    $1 Jamba Juice promotion

This Jamba Juice was okay but does not mimic the other good Jamba Juices at San Francisco locations. My White Gummi had some pulp in it which was rare for me. Still refreshing. A good place to get a drink in the Summer when it is hot, Grab a Razzmatazz or a fresh juice n' shot

New cups. Highly recommend white gummy or Watermelon Breeze Smoothie

My drinks came out so fast. White gummy is my go to but I went with the watermelon breeze this time. It was pretty good. Give these a try if you don't know what to order

This Jamba Juice is located at Serramonte Mall. There's plenty of parking. I ordered the mango a go go and razzmatazz. Both of the smoothies were very refreshing. However, the price for each smoothie is almost $10. I think it's kind of steep for a smoothie. I liked Jamba Juice, but not the price. If the price is cheaper, I will definitely patronize them more often.

PB Chocolate Love, split the medium. 10/10 rec

I've been going to this Jamba Juice since college and almost religiously everyday in 2012 (during my pregnancy). Anyway, to be honest - there's not much in here to rave about, nothings changed for years, no upgrades nada but the menu. Very just order, wait, and take your drink to-go. Bathroom is located on the side, tables and chairs put aside but there is counter space with no chairs to lean on. Reason for my desire to review this place after years is because I was surprised at the customer service yesterday. Went in with my son, third in line and only 1 girl working the register. I was amazed at how patient and though I'd be overwhelmed being by myself, she handled every customer patiently and diligently - she was probably the assistant manager, didn't see a name tag. But she handled everything at ease. After 3 minutes of waiting, all of us got our orders handed and served by her. I thought I was going to sign 10 minutes or so but it was quick-- and my drink was to my liking and she executed my request about splitting the medium cup. Maybe even gave extra as moth our cups were filled. After passing it out, I guess 2 servers came out and she was even coaching them about something ~ this review is for homegirl who takes ownership and leadership with ease, kindness, and patience. Way to lead by example. My drink was also really made to perfection when I was hesitant, I'm assuming others as well since everyone quickly left the store. Maybe it was a good day, maybe the girl can do the damn thing. I'll def. Be back for my pb love!

I've never been to this particular Jamba Juice before, but the parking lot is huge considering it's attached to Seramonte mall. Lol granted it's an outdoor somewhat indoor mall plaza area there is a high volume of traffic coming and going specially considering there's a target in the same parking lot. hee. Some of the employees were masks some did not but everything look clean and well-kept.

I order watermelon i got a very sour strawberry drink ;(

Went here yesterday there was 5 people ahead of us took us awhile to get in. They limit 4 people inside which is great! When we came 4 people is in there 2 girls 2 boys, no one greeted us they Are just staring i order watermelon, 2 mango ago go and 1 fresh OJ (All 3 were all listening as we order our drink and they start making it while we pay) When we get back in the car thats when i found out i got a sour strawberry instead of the watermelon! I was so upset since its a drag to go back outside and return the drinks! What upsets me the most is it was just 4 of my family inside since you know they limit it into 4 people only, they are not overwhelmed with orders so To speak for them to get it wrong! Also the other girl who put the cover on our drink is pressing the cover with her whole palm i just wish they constantly washes their hands. We were there March 30, 2021 530PM

Prices are insane. No kids menu... smoothies start at 9.99 lol I paid $15 for a small smoothie for my 3 year old and a pretzel twist.

Electric blueberry lemonade smoothie, funky fresh!

Thank you for staying open @serramonte mall (which is closed) during this pandemic. Not taking you guys for granted, but pls be safe! I totally enjoyed my OrangeDreamMachine!

Great smoothies I recommend all of them. They all have unique flavors, but I never tried the acai bowls, are they good ?

They don't turn the screen around for tips anymore because it's already included in the price of 10$ for a drink. You think that's fair?

Jamba is my go to "healthy" guilty pleasure. My lunch consists of the acai smoothie and granola bite. They are delicious and healthy.

It's a regular Jamba Juice. Pretty clean and no public restrooms or indoor seating. Expect to take your drink on the go

The Razzmatazz smoothie at this location always tastes off. Staff needs to be retrained on how to make this drink.

The topping bar has a great balance of fruit/jellies/mochi and chocolate/decadent/cereal. Some flavors have been overly tart or sweet (cake batter, for one), and it is a detriment that no sampling is allowed, which makes me nervous to try other flavors. The environment is really nice with a fair amount of seating. At the same time, there is great seating in the mall hallway or the nearby pond. Service hasn't been an issue, with the space being quite clean and toppings filled. Prices are a tad on the high end, but for the quality yogurt, it is a great stop.

The frozen yogurt is self-service, with a variety of flavors available, including Dutch Chocolate, Very Strawberry, Cake Batter, Alphonso Mango, Vanilla Bean, Cookie Monster, Taro, Original Tart, Passion Orange Guava, and Watermelon. I selected a few different flavors and added toppings such as blueberries, strawberries, and mangoes. The mixed frozen yogurt was good, but I can't say I liked it that much because I generally prefer ice cream. For two orders, the total came to about $16 (priced at $0.89 per ounce), which felt a little expensive to me. Overall, it was nice to try, but I would probably choose ice cream over frozen yogurt.
