Stopped by this location on 10/27/21 around 6:15 pm. My daughter ordered the "Island Pitaya" ($9+) and came out 15 minutes later thoroughly disappointed. Here's the issue - she was the only one inside, a few minutes later another customer came in, placed an order and left before her. When she received the Island Pitaya it was a poorly made bowl of soup! She didn't need a spoon to eat it, she needed a straw. How is this okay? She is not one to complain and we had already drove away. I paid for it so I have a problem with paying $9 and some change for a bowl of soup that took over 15 minutes to prepare! If it were me, I wouldn't have accepted the product and would have requested an instant refund. We will not return to this location again. I love Jamba Juice. Especially the price of their juices are very reasonable. What I have an issue with it the plastic container glasses they use. They used to have non-plastic glasses but now all that is offered is the plastic ones. This is a big deal for me because of the toxins and the reactions people have to plastic containers. I try to avoid plastic because I noticed swelling in my joints when I would drink from plastic containers. If you do t mind getting a few more toxins in your body then Jamba Juice is ok. I for sure would NOT let any kids drink from plastic. They plastic DOES effect hormones including estrogen. I guess it's ok if you want your little boy or little having breast at a very young age. read more

After the gym i was craving Jamba Juice and specifically looked it up to make sure they accept Apple Pay (since I forgot my wallet), drove all the way here for a juice, stood in a long line, even asked the guy at the counter for his recommendation, ordered and then went to pay and they said no Apple Pay. This jumbo juice is very convenient. Hey, you're only here be once in a while but they seem to be very quick at getting my order out to me. They never seem to be really busy here and that's good for me. The location is very convenient and there are a lot of other businesses that I like to go to around here. I like the Boston Market and Whole Foods which are pretty close I come to Jumba Juice when I am in a hurry and don't have time to go to Whole Foods. I can get in and out really quickly. I think this location is good when you are in the area and are pressed for time. The prices are pretty good as well. 0, if I could give it. I ordered a medium strawberries wild with vita boost for my sons. I paid over $7 for it. My older grabbed both and handed one to his brother, who wasn't ready to receive it before he let go. So I informed the girl that made it. She said she'd make another one. But first she put the sign for the wet floor, mopped it and they finished taking and giving the orders of the 2 other customers in the store. A few minutes had gone by and still no sign of making our new one, so I went back to the register and asked if I had to pay for it again. I'm a big fan of Jamba Juice! My whole family knows it; my mom gives me gift cards from them for Christmas as a present and I'm happy. My friends know I love it as well. But this is the first Jamba I'll write a review for. I'm on day 3 of my juice fast. That means no steaks, no sandwiches, no pizza, no rice...nothing. Just juice. The third day is suppose to be the hardest. I haven't eaten anything for the past 3 days. I came into this JJ and there were only two people working, a gentleman at the register, and a young girl making the juices. There were AT LEAST 6 people waiting for their order, and 2 people ahead of me in line. I decided to give their orange & carrot juice blend a try so I ordered it and waited...and waited...and waited... I wasn't sure who was in front of me and who was behind me because I wasn't paying attention to details. And just when I was thinking about how long it was taking for them to make juice, and wondering if they had skipped me, the cashier comes out to me and apologizes to me telling me my order got lost, refunded me, and then gave me a card for a discount the next time I come back. I watch them work on my order, and the girl making it was apologetic as well. I didn't feel too much emotion as they were apologizing, but as I walked out it hit me. I've always loved Jamba just purely because of taste and convenience. I don't really care too much about the long lines it has or whatever else people complain about. After today, the most miserable day of juicing so far, I felt better...a lot better actually. Managers might think they went too far with compensating for skipping my order...to be honest, a simple "I'm sorry we skipped you, we're working on your order now" would have sufficed. But after what they did, it just made my love/respect for JJ that much more. I just started working in this area, so when the weather gets warmer I will be going in more often. read more

I work in the Pruneyard so every now and then I walk over to this Jamba Juice. Since there are so many major offices nearby (eBay, HP, etc) this location is often crowded, which is a major flaw. However, the main thing I love about this place is the fact that the workers seem more knowledgeable than most. My favorite seasonal drink is the Pumpkin Splash made vegan. You would think replacing dairy products with non-dairy products would be easy, but you would be amazed on how many blank stares I receive. I went in late afternoon on a weekday before going to work (I had 20 mins before starting, and only work 2 mins away) and only seen one guy waiting for his drink. I place my order for a mango go go and pretzel, the cashier was nice and quick. So the 2 stars are not for her. Two guys were also up front but they were just talking away. 5 minutes later the guy waiting got up and asked how much longer I've been waiting for almost 10 mins. I love Jamba Juice and the only reason I go to this location is because it's never crowded and it's close to my work. But the service is SLOOOOW, and not just their speed! Once when I tried to order off the "secret menu" and explain the recipe to the girl, she must've asked me to clarify it 4 times! It was an Orange Dream Machine, but using pineapple juice and pineapple sherbet instead of orange. There are only FOUR ingredients in that drink, not including the ice. Still, I guess it was a little too much for her to handle. At first I thought it was the noise, but I found out otherwise it must just be them. The last time I went, I asked for no bananas in one of my drinks and to add strawberries to another drink. Another girl asked me to clarify the drink with no bananas twice. The place was empty at 8:30pm, so I don't know what the problem is. When I got my drinks, there were no strawberries in my other drink! I was so annoyed! Not impressed on my first visit here. We usually go to the Saratoga store after our run, but we were closer to this one this weekend. Everything costs a little more here? Or maybe all prices at all stores went up. Ordered the 2 oz. Wheatgrass, and it arrived rather slow filled to the brim with overflow onto the plate below. I was tempted to lick the rest up, but nah. Then my buddy ends up picking up the wrong order since it's so damn loud in there. By the time he realizes it, it appears that he was not the only one who picked up a wrong order. In the end, the girl ended up making his correct order and my buddy walked out with two cups. Update 2/23: Okay, so the last three times that I have been back to this Jamba Juice, they have screwed up my order in some way. Strawberries Wild, wattery and not right. Next time, Orange Dream, with little chunks of ice still mixed in. Then, today, double shot of wheatgrass that tasted watered down and not full to the cup. Normally I am a fan of Jamba Juice so this review is strictly for the quality of service I received at this particular store. I had 20 minutes to spare before work this morning when I stopped by this location. Initially, I was going to go to the Starbucks next door but since the line was so long I decided to head over here since there was only 1 person ahead of me. I ordered a fresh squeezed drink & a sandwich and waited. I saw more people come into the store as I waited for another 10 minutes and I also got to check out what 3-4 people who ordered after me were going to have for breakfast. I finally get my sandwich and I kindly told the staff "I also have a carrot & orange juice too" and she snapped back "yes, I know, I am aware of that" and went back to continue to do her job. And 5 minutes later, I was pretty antsy since I had been waiting for my drink for the past 15 min., I went up to the counter to ask if my drink was ready. The woman at the register goes to check the order print outs and starts asking around to her other two staff about my drink and no one seemed to know that they should be making my drink (including the girl who told me she was aware, I guess she knew but didn't care to solve the problem). So I was already late for work (which I wouldn't have since I work down the street if I had received my order on time) and I was in no mood to stroll into the office with my breakfast at hand, LATE. So I ended up walking out of the store without my drink and being late to work anyways, I guess I should be thankful I got my sandwich order right? Haha. Total time there: approx 25 minutes Upon arrival there were three groups of customers who had placed order and were waiting and two people in front of me. 4 people behind the counter. The girl behind the register was borderline unpleasant. I would expect the person at the register to offer me a pastry or a receipt... I was asked neither. I did decide to order a pastry and asked for it warmed. After I finished the transaction with the person at the register (who didn't thank me or really "close" the transaction) I stood and waited (there were no available seats albeit more seating options than a normal Jamba Juice, but that's not saying much). and I waited, and I waited. I saw what I thought was my pastry come out of the oven and watched the person walk it over to the hand off counter and tuck it away. I watched the customers before me pick up their drinks noting the largest drink order was 4, but the rest of the customers had 1-2 per customer group. So.... what makes the wait time 18 minutes? They handed me my pastry with my drink, which was the one I suspected that came from the oven approximately 7-8 minutes before. It was now cold. The orange haired gentleman who handed me my drink was pleasant and thanked me. Overall, unimpressed. I rarely go inside a Jamba Juice because of how long it takes (at any location). This is probably the worst Jamba Juice I've ever been to. I rarely go to Jamba Juice, but I do enjoy a nice treat once in awhile. This weekend's bogo prompted my visit to this particular Jamba Juice for a nice "freshly squeezed" juice for the warm evening. This is the closest shop to my home. I ordered the veggie harvest and it tasted like a bunch of slop. Horrible slop. It was mushy, thick, and did not taste good at all. I don't know what kind of -juice- tastes mushy. When I want juice, I want juice - without all the pulp. Gross. Seriously? I have no idea what they were thinking when they started blending up greens in the blender trying to convert that into juice. FYI, to juice greens, you put the greens into the juicer, not the blender. What the heck happened here? HORRIBLE. Right when I got home, I had to get a strainer to get the juice out of my "juice". Well, I definitely won't be ordering this again. Also, I've been here once or twice before, and this store is always so empty, but for some reason so freakin' slow. I generally like Jamba Juice. They have good tasting smoothies and selection of types of fruits. They have done a really nice job. However, I seems like the customer service and quality has slipped lately. Employees don't seem to care as much as before. And you can really feel it. This location has the sloooowest service of any Jamba I've been to. My husband and son went next door and got Noah's and had their egg mit bagels and drinks in hand about 5 minutes after walking in. Meanwhile, I went into Jamba and waited 25 - yes 25 - minutes for my order!!! How hard is it to make a smoothie??!! Their manager needs to take training from Noah's (not that they're the masters of efficiency, but they get people in and out quickly, even when cooking eggs for sandwiches). Needless to say, I ate by myself instead of the family breakfast we were envisioning....didn't want to make my husband and son eat cold egg sandwiches just because of Jamba's inefficiency. That said, the woman who rang up my order was awesome and very friendly. But the young man who was at the last blender needs a bit more training. He showed a clear lack of professionalism as he yelled out to customers to "Please stop asking about your orders; we are working as quickly as possible." I understand it's frustrating to have people interrupt you to ask for the status of your order, but there's probably a better way he could've gone about it.
