Medium pomegranate and tart with chocolate gems, raspberry and white chocolate chips
    Victoria L.

Yes, it's a chain but it's a good one. Our favorite topping, regardless of yogurt flavor, are the chocolate gems (previously known as chocolate crisps), mochi, and fruit. Service was kind and cheerful, and generous with the toppings. No seating inside - it's a quick service mall spot. Seating is close by. Or, stroll and enjoy the snack.

    Deliciousness; small w/ topping $8.25

Overview: Easy parking, great customer service, yummy froyo, large variety of toppings ---- It was my first time to a Pinkberry and it was wonderful! Heather was really kind and helpful with sampling flavors before buying it :) ---- Small w/ toppings $8.25: - I got the white mocha flavor which was delicious - I also sampled the original plain flavor which was sweet, creamy, and slightly tart - there were so many toppings to choose from it was AMAZING! - I loaded up on so many different ones, every bite was delicious ---- Flavors available as of 10/10/2025: - original - pomegranate - chocolate hazelnut - white mocha - vanilla - mango ---- They have a TON of different toppings Fruit: - blueberry - strawberry - raspberry - mango - pineapple - kiwi Boba: - strawberry boba - mango boba Drizzles: - chocolate - caramel - chamoy - condensed milk Nuts, candy, and crunchy things: - coconut - peanuts - nerds - rainbow sprinkles - almond rocca - granola - m&m's - gummy worms - gummy bears - Cap'n Crunch - fruity pebbles - candied pecans - cinnamon crumble - Oreos - chips ahoy - chocolate wafer rolls - yogurt chips - mochi - mini peanut butter cups - cheesecake bites - choc chip cookie dough balls - chocolate gems - brownie bites - chocolate chips Scoops (extra cost): - Nutella $1.50 - peanut butter $1.25 - milk chocolate crunch $1.25 ---- Notes: - it's a "to-go" ambiance - quiet inside and pretty small shop - there's no inside seating but there's plenty of outside seating in the mall - plenty of parking bc it's located in the mall but can be difficult to navigate to, it's on the first floor! - they offer smoothies as well ---- Overall: a great treat when shopping around at the mall, service was wonderful (thanks again Heather!) and the frozen yogurt was delicious, I can't wait to be back :D

Love pink berry! This location moved from upstairs to downstairs, near California Pizza Kitchen. Their new location is somewhat hidden, please give them a visit! Their staff is super friendly. Ambiance is clean. Downside is there is no seating inside, which is a bummer when it gets cold during the winter months. My favorite thing to get here is the choco crunch. It's $1.50 extra for this topping, but soo worth it!

I'm only writing a review because the girls that were working October 9th @8:30pm did amazing! Considering they had so many obstacles happening with their yogurt machines and a lot of impatient customers. They managed so well and still gave their best customer service. It was hectic during that time and people were being rude and loud. Our yogurts came out perfect and she even added extra for the long wait.

Employee was friendly and the yogurt was great! It brought me back to the first time I had Pinkberry- the original tasted the same. My kids and I loved it so much, we went again the next day! Excellent service with another friendly employee, and tasty yogurt! I had the seasonal blueberry and original with mochi, strawberries and blueberries. Very satisfying and hit the spot!

The perfect dessert, got a mini original with strawberries and it is not too sweet and is a refreshing treat! The girl working was very nice and welcoming, making my purchase smooth and enjoyable. The shop is bright, clean and spacious inside. I even brought my own bamboo spoon so I didn't have to use one of their plastic spoons. I would def go again to top off my trip to the mall.

Love this spot in Fashion Valley! Fast friendly service and super yummy froyo with a great topping selection.

    Original flavored

Pinkberry never disappoints! The original frozen yogurt is perfectly tangy and sweet -- refreshing enough that you never get tired of it. One of the best parts is being able to add as many toppings as you'd like with no limit, which makes it super fun to customize. I also tried the chocolate with chocolate crunch; it's an extra $1.50 per scoop, but honestly so delicious and absolutely worth it! Highly recommend treating yourself here!

*Located on the second floor of the Fashion Valley mall Service was okay the two employees I would say didn't offer great customer service. Considering pink berry is not self serve you would think they would explain the menu/options offered. Instead we spent some time looking at the menu trying to figure out the prices. Although not self serve I found the medium option to not be that pricey. It was $6.95 for two flavors and 4 toppings.

Awful portion size. Not sure why the portions are so tiny. UTC location service is a lot better. Went back a week later just to see how he served other customer yogurt orders and they had a swirl. I showed the wife a picture of my husbands order asked if the amount was appropriate and she said yes for a small I said my husband ordered a large. This man is 100% racist. He called mall security on me. I told mall security the situation and security told me to report business to mall management. It's really sad the color of your skin determines the respect you get. My husband is the nicest person on the planet and for this to happen really rubs me the wrong way. I bet my husband even gave this guy a 20% tip. Employee and wife are really nice and have great service and portion size. The male owner seen in picture is a bad business man.

The staff is a bit overwhelmed, but they get things done fast and are nice! Cookie butter was on point! Delicious and clean place

Wow! What awesome service from the young man working tonight! High energy, warm greeting, positive connection. The Strawberry Banana Smoothie want too bad at all either!

    Plain yogurt and fruits

I love frozen yogurt! There's not too many options on pink berries parlors but I don't mind because my palate is always craving for the sweet and tart flavor of the plain frozen yogurt. Just top it with fruits and that's all I need. This location is a quick take out shop to get your froyo.
