The workers at this location are always cheery and welcome everyone that walks through the door. My current favorites include the tropical greens juice, apple and greens smoothie, and acai primo bowl. Always save your receipt in case you get bogo deals in the surveys and log in your phone number for more rewards! I've had some occasions when the rewards didn't work correctly, but other than that they always have daily specials going on and it's a great place to pop in for an energizing drink or boost when you feel like you're about to get sick. read more

Picked up the usual before heading to work yesterday. The cashier was helpful and the guy making smoothies was very fast. I was on my way out and dropped my smoothie soon as I was ready to open my car door. Mess.. all over me and the parking stall and car. I forgot my Cheddar Onion Bread and he seen that I dropped my smoothie. On the way back in he made another one for me, free of charge and I was out the door in seconds. It's weird because I generally am not a Jamba Juice person really. But I was craving an açaí bowl and this location was right next door to me at the time. I got the chunky strawberry bowl which was not too sweet and full of delicious fruit. I really liked the banana in the bowl which wasn't too mushy! I love Jamba Juice and decided to take a trip there after a long reprieve. Previously I didn't care for their over packed sugar smoothies. I saw a groupon and decided to try it out. Tried their new fresh juices which is literally fresh veggies and fruits extracted for a pure juice hit. I dinged this particular store 1 star because service was slow and the juice color was a bit unappealing (brownish in color compared to a bright green hue). I love this location they are always so friendly and patient with me my orders are normally a little complicated because I'm super healthy and try to avoid consuming tons of excess sugars so I'm always changing the ingredients around lol but they always seemed to go out of there way to make sure it's just right for me. I never have the same experience at the Monte Vista location they are actually very short, not that friendly, and at times somewhat rude. So the one on Harbison Dr is your best bet they will go above and beyond to make sure you're a happy customer and the assistant Manager is a doll . This place is OUTSTANDING for customer service!! And their drinks are great, too! Today, for the second time in a week, we went there for a specific drink. Both times, they were out of a particular component for that drink. Being that this drink is my favorite, and I couldn't get it TWICE in one week, I was bummed! I went back to this Jamba Juice because I happen to be in the area even though I had a bad experience in the past. This time the staff were welcoming and greeted me when I entered the store. They were friendly and patient. I ordered one of their new açaí bowl options and it was delicious! For only eight dollars, it was definitely a good deal. I forgot to ask the employee to not put in coconut, but I asked him while he was making the bowl. Fortunately he had not put it in yet, and the nice thing was that he did not express any frustration or attitude. He also asked if I wanted to have another topping instead of the coconut. The two stars are because of the toilet. The location opens at 7 AM and after a long 12 hour graveyard shift I wanted a juice. I arrived at this location a little after 8 AM after driving over an hour. I went straight to the toilet and it was filthy.
