Looked up what time they close and it says 9:00pm..so we jump in the car and drive all the way over here for them to be closed already and it's 08:45.. the drive thru is shut down and everything.. so I look up the time to make sure and it says closing soon not closed!! This really irritates me... if you wanna close early to clean make sure your site says shuts down at 8:45 for cleaning.. read more

Just left this Jamba. We were at drive thru and as the girl was giving our drink we just asked if it was chunky and the girl said "oh you wanted it chunky" and the manager pops out rudely saying that "this is the chunkiest it'll get there's only mangoes in here and the rest sherbet" like I already know that. Also know how to read the menu. I've worked at Jamba for 2plus years lol. Moral of the story my drink was not even what I asked for do better next time read more

Stopped by here after taking the kids to play at the park. Let me start by saying Marisa is seriously the sweetest! Very friendly and helpful. She recommended I try the White Gummi smoothie and it did not disappoint! Soooo good! The location is super clean. Even their bathrooms! We will most certainly be coming back and I look forward to seeing a Marisa again! Great job guys! Lots of food places could learn from you guys! read more

Jamba Juice is finally open near Craig Road and Tenaya!!! The down side is that this location does not participate in the rewards and points program. I don't actually understand why this is the only store in the Las Vegas area that does not participate in the program I guess I'll have to try out tropical smoothie. read more

Well ordering 3 large smoothies went ahead to pay with a 100.00 dollar bill. Drive thru child states ...that we can only take domination under 20 dollars...with absent emotional RBF...no notification saying they don't take under 20....so with that said .. This store has excellent customer service!! I decided to try out a new smoothie and I really didn't like how it tasted, so I took it back and explained how it just didn't taste right and the associate didn't hesitate to make me a new drink. I appreciated this so much because now I feel like I got my money's worth on this smoothie that I was about to throw away. Marissa Was our cashier at the window. It was our first time there. I did not even know that Jamba Juice had a drive-through. She made very good suggestions since we are on a diet. We ordered a medium size drink, but she was nice enough to tell us that for only $.50 more, we can get a large and that's exactly what we did. The smoothies that we got were very very good. I honestly wish I could give zero stars for the rude way that they treat their customers. I came by today to redeem a $4 off coupon from T mobile Tuesdays and was immediately told that the girl at the drive thru can't type in the coupon code. I then asked to speak to a manager, to which the girl laughed and said the manager is going to say the same, and that she is "one" of the managers. When the "manager" finally came, she dismissed me by mentioning how long the line is behind me. Honestly after waiting in that long line I was going to just pay for the smoothie without the coupon but after the way they spoke to me, I didn't want to spend any money with them nor did I want to consume anything they had just prepared. I am completely shocked that a "business establishment" would be so unprofessional and rude. I will be going back to my local juice/smoothie shops from now on. read more

I finished up with my dentist and I skipped lunch. I looked out and never realized Jamba Juice was in the same plaza. The line at the McDonald's was around the building and the Jamba had zero cars which made it an easy decision and I am glad I did that. As a small business owner here in Las Vegas, I take pride that we provide great customer service and ever since the world went Covid Crazy, customer service at a majority of places has been abysmal. NOT at this Jamba Juice!!! Marisa was working the drive through and I have to say that the customer service from her was beyond stellar! It has been a long, if ever that I came away from a drive through smiling. Absolutely professionalism and the speed at which my smoothie/sandwich came out was surprisingly fast! i order a smoothie through postmates the driver calls and says they gave it to another driver-so one of the workers wasn't paying attention and gave away my smoothies and was being very rude to my driver when i called the store ,a worker named marrissa answer and started babbling about how they gave it to another driver in a long and confused way ,before mine and she didn't want to help fix the problem just kept making excuses, are you serious it'll take them 5 mins to make another one but nooo i'm not worth it as a customer so i get to pay for someone's two smoothies and the driver malone to the manager and he said she didn't want to make another ,thanks jamba juice and great customer service read more

The smoothies were good. I ordered a pretzel and the banana toast as well. The toast was soggy and the pretzel was 80% still frozen. I never usually buy food at Jamba Juice and I probably wouldn't again. I guess stick with what you are good at.. read more
