The service here is atrocious. The are employees are more into their conversation than the customers. The employees are impolite, and flat out rude. I've had my change thrown at me by one of the girls, and then given the wrong order. I was embarrassed to even ask them to correct the order from how inconsiderate they had been previously. The juices were good, same as any jamba juice. It's the employees that made me give a 2 star rating. Couple of them were goofing around. One of them was pretending to sneeze and splash water at the cashier while he was ringing up a customer. I even saw the customer wipe his face cuz he was hit with water too. I'm not a big smoothie person and definitely not healthy. When you go into this place it's bright and the menu is real big so you can choose. Since I love fruit and not veggies, I had to get one that fused them both. I've only been there once so I don't remember the name of it but it was so delicious. If Jamba Juice is going to charge about $6 for a "medium" sized blended juice, they should give you a MEDIUM sized blended juice. It seems as though their drink sizes have decreased in volume. I was greeted as soon as I entered this place, but after that the teenaged female employees were kind of rude, and they messed up my single drink order. The waiting line is usually long not matter what hours you get there. The staffs there were pretty efficient. Unfortunately I had to wait for almost 20 minutes to get my drink with the unhappy event that they were running out of oranges. I changed my order and they did made my drink with first priority. I would definitely recommend signing up for their rewards program! You receive a free smoothie on your birthday and also $3 off initially for signing up. Seemed a little disorganized, putting people in front of cash register that fully don't understand their job.
