I really enjoy the convenience of fresh juice at this location on 9/27 at 2:20pm, but the customer service is nonexistent. There were four associates working and only two customers at the time of my visit. My orange juice took ten minutes because of side conversations. A third customer came in and it took about five minutes for the associates to acknowledge that he needed to order. That's unacceptable. read more

My daughter went to Jamba Juice at 3:50pm today (5/1/14). She waited over 45 minutes to get ONE Jamba Juice. About 5 minutes before finally getting her Jamba Juice and having waited 40 min. she asked the cashier if she could get a gift card to compensate her for her time...WAITING 40+ minutes for ONE drink. The cashier said that they don't give out gift cards at Countrywood and that would not be possible! Pathetic customer service!!! People around my daughter were waiting for an hour. I will never go and give my time and money to the Countrywood Jamba Juice again! Sorry...you just lost a great customer today! read more

I have mixed feelings about this place. I've been here a couple of times because it's relatively close to my work, and every time i go, i'm the only customer. but hey, i'm not complaining, because it's less of a wait time. on every occasion that i've gone, i've always seen the same two employees working. one is a really tall guy and the other is short girl. the guy is super friendly and welcoming, while the girl acts like she'd rather be anywhere but there. taste wise, pretty much the same as every other jamba out there, but i think they put a little more soy in my drink than other places, because the flavor is much more prominent. i remember once going to a jamba in sf, where they only filled my cup up 80% and quickly slapped the lid on before i could see the insides (but my quick eyes caught them anyways!). this place is pretty generous with their smoothies, always filling it to top. so you definitely get your money's worth. it's very clean and well lite, but the sad thing is, they don't always have my favorite omega-3 chocolate cookies :( maybe because the store is smaller than most... so minus star for the crabby girl and minus star for the lack of cookie. aside from that, pretty much your typical jamba joint. read more

OVERCHARGING: I've had really mixed experiences with this particular Jamba Juice location. I moved to this location recently and have been here less than 10 times. The first time I went here, the service was fast and the two staff there were extremely friendly. Later however, I realized that I was charged twice on my card. I went back to the store weeks later and there were different workers there. They couldn't give me the refund but they were helpful and gave me the managers number. Though I never reached out to the manager because it seemed like a hassle, I thought I would just settle since the staff were really helpful and seemed concerned. SERVICE - UNPROFESSIONAL: Week or so later, I went in late in the evening to the same location and again completely different staff. This time... it was terrible. There must have been 3 or so staff. The staff working the cashier was talkative but not professional at all. She was engaging in conversations, not work talk, but personal/ private life talks with the other workers while helping me. To add onto that, a friend or a worker that was not on-shift went into the kitchen/ blending area and they all started chatting. They actually all started singing at the top of their lungs and snap chatting it. And they actually screamed to the song too...they were LOUD. Another customer who was waiting for his drinks was just as shocked as I was. I've never encountered such unprofessional and insensitive staff at any food service before. When my order was ready, they did not call my name or call out the order. When my order was up I was the only person in the store at that point, and yet they did not let me know. They saw it sitting there but they continued to talk to each other. I had another bad experience at this place tonight. The cashier was not in her uniform and while taking my order she was asking the staff there "are you working? because I don't work here". I don't know if she was off-shift and working OT or she really didn't work there. Anyhow, after paying for the order she just gave the card back to my bf. She didn't say "Thank you", she didn't ask for our names, she did NOT give us a receipt. She started talking to the other staff and got on her phone. When we asked her can we have the receipt, she didn't even look up from her phone and muffled a "yeah". And then another worker gave us the receipt and they continued on with their personal conversation. INCORRECT ORDER/ INCONSISTENCY: (Continuation of tonight) When our orders were ready, mine was made incorrectly. I ordered an acai bowl and they did not add honey onto it. Honey is one of the listed ingredients for this item that's usually topped on the fruits. It's not a big deal... if this was the only issue but it wasn't. The strawberries in the bowl were obviously thawed frozen strawberries and it was just slimy. Also the acai blend itself was completely solid.. there were chunks of ice in it still. I've ordered here some other times in the afternoon and the acai bowl was completely different. The strawberries were fresh and the consistency of the acai mix was actually liquid and not in chunks with visible ice in them. I have pictures as well and would be glad to post them but I'm guessing because this is my first post I cannot? I just hope that there will be better training/ management on some of the night time staff because they are really just out of hand sometimes. Probably not going to come back during the night anymore because frankly, the night staff has been pretty terrible in terms of service, attention to customers, and making getting the food right. read more

I just ordered two drinks during the busiest time ever... the employees were working really hard to get everything out but the girl pouring the drinks was rather rude and seemed to hate life... not to mention that both my drinks tasted HORRIBLE. I'm a fan of this Jamba Juice, I work in the Fidi and the JJ I go to there is small, messy form the hundereds of people that are in and out of that place, and they are obviously understaffed because they all look ridiculously tired! That or they could be hung over, whatever the case may be this one is bigger, cleaner, and the kids that work here are friendly and seem to have some work ethic for this prossibly being their first or second job. I def. love this JJ compared to any one in the Fidi district. read more

Rude employees, slow service, and generally negative enviornment. Not a place I'd want to return to. Employees were not nice to the customers, or each other. It was very clear that the working environment was tense. I suspect they have a lot of turnover as far as baristas go. Will not be returning. read more

Ordered 2 whirl'ins jazzy java; apparently ours INCLUDED BITS OF PLASTIC WRAPPER small enough to be hidden within the yogurt but large enough to CHOKE when swallowed. The manager recognized the problem right away...hmm...methinks this has happened before. Negligence is NO excuse...can you imagine feeding this to a child?!! The store and franchise should seriously look into this problem before someone gets badly injured. read more

Horrible experience. They took 20 mins to prepare my juice. Also the guy who was preparing the juice dropped the kale leaf on floor and put it back to the juicer with out washing it again. I work for a major hospital in walnut creek. I would never recommend this store to my patients. read more

My next best Jamba Juice. I go to this one nearly every morning. The staff is energetic and organized. This place can get packed, but the staff never seems to falter and keeps the line moving. Parking can be tough, but that isn't their fault. read more

I love Jamba Juice. I have been in various locations throughout the East Bay. Unforunately, there is a server at this location who cannot keep track of customers and their orders. Last week, I went in and was served my order after another customer received his order even though he was behind me in line. This redheaded young man (the server) then asked me a favor....have a nice day! I would have had a nice day if I received my drink in the correct order. Then, today, I go in, the "redhead" is making a drink for the only other customer in the store. He sees me and acknowledges me with a headbob. Another customer comes in the store a few seconds after me. The "redhead" then comes to the register and begins to take the order of the man who came in after me. Seriously? I have to force my way in and say "I was here first". IS IT SO HARD TO KEEP TRACK OF THE ORDER OF CUSTOMERS (2 IN THIS CASE) AND SERVE THEM ACCORDINGLY? Dear Redheaded Server Guy, you want me to have a nice day? Serve your customers in order. read more
