Today was 100 degrees and it was the perfect day to have this Vitality Bowl (this is my favorite) today. I ordered online and it was ready in 30 minutes (for ASAP) and there were also other time slots. It's great because they store it in the fridge until you come for pick up. I took it home to eat and it didn't melt in this heat which was great! read more

It's official. We have found the worst smoothies ever. First you sit there and wait 10 minutes for them to make two smoothies and then you take a sip and it's over because you can't drink anymore. Try the putrid puke flavored purple passion. It's so awful! It tastes like a rotten fruit fart smoothie mixed with cat vomit. Seriously, don't come here. Don't drink it. It will poison you and you will have a horrible day after. The girl was nice though. read more

A picture is worth a thousand words. We had the steak bowl and even my son loved it! We scraped the bowl clean down to each grain This was my first time trying a pickled egg and it was so tasty. Rip off! Lacking sufficient ingredients and only half cup full. Ordering through Kiosk was easy, but nowhere can I add comment for special requests. At least the Antioch and Dublin locations are generous. Would not come back or recommend this location. read more

Awful experience. I never write reviews, but I didn't want more people to fall for the scam. I went in on a Saturday afternoon, ordered a carrot and orange juice, waiting 45 minutes for it, and it was warm and had brown spots in it as if the carrot hadn't been peeled or maybe just a dirt machine. It tasted very bitter; not Earthy like a normal carrot; just unpleasantly bitter and very warm. And I waited 45 minutes for it. While waiting, I noticed at least 6 other people who said they had been waiting for an hour for a single item. And one even got his order wrong, so he had to wait even longer! read more

Super helpful staff. Inside is huge, so great place to get done work done while you enjoy a beverage or food. The Intensifier with extra ginger was perfect for me. Go green was creamy and sweet, but not too sweet. It's the only smoothie with kale and spinach, so if that's your style go green . I'll return for round 2! read more

We got a tropical açaí bowl. Even though coconut is added my favorite fruit it was not the best açaí I've had. They have a self order system and then call your name when is ready. It did not take more than 10 minutes to get to us. So efficient and quick service. This location just gets worse over time. I stop coming here several years ago because my drinks kept coming out gray. I figured a year later they might have learned to make the drinks or find people who could. I just saw an employee just MF management and quit. The remaining employee gave me another gray smoothie. That time I asked for a refund and walked away. Third time is the charm correct? As far as the taste of the drink yes. Rude attitude teenagers refused to take my order, demanded that I use the self order kiosk. Then when I asked to use the restroom I was told with an attitude it's broken. Then the icing on the cake was the kiosk wanted to know how much percentage I wanted to tip. Why would I leave a tip for entering my own order, getting attitude from a teenager, ringing myself out and not being able to use the restroom after I spent $30 on two bowls. Horrible experience. Next time I'll drive to Brentwood if there ever is even a next time. read more

Tried this out as the alternative to Zachary's. Won't be coming back. Had the Detox bowl which promised a large array of ingredients like strawberries, kale, almonds, and the bowl I got was literally three blueberries, banana slices, and honey topped on a ridiculous amount of acai sorbet. Disappointed initially when I walked in and staff member was sitting in a chair on a laptop. Told me to order through the kiosk, I had questions so asked to give an order directly with him. He was visibly annoyed by this request which was surprising considering it's his job to help customers..lol. I love the bowls here but this place is extremely disorganized. There were about 5 employees in the back with several customers waiting for pick up. My bowl was actually ready but had to wait at least 10 minutes for it. They'd get more business if there operations was better. Same order each time -- one chicken power panini with customized toppings/condiments, one avocado power panini. First time I ordered, both the paninis were perfect. Second time (today) the chicken power panini was on point, but the avocado power panini had no avocado -- it was another chicken power panini. So disappointed. Came last week on Thursday to have lunch with my son on his lunch break. I only put 4 stars because when I walked in it took a long time before someone came out from the back. I think they had just opened so I'm guessing they were either prepping or had a lot of orders. I got two dragon bowls and 3 steak wraps I got food for my partner too. The food was good I really like the dragon bowl. It took maybe about 10-20 minutes to get our food I'm not exactly sure. I enjoyed my food when I got home, my grandson who I was watching decided he wanted to scream his head off so we ended up leaving and when I got home the dragon bowl was melted. But it was still really good I ate a little before my grandson started crying. read more

Now that Noel is the manager, I commute out of the way just to order from this location. My orders are always full, and made exactly to my liking and the service I receive is amazing. Ordered VitalityBowls through DoorDash today for lunch. My boyfriend and I love this place! I ordered a small Vitality Bowl with extra granola. Their granola is amazingly delicious. My boyfriend got a large Vitality Bowl with extra granola with no goji berries. I made a mistake in the order and when I called VitalityBowls bowl they were so nice and understanding. Especially because it was my fault. We were able to go back and get the right VitalityBowls that my boyfriend wanted. He wanted almond milk instead of the v blend that they usually put in the bowl. If you want a more creamy bowl I would highly suggest the almond milk. I like the v blend though. read more

What I see here now is just depressing, not just because the place was empty, but it's now devoid of anything that felt like a spot someone would want to hangout at. Ordering is just through the kiosk now, which isn't a bad thing. The part that was really rough was the reason why I even came here; the boba. I got a regular milk tea which now they only have a single size. I miss the extra large size they used to have, but oh well. The next issue comes with how much the boba actually costs. They may have gotten rid of the extra large cup sizes, but they're still charging the almost the same amount for it in a much smaller cup. What a deal, right? And we get to the actual drink. When the person making the drink after receiving your order finishes within a minute of making it, it's never a good sign. Why is that? Well, they had premade jug of milk tea ready to pour out for your tasting pleasure. When you have a premade jug of milk tea, it's never a good sign. While I've had them at other places that have done this before, and it's ranged from bad to mediocre, the one here at Milk Tea Lab, now, was in a word, rancid. It was incredibly gross with absolutely no redeeming qualities to it. I generally try not to be so harsh, but this was really not it and I couldn't even finish the boba because of how bad the milk tea was. It's sad to see how big of a dropoff this spot has become compared to what it used to be. This isn't like when they first opened where there were only 2-3 boba spots right next to them. Now there's at least a handful of options within a few minutes away, and dozens of spots within a mile or two, and this is what they're pushing out? It's a shame but this Milk Tea Lab which was their starter store is no longer a place I would ever go back to for boba. It's time is now past with this new ownership.

The standout for me was the Cream Cheese Bun--it was absolutely delicious! I'm coming back just for that Ananas offers both indoor seating and a nice outdoor patio, so it's easy to find a spot whether you're meeting friends or just grabbing a quick bite. Overall, it was a great first experience. If you're in the area, I'd definitely recommend stopping by. I'll definitely be back to work my way through more of the menu!

This place has very nice customer service , and very hardworking people . They make sure each order is to perfection . However people forget , ESPECIALLY IMPATIENT, Forget that they have multiple orders coming in from door dash, Uber eats, and various phone calls, so the wait can definitely get pushed back even for a smoothie. They take allergies very seriously and with precaution that can take some time as well. I LOVE THE FOOD THERE . WORD OF ADVICE. Even if you ordered and no one is in line and you're waiting longer than you would usually , that means they're probably doing big pickup orders that came before you . I am ecstatic about all the vegetarian choices they have to offer me. Recently my favorite vegan and vegetarian restaurant in Berkley closed and so I went on a hunt for the perfect healthy place. I stumbled across Vitality bowls in downtown Pleasant Hill and decided to try it out. After a welcoming greeting, I was stunned at all the choices on the menu they offered for vegetarians. I ordered a Detox Bowl and after I paid I received my bowl within 7 minutes. This is much faster than I assumed due to all the ingredients in this order. Called ahead of time for my Tropical Bowl since I know it takes FOR EVER for them to make 1 bowl. Arrived in 15-20 min since they said that was how long it would take and waited another 10 minuets for my bowl. After calling ahead and waiting 25-30, they finally bring out my bowl with an extra free topping, a strand of hair! Luckily I wasn't far too away and I was able to go back and get a replacement while only waiting 5min. read more

I haven't been here in a while, but I just came back to town and HAD TO come in! I had their monthly special named The Superberry Bowl and it was SO good! It took some time but the nice girl at the register explained why it takes long and how everything is fresh to order. Very informative staff and very delicious product! Will be back! read more

I tried it for the first time a few days ago and i was hooked. Not only is the food delicious, but you also feel good eating it too. I tried the tropical bowl and added pineapples out of recommendation. It came within ten minutes by a very friendly staff member. Definitely will be returning soon read more

I ordered a nutty bowl off the vitality bowl app for pick up. I ordered and PAID for 3x peanut butter as a topping and opened it up and it barely had 1x the amount of peanut butter and was even skimp on that. Barely drizzled on the top and left as is. So I was ripped off what I PAID for. read more

There are no tables or chairs for outside seating. As you proceed in, register to the right with the cup station against the left wall. Make your way in and there are about 12 flavors to choose from. All stations were working today minus one (missing a flavor). There were two fruit flavors (peach and mango), a rocket pop flavor, cheesecake and plain tart, along with frosted cookie, Dutch chocolate, Oreo and a few other flavors. The topping station is pretty spacious with at least 20-30 options to choose from ranging from fruit, to boba toppings, coconut and chocolate chips to gummy bears and sour worms. I always do mochi, kiwi fruit, cookie dough balls and mango popping bubbles. The register and cashier are behind the topping station toward the end of the counter. Prices are based on weight, our daughter's is always the most and she never finishes it. This is her go to spot for sweet when we're in the area. The quality of yogurt and toppings are always fresh, the interior is usually clean with the exception of tables being frequently used without in between cleanings.

We paid a little over $11 for 15 oz of yogurt.
