i walked in this morning and the lady greeted us and said that she would be one moment because she had to help one of the guy workers in the back, no problem what so ever. where i got iffy was when i saw not one but two flies in the display case. this was the reason I didn't get my normal tomato twist. a women that came in and told a worker about this and soon after the worker still asked the women if she still wanted a pretzel with a fly on it! after a very long wait I finally got my drink and i cant believe what was in it! a blonde curly hair was in it. HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE and the workers need much more training it seemed like they didn't even have a clue what they were doing. I AM SO MAD IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. read more

Poor CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We waited for our order to be taken so that the crew member taking orders could provide assistance to get orders out, which is understandable and completely fine. However, after our order was taken we also waited to receive our order while it just sat in the blender. The crew member taking orders didn't bother to stop taking orders to further assist with getting orders out, the crew member making the smoothies didn't bother to complete the process of the order, and another crew member was task with completing another order for a later customer. I can understand it being busy and with the COVID-19 restrictions many things have change so a wait is expected, but not for my smoothies to literally just sit IN THE BLENDER. read more

It's what I expected. A California classic. Price: It's good, and has always been reasonable. Most smoothies will run you about $4-6 maybe more if you want to go nuts. Food Quality/Quantity: Jamba Juice is, and always will be, one of the best products ever conceived by man. There isn't a single smoothie on their menu that isn't tasty. Even the ones that look weird (i.e. anything green) taste phenomenal. As for quantity the smoothie comes in a cup that's a bit bigger than what you expect to get. I got the small which is more wide than tall, so it was a bit more than what I was expecting. And of course I haven't gotten sick! So there's the all important criteria that this place met. Service: It was good. There was absolutely no problems whatsoever. The guy taking my order cracked a cheesy joke, but I have a soft spot for cheesy jokes so no harm no foul. The orders were taken, the food prepared, and then given to me in a timely manner. I waited for maybe 6 minutes, and I enjoyed all of it. The service ran like clockwork, and that's really all I desire in a restaurant or small shop. Jamba Juice is good, and anyone who says differently has no right to call themselves a Californian let alone an American. read more

I like to err on the higher side of average when I review a place like this. If I come in and I get my drink within 10 minutes of being there, then it's a pretty solid experience. Even with a crowd, I've never had to wait, and this does tend to be one of the busier Jamba Juices around. Also, they've given me those buy one, get one surveys that they have lying around when I ask for them, which counts as good customer service to me. read more

By far, hands down, the best JJ I've been to...in years!!! Being a former JJ employee myself (over 10 years ago), it gets 100% from me. Clean store, great management, nice and welcoming team members and they've made my drink perfect each time so far. I have been to my fair share of JJ locations, at least in the Bay Area, and nothing compares to this store. Fresno in general have really nice people and every JJ I've been to in Fresno, service has never disappointed me. But this location has made my favorite smoothy the BEST: peanut butter Moo'd sub bananas with strawberries. read more

This location deserves 0. I was extremely disappointed with the service at this location. I requested a quote for an event and they were not able to help me. After calling the store 3 times and visiting the store twice, I decided to take my business to a different location (Cedar and Shaw). The staff there were friendly and emailed me a quote within minutes. I was very disappointed with the poor management at the Figarden location and will not be returning to that store. I waited 3 days for a quote and spoke to the manager, but unfortunately they didn't have the time or the customer service to help me. read more

I went in try and order. I have multiple medical dietary restrictions. I asked the girl about options that would work. In the end, I decided not to order, as none of the options fit my diet. Meanwhile, another gentleman entered. He was the only person there besides me. As I said I decided it would not work for me and turned to leave, I overheard the counter person say she was sorry to the next customer. I cannot understand why a medical need has to be excused and apologized for. It seems rather discriminatory to me. The gentleman had only waited possibly 30 seconds to a minute. I'm disappointed to say i had the worst experience here this morning, Monday January 25th two girls were working and they were awful! the two customers had issues as well one got charged twice and the girls just said "oh" the other customer had a coupon and had to remind cashier. Me well i ordered the acai primo bowl which i always get the acai is so watery and it suppose to be thick, the whole banana was brown.
