn't belong on this dish. Finally, the crabcake combined with the avocado was not a good match. Ordered a breakfast burrito and crepe for the savory, then went crazy with the pancakes. We came twice for the pancakes to try multiple flavors. Banana bread crunch was by far the favorite, with cinnamon roll being a close second. The peanut butter cup pancake was our least favorite as it was too heavy on the peanut butter. Between both mornings, we ordered the huevos rancheros with a side of the red chili sauce, ham and Swiss omelet, Mia benedict, and the pancake flight( banana foster, blueberry ricotta, and cinnamon roll), mochas, and drip brewed coffee.
