When I think of the name Jumba Juice the first thing that comes to my mind it directly correlates with the word healthy. I love coming to this place when I want to drink something cold and refreshing but still want to get the feeling of being full from eating a meal. I recently got addicted to their acai primo bowls so i'm here once a week to buy a few. I love the presentation of their bowls compared to the Jamba in Kapolei. Their fruits are always fresh. (Kapolei recently gave me a bowl with bananas that looked aged already). I'm always satisfied with Ewa Beach's store. 4 stars because sometimes the lines get long and it isn't moving quickly than it should. read more

Made an online order 30 minutes ahead of time so I could take my time there. There were about 8 people squished in the establishment + 4 employees. I waited outside for people to exit then entered. I stood at the cash wrap waiting to be acknowledged for about 10 minutes. All 4 employees were busy making orders and not one asked if I needed help. Not even a "I'll be right with you". It really isn't about the fact that my order was actually being made at the time of pick up, it's more about them ignoring me for 10min. I understand they were busy, but it's common courtesy. We have been going to this store for seven years now, until today. Kid behind the counter looked like he was high. After he let the local guy in front of me have his drinks free (keep turning his head to make sure the other workers were not watching), I had to wait 20 minutes for 3 drinks, they never started making them until another employee asked if "that guy ordered", I was the only customer in the store at that time. then when putting the drink in the cup he used his finger to wipe some spillage back into the cup, no thank you. I got my money back and will not be stopping in there ever again. Wish I could give negative stars!!!! read more

Walked into Jamba Juice to fulfill my pregnancy cravings. The cashier, Haley, seemed like she was spazzing out and did not greet me. I proceed to the counter and gave her my order- one smoothie and one baked good. The receipt printout was for 3:54pm. People who ordered before me got their orders and I noticed people after me started receiving their orders. I'm getting a little annoyed because I'm thinking why the hell is it taking so long. I've been waiting for 10 minutes and still didn't receive my 2 items. Mandy, hands me "my drink" and I asked for my baked good. She didn't announce my name or the drink name so I took it thinking it was mines. Ended up not being my drink and instead of explaining herself, she made me feel like it was my fault. I handed her the drink back, she flew it in the sink and started slamming things harder. It's not my fault she handed me the wrong drink. Anyway, another girl comes out and made the 2 drinks within seconds. She hands the lady her drink and apologizes for the wait and then passes off my drink and baked good and doesn't say anything to me. Talk about great customer service! Ugh I was even more annoyed. They're lucky I kept my cool because from start to finish... they were horrible. Total wait time in this Jamba Juice was 14 minutes for 2 items. Freaken Nuts if you tell me. read more

The apple and greens was pretty descent. Caribbean passion was pretty standard. The acai was pretty good. Service was patient and friendly. There wasn't a long line when we got here and the wait to get our drinks was more than five minutes but less than ten. read more

BE CAREFUL!!! I ordered 2 drinks and paid with 2 gift cards. The cashier (BRIGHT BLUE CONTACTS) said there was nothing left on my cards would I like to throw them away? I asked if there was a balance I owed (the total was an odd number, my cards were brand new) and she said no, the cards took care of the whole thing. So I said ok throw them away. I started thinking something was wrong, especially since I didn't get my receipt, and what are the chances I have exactly $11.31 on 2 cards? So I asked someone else for my receipt, he printed it, and sure enough, there was $3-something left on my card! The guy had to take my card out of the trash, wash it, and apologize over and over while he handed it to me and I uncomfortably left the store. I turned around and I caught him kind of making a face to me. LIKE I WAS THE BAD GUY! Shame on you jamba juice! That's THEFT! Reporting. read more

I've always been a fan of Jamba Juice since it first came to Hawai'i. Some of my favorites that I like to get are: Orange Dream Machine (tastes like a dreamscicle bar), peanut butter mood (if you LOVE peanut butter, banana, and chocolate together, you are going to love this) Banana Berry (very fruity) the Acai bowls are not bad and some of their baked goods are pretty good. But Zero Stars for their District Manager and Executive who stood outside on the afternoon of April 27 2016 and watched these poor people hard at work trying to help out over 15 people crammed in there waiting to be served. That District Manager just stood out there laughing while her employees are trying to catch up on orders. Is it me or is it that most of the restaurants in ewa either suck ass in making foods or two they just suck ass period! Anyways, I been to this Jamba Juice a couple of times and so far they been making my smoothie really good just how I like it. However, this one time I went with my hubby, we ordered two smoothies. Okay so lady takes our order. We were the only ones left waiting for them to make smoothies. Then as they were finishing up our smoothies, the cashier who was dumping out the trash couldn't carry it out of the bin and needed help so the guy who decided to make our smoothies put the cups down help her take the trash outta the bin like full on no gloves, touching and and tying the trash bag and literally grabbing it and put in in the rolling bin to take to the dumpster. His over there putting arms into the trash and making more room for other trash. When he was done helping, he didn't even wash his hands nor did the cashier who took the trash out. My husband was so disgusted and I was too! He was like ewww they didn't even wash their hands. Both is us was so hesitant to tell them anything because the guy was almost done making our smoothies. He was dumping the smoothie out into the cups I politely told him that I wanted him to make our drinks again. I told him because they touched the trash and didn't even bother washing their hands. The guy just washed his hands with water and used sanitizer. No soap! I mean don't get me wrong your hands don't touch the smoothie becus it's coming outta the blender and going into to cup but didn't u learn that all employees must wash their hands after using the bathroom and that's including taking the trash and touching the trash. I only went back here like once after that had happened and I carefully looked at how they made my smoothie this time. Sometimes I'm so hesitant of eating out! Yuck. oh hell no! this incident happened a couple months back, and thank god for YELP now this can be heard! walking into jamba juice I noticed that a couple of male workers were having a conversation with their friends, at first I thought nothing of it but I waited a couple minutes for anyone too notice me? I tell the guy behind the register "um are you guys busy or what?" jokingly...and he said WITH AN ATTITUDE "I'm standing here waiting for you!" that took me by surprise and I responded "well you never said anything?" because they were just talking and laughing with their friends!!! THEN he had the nerve too sarcastically say "okay well what can I get for you" at that point I was walking out because I was so uncomfortable and I heard the guy say too his friends "it's my last day here anyway so I don't care" I was sooooooo mad at what just happened but whatever corporate was informed right away so BYE!!!! read more
