Paper Straws + Jamba Juice = Frustration (an epic failure)
    Whinde D.

It's been years since I've had a Jamba juice. I was craving one today and popes in to have a classic orange dream. It was not as dreamy as I remembered and the paper straw ruined the new experience. Jamba juice + paper straw = an EPIC failure I couldn't finish my medium drink.

Located in a small but Cute & Clean shopping center. Very friendly staff. Enjoyed my bowl & smoothy

I haven't been to Jamba juice since pre-pandemic! Don't ask me how I've been missing my smoothies, but I have. Lol this particular one I was surprised to see Jamba Juice no longer has their iconic Styrofoam cups, but I was always shocked they use Styrofoam anyways since that's bad for the environment and they seem to be a health-conscious company. The workers at this particular Jamba Juice did not wear masks, but they were very pleasant. Two of them seem to be in training and their website was down. I ordered my drink online to be picked up within a 15 minute window and as I placed the order, the website said my order would be ready the next day at 8 AM! Lol I spoke to a manager on duty and they were able to get my order and I could bring it back to my son who just got his wisdom teeth removed! I'm happy that this Jamba juice is still around and I will start getting more weekly smoothies!

This was just terrible we got home. Everything was warm. It had been on the counter for about 30 minutes and the guy that was making it just didn't care!

Never have I ever been ignored when I walk into an establishment. They kept messing around on their phones talking about which pictures they look better in than asking me if I was ready to order. So awkward to be honest. I was standing in front of them for about 5 minutes before they acknowledged me. I understand they are teens but this is unacceptable. Won't be coming here again if I'm in a rush. The drink was not that great either. They had to look at the recipes to even know what was in the drink. Smh I had to taste test which of the drinks was mine because they didn't have a label

6/6/2021 Was looking for a refreshing smoothie to cool down on Sunday as we're creeping up to summer weather and so we looked up jamba! I was surprised to see how reviews can be so bad at this location. I was able to walk in, order and pick up all in a timely manner. Beverage tasted consistent and on par as other Jamba chains, price was as expected and staff was ok. Atmosphere was ok. They did have balloon decor up but nothing exciting or impulse presentation area to shop. It was pretty straight forward of come in, place an order, pick up and leave. Parking was ok. Spaces are tight, seating avail outside.

What the heck is up with the cups not filled up to the top?? Even my $10 piña colada that I ordered wasnt filled up. Not coming to this location again.

    Açaí primo bowl

Still up and running during the COVID pandemic! Got my usual order of the açaí primo bowl. Expect to wait a little longer than usual if you order this because it takes awhile to put the bowl together. I also like to ask for extra granola (which I forgot to do the last time) because I got too excited. Ask for extra granola because you will for sure have extra açaí and it tends to be sour. You'll want the granola to add a little bit of extra crunch & sweetness. I do, however, don't like that they tend to overblend their smoothies. Not even halfway through your drink or bowl, and it's like your drinking soup. I wonder if it would help if I told them to not overblend it? Overall, would definitely continue to come back here.

Terrible service. Not worth it to put up with the rude manager. I will be paying for over priced açaí bowls elsewhere.

If you've ever been to the Pruneyard where this store is located within, park in the garage on the other end of the plaza and walk over. Don't even bother trying to find parking near Trader Joe's or in front of Marshall. The store is clean, tidy and nicely decorated with neutral tones. There're some tables and bar seating areas which may be enough to accommodate around 10 people. I tried the So Basic (Almond Milk, Banana, Strawberries, Almond Butter, Maple Syrup) and the Chocolate Smoothies (similar to the So Basic but with added Cocoa). Honestly, it's an acquired taste. I was not sure if I liked my smoothies or hated it. But it started to grow on me and before I knew it, I kept drinking it. Both smoothies tasted clean, fresh and healthy, just like the name of the store "Clean Juice". I paid $13-$14 for the 24oz larger sized cups. It's a bit pricey in my opinion but totally understandable with inflations nowadays. I'll consider this a splurge. I also appreciated that the store had a gender neutral bathroom.

My daughter and I both got the Blue Mermaid drinks and immediately understood the hype. So refreshing and pretty. She ordered the Nutella banana toast and was obsessed. It's such a creative elevated twist on Nutella toast and somehow felt both indulgent and fresh at the same time. I got the Zesty Avo toast and OMG... hands down the best avocado toast I've ever had anywhere. The flavor combination was unreal. The goat cheese with the honey, citrus zest, and orange was absolutely divine. Every bite was so unique and perfectly balanced. I felt fully satisfied without feeling weighed down or guilty after absolutely devouring it. The vibe inside was also so cool and unique. They had crystals, Palo Santo, cute clothing and little lifestyle items throughout the space that made it feel super intentional and aesthetic. The music made me feel like I was back in Hawaii or on an island somewhere. Just such a relaxing, happy atmosphere. Definitely one of those places you immediately want to come back to. I went with the Coffee Crunch, and honestly, it's no joke, it is delicious and absolutely packed. However, at an $11 price point, that coupon was the only thing keeping it in the "reasonable" category for me, especially since the portion is just a standard size rather than something more substantial. The layout of the place is a bit of a trip; unlike Jamba where everything is out in the open, the staff here is tucked away in a back kitchen area. I spent about five minutes waiting for my order to emerge, wondering if I'd been forgotten! But if you're looking for a quiet escape with god-tier air conditioning, this is the spot. I stopped by on a sweltering afternoon and it was nearly empty, cool as a whistle, and filled with trendy, comfortable seating rather than your typical stiff restaurant chairs. While I'm personally not a "bowl" person, the rest of the menu looks great. It's definitely got more of a local health-spot soul compared to the corporate feel of the Jamba down the street. I'll definitely be passing this place along to my pre-teen daughter, it feels exactly like the kind of trendy hangout she's going to live at as she gets older. Go for the crunch, but definitely stay for the AC.

Highly recommend it! It's layered with so many good ingredients and the flavors work perfectly together. The only small downside is that they didn't have knives or forks available. Refreshing and something I'd order again. Service was a little slow but friendly, and the place seemed fairly clean overall. I usually go for a bowl at places like this, so next time I definitely want to come back and try some of their açaí bowls -- but once I saw that PB&J toast on the menu, I was locked in.
