Went to stop by Jamba today to get my favorite drink - triple revitalizer (fresh orange, carrot, and banana juice). I've visited this location time and time again and have inconsistent service each and every time. Sometimes it's good....sometimes it's bad. Today the worker making my juice tells me he's sorry but they ran out of oranges. What? You ran out of oranges? Aren't those oranges behind you? He looks and low and behold they are. It turns out the oranges are located in the orange container. DUHHHHHHHHHHH! Why are you so quick to say you ran out when I can see them with my own eyes? Anyway, there's more times than I'd like where they've skimped on the amount of juice they give me. If you're customer is paying for 16oz. Give them 16oz. You're not using your personal money to pay for the fruit are you? read more

The guys who work here are faster than what's typical for JJ. They upsize at no extra cost if your drink doesn't fit (versus throwing out the excess which makes as much sense as shaved-then-painted-on eyebrows). read more

This location is by far the worst I've been to. Every time before my order I tell them to make sure its blended completely so I don't have any chunks of fruit in it and guess what... every time there are chunks of fruit in it. It's really not that hard -_- read more

Just a little word of advice to the management team here.... You might want to incorporate some courtesy classes/respect in your training for your employees. Just left after ordering a bunch of drinks for my team at work and the entire time I'm sitting waiting for my order the two young girls making my drinks keep looking at me with weird looks and saying things to each other and cracking jokes. As soon as my order is complete one of them calls my name and looks at me like she's disgusted. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable. read more

I walked in here on a hot day and asked for the orange berry blitz which is now off the menu. Someone was ready to ring me up & another person peeked over the cashier's shoulder to ask what i wanted so that he could make my smoothie immediately. The whole visit was so quick and the smoothie was perfectly "kind of thick". i also love that the portion was perfect for the cup, not too much not skimpy either. best jamba juice i have had to date! read more

We went here today, it was about 100 degrees outside. I walked in here, and a few people were waiting for their orders on the right side of the place. None of the employees even acknowledged my existence as I stood there unsure where to order. I stood there for a while, and decided to leave. My friend went inside and was in front of me, she ordered a peach something, no they are out of peaches. Really? So she said forget it. I unknowingly ordered a peach something and was told there were no peaches. Huh...ok. That is really inexcusable to be running out of a prime fruit during the summer days. read more

Don't waste your time. If there was an option to grade less than 1 star I would choose. Awful customer service. I waited in line for 10 minutes before being acknowledged and I was the only one in line. Someone finally took my order after 5 other people were standing in line behind me. I was having problems with my groupon and the girl there was so understanding and helped me out. Utterly awful service. Waited 15 minutes for a smoothie and wrap - was told snidely by the guy making smoothies that "it's busy". When my order finally came up, there was no "thank you for waiting" or "sorry about that". Though I suppose it's not totally his fault - the store seemed grossly understaffed. I was really nervous to try this place because of the crappy reviews, but we live near by and drink smoothies pretty regularly so we gave it a shot. We arrived at 10am with 3 people in line ahead of us. Ordered some modified smoothies and waited maybe 4 minutes. Which I think it pretty typical for a smoothie place. The staff was super friendly. I love the consistency of Jamba Juice. I always know where to get my wheat grass fix. The service is quite questionable. I always allow extra time when I go in. Never had a bad experience here, it's pretty standard. The parking lot here is really small and shares with Freebird, Noah's, and Starbucks. Its really cramped. As far as smoothies go, they've got it down pat. But I'd rather have an Orange Julius versus Jamba now and again. Don't get my 2 stars wrong. It might get a three at a later date but it's neither the best or the worst. A little pricy though for an everyday treat. I generally dislike cold drinks but I adore their Berry Topper so whenever I end up here it's either for that or the oatmeal. The oatmeal is sooo good (disclaimer: I love oatmeal) and the addition of fruits and brown sugar is scrumptious. Friendly staff, clean location, and fast service -- you can't go wrong. read more

Jamba Juices are one of the most consistent chains/franchises. They all have a similar style with eager/personable employees, and the drinks are made fresh, fast, and taste exactly how you think they will taste. Foster City was no exception. Depending on what time of day you go, this particular location is hit or miss. I sometimes go in on weeknights and often find the teenage employees horsing around. However, it gets a little bit better on weekends during lunch time although still a bit slower. read more

I am basing this review mainly on the breakfast burrito (turkey and sausage) that I had while here. I also got a smoothie, it wasn't that cheap for both... but I guess that is what you pay for convenience. I still like Jamba Juice no doubt, but don't expect anything good from their food menu. Let me just say that it's not as fresh as the smoothies. Anyone that says the wraps for flat breads are yummy are pathetic. I couldn't find it in myself to give them more than 3 stars. My husband and I came to this strip to get some boost. It was a weeknight at about 6:45pm. Noah's was closed, free birds was closed and we weren't sure about jamba since they had all their chairs up, so we went to Starbucks. On our way back to the car, a worker from jamba was outside cleaning up and heard us comment on a pumpkin smoothie they had in a sign and he let us know that they were open! We said we had been confused by the chairs up and lowered lights, so we got Starbucks. He said he felt bad that we missed out and offered us a free kid-sized smoothie each! No charge! He was fast and it was so yummy, I drank it down before my coffee! He was the manager. Great choice for a manager! read more

Good Smoothies + Good Oatmeal + Ignorant Workers = Jamba Juice FC I enjoy the smoothies at Jamba Juice, espeically if I have allergies or a sore throat. I have enjoyed them for years and I will continue to go to Jamba. Ignorance 1) Co-workers and I made a trip over to get a smoothie. We order and while we are waiting some worker starts cleaning / dusting the overhead lamps and we just see dust from the ceiling / lights trickle down like snow on top of the Carrot / Orange bar. Needless to say, I won't order any drink with those ingredients at Jamba Juice. 2) I go this morning to get a smoothie ( right after my Noah's bagel experience...see my review for them about that and Ignorance) Phone order right before I get to the cash register to order. I order my smoothie and wait. No one else is in the store. Two guys start making lots of Peach looking smoothies -- I ordered Pomegranate which is a red color not Orange. They continue to make these orange colored smoothies -- with no one else there waiting. Sure it was probably the phone order and they placed an order before me, but I am in the store take care of me first... especially when it is smoothies and if they sit out too long the melt. read more

This is one of the bigger Jamba Juices. The inside is really spacious. The service is great, and the juice is excellent as always. The cashier did mess up our order, but it was a minor issue. If you're looking for a cold refreshment, stop by sometime. read more

I love Jamba Juice but this location absolutely sucks. There's always a short line, but they take forever to make my smoothie. I don't get it. I get my order in and yet I have to wait 10 minutes later to get my drink. If there's no one else in line, why does it take so long? On top of that, the smoothie always tastes subpar, either having too much juice or not enough ice. I always have high hopes going into this Jamba Juice, but I think I will finally have to stop coming to this location. read more

Jamba Juice is always good, however, the customer service here is horrible. I stop by a couple times a week and get the same exact drink... I am often charged different amounts. It is also frequent that I'll stand near the registers not helped for quit a few minutes before anyone even acknowledges me. It's fine if they're busy but just let me know you see me and will be with me shortly! Basic customer service is lacking. read more

Loved it! Epic smoothie and first class service. However, I went in a second time and it was a totally different experience. I'm sure the guy pouring drinks was just having a bad day. Surprising amount of young people work here, but it does not deter me from going there, if they mess up the smoothie then they are very willing to make another one. 5 stars for jamba juice! read more
