The staff was super friendly. They didn't seem to mind that I was being completely socially awkward, dropping my wallet, overwhelmed by options, generally half asleep. I went because I had a giftcard. The poor cashier said it was $5.19, the giftcard was for $5. I awkwardly gave him my debit card and it wasn't until he handed it back that I realized I had change. Trying to do a better job of not being passive about my terrible customer service experiences. This location has been great up till today. I walk in I'm greeted, there's a guy fixing his shirt at the register. I look at the menu, wait, wait, he finally says "I'm ready when you are." I laugh it off like...oooookay. Takes my order. I'm the only one in the place. I stand to the side and the place starts to fill up. Ten mins or so goes by, the couple behind me gets their order, 2 diff. smoothies and sandwiches. My single smoothie and sandwich are still not on the counter. Another few minutes goes by and I hear a whisper "Is Terry here?" the server asks the girl next to him. "He asks the room is Terry here?" I raise my hand, he proceeds to hand me a melted drink and goes back to get my sandwich. "Sorry for the wait." I'm like dude you took my order and I was the first and only one in the room with you. WTF?! Also, I always get the exact same order a medium smoothie and sandwich, yet my drink cup is always a different size and order sometimes a diff price. The service at this place expecially from Alexis is spot on and the smoothies are blended well and very consistent. Try the Strawberries Wild or the Razzmatazz and you will be in a Smoothie Coma. There's not much I can tell you about Jamba Juice that you don't already know. I'm sure everybody has been to a Jamba Juice at one point in there lives. But this Jamba Juice in particular is located right by my work, so I find myself stopping by quite frequently. It's usually when I'm on my break and I don't have enough time to pick up anything else. The employees here are really friendly and always have my drink ready to go pretty quickly. Of course there's no difference in the smoothies themselves, they're all the same no matter which Jamba Juice you go to. My favorites are the Protein Berry Workout, Mango-A-Go-Go and the Mango Mantra, and their new oatmeal cup or whatever is a great choice if you're running late and happened to have skipped breakfast. Beware of the parking in this lot, it can get pretty hectic sometimes, especially during lunch hours. read more

I've gone to this location a few times but will not go back again. Every time I go they are out of what ever it is that I wanted. The first time it was oat meal they were out of. The next time they had that but they were out of oranges! How could they be out of oranges. So I got my oat meal and left. The last time I went in was the worst. Not only were they out of oat meal but they were out of oranges too!! All of these visits were in 3 weeks. So it wasn't like 3 day in a row. They had time to get the stuff in stock. The wait in line is never longer than 30 seconds and It takes only about a minute or two to get my smoothie.
