I went to the front counter and placed the smoothie order. With the initial interaction with the staff members, the service could have been slightly more attentive and friendly. It seemed like that mark was missed with the welcoming of the customers' presence. For the drink, I ordered the Large Strawberry Wave smoothie. It came with Apple/Strawberry Juice Blend, Strawberry, Non-Fat Yogurt, and. Banana. I requested that it be prepared with a thick consistency. Unfortunately, it was not prepared up to standards and as anticipated. The thickness was on the thinner, looser scale. The taste of the smoothie was also slightly lackluster. Overall, the entire experience did not deliver quite all the way. The customer service and the execution of the smoothie left some room to be desired. I personally had better experiences at the Juice It Up! location in Lodi, where the service and smoothie preparations (including better taste) both met expectations.
