Every time we visit Dallas we make a point to stop by this restaurant. While ordering is a bit cumbersome (wait times can be a little long for my preference and they don't allow you to call in your order for some reason- it has to be via an online food app) the quality AND quantity of food make up for it. I order the jerk chicken with rice and peas with black eyed peas as a side and it was the BOMB! So so flavorful and they pack a ton of food in there for the medium size. Seriously have enough food for at least two meals which makes it well worth the trip and a good value for the cost. I ordered the Jerk Chicken and it comes with two sides (I got yams and okra and tomatoes) and they give you plenty! I can say I was surprised to see the yams and okra and tomatoes as I didn't associate that with Jamaican food. The okra and tomatoes were spiced nicely but a little mushy. Today was my husband and I's 3rd time coming to this restaurant and we've gotten the same thing every time because it's THAT good!! Two things were different today though, one was that we came AFTER the lunch special that ends at 2pm so our portions were bigger (the specials come in the circular black and clear container pictured by others) and two was that we tried the sweet and sour chicken wings (not pictured because we ate them in the car lol) but they were also delicious!
