Walked in here 4 times. All 4 times, the staff including the manager were either fighting with each other or already upset with each other. The overall feel was gloomy, nobody was smiling at any point, and 2 of the 4 times, I was pretty much ignored for a while but I was the only one in the store. Worst customer service I've ever received in my life. I ordered a smoothie on the app and then after waiting 45 minutes for it they continued to tell me to keep waiting for it to come through on the computer when it obviously never was. I showed them my receipt in the email as well as the app yet they refused to make my smoothie for me the servers name was arwin and the manager jermone who was the most rude person I've ever dealt with in customer service who used profanity at me calling me an f*cking liar when as I said I had the email and app to show them I ordered it. Then he had the audacity to tell me I'm white and privileged. I can't believe someone like that would be allowed to manage a store. So in the end I had to leave the store with no refund and no smoothie after wasting an hour of my time. It was 7 p.m. so perhaps the rush of daytime crowds had long passed - but still it was a couple hours before closing. The two guys working tonight were cleaning up but stopped to greet and help me. I was meeting a friend who had showed up first - I sat down at a (clean!) table with her and her boyfriend to look over some papers and happily reminisced about once upon a time sixteen years ago when I was the seventeen year old behind that juice counter. I talked for a minute with Josh and Thomas before I left - they were really friendly employees. No music playing (perhaps there's a manager somewhere reading these reviews), and they actually seemed happy to be at work. Ok, I love Jamba Juice--but not this location. We recently went here, after a hike, and were ready to cool down with a smoothie. We had a gift card to use, so a free smoothie sounded even better. Upon arriving, we were notified that the ATM machines were down, and that they were accepting cash only. We asked if that included gift cards, and it was confirmed. Bummer. I ran out to the car to grab some cash. I could handle that hurdle. Next, I ordered a Peach Perfection. I was told, "Sorry, we are out of peaches". It was 2pm. How are you out of peaches, unless it's popular? So, I order a Mango Mantra. I hear, "I'm sorry, we are out of mangoes too." Are you kidding me? The lady continued to tell me that they were also out of beet juice, carrot juice, and were running low on some other fruit. I asked for a shot of the Mango Vitality juice. They were out. Hmmm. At this point, I ordered a Razzmatazz. It was wonderful, but just was not what I was in the mood for. They always make our order right every time (because we always order the same thing every time) :) However, the staff are friendly and atmosphere is simply a wonderful place to be in (very clean, a bit of seating outside and inside). They're very accommodating when it comes to families like ours. For example, if we order a large smoothie to share between the three of us, they'll put a bit of it in a small cup for our little one, and my husband and I will share the bigger cup. Sometimes, they even give our kiddo the color changing straw, which is an awesome little surprise for him :) We'll continue to come here like we've been coming here for the past 2 years :) read more

So disappointed today! Took my middle school running team on a mile-long run in the heat, with the promise of a Jamba Juice treat at the end. As the 14 of us walked up to the door, a young female employee met us to say that she couldn't serve us; she hadn't had her mandatory break and was going to take it before she could handle our orders. She said she could help us in 30 minutes. We were welcomed at O'Brien's Ice Cream Store, which is 2 doors down in the same building. Two of my runners are lactose intolerant, and could not find something to order to their liking; they had been counting on the offerings from Jamba Juice. As we walked back by the Jamba Juice storefront about 15 minutes later, the store was helping other customers. I had planned to spend about $6 per person on smoothies, which totals roughly $84. The Jamba Juice employee cost the business about $84 of income today plus the goodwill of my team members and their families. read more

I've been a long time regular customer of this Jamba Juice location. The drinks are usually made correctly. I started to notice after Tyrone started managing at this location the service, and overall atmosphere have been in a steady state of decline. Unfortunately as many of the other reviews have stated that the wait times are far longer than Jamba Juice's typical wait times, I've noticed the same. My most recent trip to this location requires a wait time of a little over 20 minutes for a single smoothie. (There were only two other customers in the store). The blenders, and dishes are being half cleaned on the fly because Tyrone, and his team are in the weeds, and the front of house for the customers is dirty, and now I've noticed the straws are not even stocked in the container to place in your smoothie. This is sad to see. I hope to see better management lead this store back to the standards people expect when they go to Jamba Juice. read more

Maddie: Ohmygod! That's so cool! You're so lucky, the only sports my school has are tennis and golf. Brittany: Oh I know! That sucks for reals! (Awkward Silence) Brittany: So where are you going to school next year? Maddie: Oh I'm still waiting to hear back, I sent my apps out to a few schools but I'm not sure yet. Brittany: Totally! I haven't had a Jamba Juice in probably 2 years for some reason. I shop right by this one at the Safeway across the parking lot too. Yesterday I wasn't feeling too well and so today I went to the gym with a t-shirt on, long sleeve shirt on, and a sweat shirt on. I wanted to try to sweat whatever sickness I had out. I got home, showered, and then decided to get one of these coldbuster smoothies that I've heard helps from Jamba Juice. I walked in and right away you can just smell cleanliness. I read one yelpers review talking badly about the sanitary state this Jamba was in. I can not agree at all. I was very happy with how it was. The guy behind the counter's name was Guy and incredibly friendly and helpful. I was picking up a smoothie for my co-worker and he steered me in the right direction. Sometimes when you ask for help, you get the "too cool for school" attitude, but not here. I drank my large coldbuster and am feeling alot better. Can't say if it's a mental thing or if my sweating like a pig this morning at the gym helped of it was just the coldbuster. Whatever it is, I feel better and am going to do this routine again if I'm feeling ill. Hell, I'll probably go in there and get the carrot and orange juice drink. Came in on a early Thursday morning, not too busy since it was so early! But I was craving a smoothie.. I was immediately greeted by both the workers, ordered my drink, sat down at a table to do some work, and then they brought my drink to me, big thanks to the gentleman! Something so small like bringing me my drink, speaks volume of their great customer service - who else's brings you your drink anymore?! The Caribbean Passion smoothie was delicious too. I've had many Jambas courtesy of this location, but tonight I was extremely disappointed and surprised by the poor experience and product I received. My girlfriend and I walked in at 5:30 (closes at 6) and could immediately tell the employees were ready to be off. The store was being cleaned and the fresh juiced options on the menu we're not being made anymore (employee told us). However, they close at 6, they should make everything on their menu until closing in my opinion.. Anyways. Employee seemed to be in a hurry to get out order out of us. I ordered the apples n greens and my girlfriend got berry upbeat. To my surprise, they were both quite watery and not as great as I usually get here. I was very disappointed in my visit today. I came in to order a smoothie and asked if there was a list of fruits and vegetables that I would be able to see to add to my smoothie, and he looks at me like I'm crazy or speaking another language. When I repeat myself he pulls out a prep book and points to a list of peanut butter and other non fruit or vegetable items. Finally once he understands what I want he tells me that the only vegetables that they have are carrots and kale but they don't have a working juicer to even make that for me and I ended up becoming a little bit frustrated with the situation and the cashier didn't seem to want to help me anymore and was a little too excited for me to leave. I go here every once in a while and I thought it was about time to leave a review on this place. When I went here today as soon as I walked past the door one of the people there welcomed me which I thought was nice, and since I've been here before I already knew what to order. I only had to wait about 2 minutes to get my smoothie because I went there around closing time so there weren't many people there. It's also worth noting that there aren't only smoothies there, there's also some snacks too. Some of the few bad things about the place was that inside it was pretty warm (which was weird considering it's a place where cold smoothies are made), and that there weren't many chairs inside or outside of the place to sit on which might be annoying if you bring a decent sized group of people there. Overall, it's a nice place to stop by and get a smoothie at and I definitely recommend going here. read more

This is a Great Jamba Juice. They run a clean and friendly store and the experience is always good (avoid 3-4 pm if you're in a hurry as the school next door overwhelms it).
