We ordered the açaí bowl, (small $12.50 and large $14.50) and also ordered popsicles (10 for $15). Already the price of this was way cheaper than W&B. Liked it! I apologize for the lack of photos of our açaí bowls, but I have a bad habit of digging in right away then realizing that I forgot to take photos when it's half gone. I'll attach photos when I go back...because I most definitely will be back! I think I still prefer the taste W&B açaí, but the açaí here is really good and satisfies the craving! The popsicles on the other hand, were just ok. It was described as large otter pops and while I wouldn't go THAT far, I don't think I'll get those again. Didn't try the juice yet, but the price is pretty high so not sure if I'll get around to it. Especially since the açaí is soooo good!!! I'll probably always get that instead!

I wish I could give this place a 3.5 overall, but the service deserves 0 stars…read more From the moment we walked in, there was zero acknowledgment from the employee. She was watching Tinker Bell on the TV and didn't greet us or even look up - no hello, no smile, just awkward silence. We were the only ones in the store and still had to awkwardly approach the counter just to get help. As first-time customers, there was also no explanation of the scoop sizes or pricing, which made ordering more confusing than it needed to be. When we finally ordered, two items were made correctly, but one person in our group ordered dragonfruit gelato. The employee started scooping strawberry instead, and even after we politely pointed it out, there was no acknowledgment or apology--just silence. It made for a really uncomfortable interaction. While we were eating, the employee went into the back, and we could hear her loudly scrolling on social media with the volume on full blast, even laughing at times. Toward the end of our visit, she came back to the front, sat down, and continued on her phone. The entire atmosphere felt so awkward that we decided to leave and finish our gelato in our cars. Even as we walked out, there was no thank you, no goodbye--no acknowledgment at all. It was honestly disappointing. That said, the gelato itself is actually really good, and the interior of the shop is nice. That's the only reason I'd consider coming back. Unfortunately, the service really brought the experience down. Proper customer service training is definitely needed. I would come back for sure, but I wouldn't return if that same employee was behind the counter.

I ordered the Paniolo salad and substituted the jicama for grilled chicken, while my mom went with the grilled cheese and tomato soup combo. My salad was pretty tasty! Everything tasted fresh and I like the bbq ranch dressing it came with. I also had a few bites of my mom's grilled cheese and tomato soup, and that was really good too. It's hard to go wrong with a grilled cheese and tomato soup. The only downside I would say was the price. Our meal came close to $40 for a small salad, a grilled cheese with tomato soup, and a drink. It did feel pricey, but I also understand that healthier foods come with a higher price tag. The staff was friendly, and our food came out quickly. Overall, it's a solid option if you're looking for a fresh, healthier meal!

The cashier was pretty cheery and happy go lucky when I came in. She did not tell me anything, like thank you, after I ordered and went straight back to the island to finish the task she was working on before I arrived at the counter. When she handed me my order, she did tell me thank you though! I ordered the Fresh Island Ahi wrap on this trip. When I got it, it was pretty delicious as usual! I love coming here because the ingredients are so fresh, and the blend of all the ingredients together just hits your mouth as a foodgasm. The only thing is I shouldn't have tried to open up the wrapper holding the wrap together. When I did, the fillings all came out. Lol! I ended up eating it like a salad and a wrap by stuffing the fillings back in. It was still delicious. If I don't get the wrap, I usually get the Ono Island Ahi salad. It's all so yummy! If you are at Pearlridge Shopping Center, I suggest giving them a try! The ingredients are all locally sourced too, which is always a plus!

He was extremely embarrassed and traumatized, and I was doing everything I could to get to him and help him. After getting my son to the bathroom, I realized there were no paper towels or napkins available to help clean him up. I was in an emergency situation and went to the closest shop, Boba Bliss, to ask if I could please have some napkins. I was given two napkins, but when I explained that it was an emergency and asked for a few more, I was told they were only for customers. I offered to buy something, but my request was still declined. I understand businesses have policies, but in that moment, I was a mother trying to help her child who was sitting alone in a bathroom stall, embarrassed and waiting for me. A little compassion in that moment would have meant so much. I hope this can be a reminder that kindness and understanding can make a huge difference. Sometimes people aren't asking for special treatment--they are just asking for a little help during a difficult moment.

The packaging is really cute and its like they get to enjoy the experience too. Eventually they plan on expanding their menu but for now they have ahi and smelt. They also serve up poke bowls and acai bowls for the humans. LOL. We found a nice shady spot in the park and made a little picnic with the kids. We ordered chicken fried noodles, chili spaghetti, and chicken katsu curry. The food was not worth the 30min wait. It is the typical local food very similar to LnL or Loco Moco. We were disappointed because we were expecting really good food since this place was feature on cheap eats & a few other local social media creators IG pages. The price point is good for the amount they give. There are other locations on Oʻahu if you're interested. The vibe of this place is very laid back. It's very clean, bright interior, and lots of white furniture. It seems very cozy. There were some long tables and small ones too. It could be reconfigured to host large groups. The kiosk is easy to use and equally easy to make a payment.
