I don't remember the last time I've been to a Dutch Bros, so I was excited to stop by since I was in the area. I know that they are known for their coffee, but since I don't drink coffee, I decided to just order their Sherbet Dutch H2O for pick up. I did add coconut milk and strawberry poppin' boba. I like that you can customize the drinks here. It was fruity and refreshing, especially on a hot day. I stopped by again a few weeks later and ordered the Fruit Punch Iced Lemonade w/ Sour Candy Straw (which I just realized that I never got) with mango poppin' boba and sweet cream. It tasted like a creamsicle bar!! This location was very busy and a lot of people pick up through the drive-through. I picked up my drinks at the window on both occasions and didn't have to wait that long. The staff there were friendly even though they were extremely busy with all the orders, which I appreciated. This was my first time at an actual Dutch Bros. It was my third time drinking the Dutch Bros coffee. The first two times. My brother's girlfriend brought Dutch Bros coffee from Tracy to the house. I'm in luv with Dutch Brothers. My daughter ordered a Frozen Treat in Birthday Cake. Oh wow! Oh wow! It was delicious. I had a Poppin' Bobba with Strawberry Lemonade. It was right on. The Bobba didn't taste like "slivers" and where you had to chew it. It was light and popped with refreshment and tastes like lemonade, matching my drink. This place is very busy, so I would recommend placing your order ahead of time, and picking it by foot. I haven't been through the drive through, but it appears high efficient with crew members there taking orders as drivers make two lines. Although the line was long as to be expected, the time from start to finish was more than reasonable. The parking lot was shared, small with limited spacing but manageable. Still on a mission to petition Dutch Bros Coffee in the South Bay area! I am such a Dutch Bros Coffee fan, you don't even know. In the area for work, so you know I had to make a pit stop to DB. Went on a whim to ask for a recommendation, my go-to is an iced White Zombie Breve, if you were wondering. I was looking for a sugar-free option but another recommendation based off my go-to drink. The staff at the drive thru recommended the Flapjack Breve; white chocolate, vanilla and salted caramel. It was pretty good and it being sugar-free you could barely tell! I love pairing half-n-half with sugar-free drinks because balance. Not sure it's my new fave, but it was nice to try something different. The reason why they didn't get 5 stars is only because of the line. It's hit or miss, mostly miss. The employees have always been friendly and helpful with great suggestions. They listen to what I want and share their thoughts on what I could get. This place is really good but oh my gosh, the workers are always too busy flirting with the men in cars when there's people clearly waiting. It's so annoying just for them to not tip them. I want to start by saying that 99% of the time I come here, I have a wonderful experience. The baristas are usually kind, helpful, and make this location one of my favorites. Unfortunately, today was the first time I've ever had a disappointing visit. I placed a mobile order for pickup, and since the drive-through line was short, I decided to grab it that way. In the past, baristas have always been happy to quickly run inside and hand me my order so I could be on my way. Today, however, when I reached the barista outside, I explained that my order was ready. He checked his iPad and told me to wait in line like everyone else. I showed him my app, which said my drink was ready at 12:05--it was already 12:30--but he brushed me off and repeated that I had to wait. By the time I reached the window, I was greeted by a polite and kind young man who immediately made me feel better. He confirmed my order, offered to remake the drink fresh, and listened patiently as I explained what had happened. He apologized sincerely and assured me he would pass my feedback along to a supervisor. He even mentioned that the barista outside was from another location and "that's how they handle it there." I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the barista at the window--his attitude reflects the great service I've come to expect here. My only concern is that the dismissive behavior of the outside barista doesn't represent this store well. I hope management is made aware so that the excellent reputation of this location isn't overshadowed by one negative interaction. Thank you for taking the time to read this. We tried Dutch Bros for the first time today, and thanks to ChatGPT, we went with their most popular drink - the Golden Eagle Breve. With helpful suggestions from Indigo, we ordered it "iced" in medium size, and swapped the usual half-and-half for whole milk to make it a little less sweet. I also ordered mine half sweet because I prefer more of the coffee flavor over the sugar. We used the drive-thru, and the whole experience was seamless. A friendly team member wearing a bright yellow "Positive Vibes" vest came out to take our order on a tablet, and then we simply merged into the line to pick up our drinks at the window. You can also order in advance and pick up from the window. FYI - they don't have a kitchen, so no bakery, but they do have items like muffin tops. Since it was our first time and we mentioned we were trying it based on ChatGPT's recommendation (shoutout again to Indigo for being amazing!), our drinks were on the house - such a thoughtful gesture from the company. Okay, admittedly I am not the biggest Dutch Bros fan. I've had it a handful of times while traveling up north or down south and didn't really understand the hype. Until ... NOW. At the request of my 11 year old, we ventured to their new location. Pros: * There were 2 employees taking orders from iPads, making the process smooth * The person taking my order was FANTASTIC. Told her that I wasn't all too familiar with Duth Bros and she asked me a series of questions: do I like coffee based drinks? Do you prefer blended? What about cream based? From that she suggested the GOLDEN EAGLE with Oat Milk and OMG YUMMMMMM so good * The person at the drive up window was so personable and friendly! She mentioned she just graduated HS and is taking her real estate exam - good luck to her, I know she'll do great! Cons: * I can see how the drive thru traffic could get congested. There were two signs off Clayton Rd: one to enter from the Taco Bell and another down the ways near the Pizza spot. I wasn't sure which one to enter * There are 2 lanes, which should be a pro, but I was a little confused because all the cars lined up on one lane so I decided to go against the grain and go down the second lane. It didn't seem like the signs had speakers so I wasn't sure what was going on. Luckily one of the employees with the iPad came over to my lane and took my order. This place has single handedly changed my mind about Dutch bros. I hadn't quite enjoyed other drinks I've consumed before (blended drinks I think) so I'm glad I went with their recommendation.
