Large pizza with tomato, spinach, and green pepper
    Tim K.

Local pizza and pie restaurant. My wife and I order takeout pizza from here. Pizzas are well made, big, and fresh. I have tried a few of the specialty pizzas and have been happy with all orders. They have a small outdoor dining area to eat. Very casual and nice place to hang out. I have never tried any of the fruit pies, but they look good!

The hubs, father in law, and I were driving through the Williamsburg area. Jamestown Pie Company caught our eye and we made an immediate unplanned stop. We all are very fond of sweets, but mostly pies such as coconut, key lime, and pecan. Parking was in abundance, and the storefront looked spacious than what it was on the inside. I think there were two entrances, but I could be wrong. One to order takeaway pies, and the other to accommodate a dining atmosphere outside. I believe they also serve pizza, sandwiches, and dessert pies. Upon entering we noticed a narrow entryway to the counter displaying the slices of pies. The gentleman at the register seemed to be in a grumpy mood. There was not much acknowledgment of our presence as we perused the slices available. I wouldn't say the slices of pies looked inviting and enticing, but you should never judge a book by its cover. So we ordered a slice of coconut, key lime, and 3 pieces of baklava. The gentleman seemed annoyed to explain what a baklava was to my father in law, which didn't sit well with me. We paid and left, and I was looking forward to eating it in the car. The coconut slice was chill with shreds of coconut baked on top and throughout. There was a hint of sweetness with each bite. It had a eggy consistency which was interesting. The crust was sort of dry and hard. The key lime was okay and tart. As for the baklava the phylo was flaky and sticky as it should be. The slices looked to be less than 1/6 of a pie and about $5. They also offer pies for purchase, but I would recommend calling ahead for availability. I wanted to order the pecan slice, but it looked smaller than 1/6 in the container, and it was in pieces so I opted not to. Overall not a bad place to stop if your passing through. We might've visited on a off day, but we'll revisit.

We stopped here for a crab pizza, pecan and blueberry peach pie. The pizza changed my life and the only thing better than the blueberry peach pie was the pecan pie. Both were the perfect level of sweetness. I can't wait to go back and try the other flavors!

Originally a 18" Sicilian that I added peppers and onions to. Big great tasting filling pizza pie:)

I gave a 5 primarily based on value, taste and amazingly great customer service! Located very close to Jamestown Historic Museum and Park, The 18" could definitely feed a hungry family, and although I only tried the pizza I will definitely be back for the other pies as well! Outdoor seating or carry-out. Great to grab and eat at the park. The covered outdoor seating is also nice and relaxing.

We found this place via Yelp when looking for a bite to eat. My BF and I ordered a small cheese pizza with half pepperoni, two can drinks and a slice of chocolate pecan pie. The pizza was yummy and my BF ate like he hadn't eaten all day (which technically isn't true). The slice of chocolate pecan pie tasted like artificial chocolate and I decided one bite was enough for me. Pizza : 5 stars Pie: 1 star AVG: 3 stars

Wonderful place! I have been told about this place for many years and I have stopped here for several mostly for their fantastic coconut cream pie! Our trip there yesterday was no disappointment their pizzas are amazing! We ordered the Tuscan and it was so delicious I had 3 slices!!! It is made to order however only took 15 minutes! This is the place you would like to go for pizza pie or a wonderful sweet pie! YUM!

I've been all over Italy, Asia, and No America...and this is easily the best pizza I have ever had. The small pizza is still huge, even my 15yo couldn't finish the four slices. The service was attentive and wonderful. Our server was kind, helpful, and interacted really well with our kiddos. I will say that it's a little loud, so that could be overwhelming for some people. But the restaurant is super clean, the decor is fun, and the atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect at a busy pizzeria. I cannot recommend this place enough. The ambiance is like a dim lighted factory. It's connected to a few other eateries and brewery with restrooms in the lobby of all facilities. Ordered the pretzel bites with a beer cheese. These were good in the sense of being soft, chewy dough balls to dip in cheese. I don't believe they tasted like pretzels at all. They tasted more like the pizza dough, but still a good appetizer. Ordered a pepperoni pizza. Dough was fluffy and airy. It seemed a bit over proofed. The pepperoni overcrowded the top and made for a very greasy topping. Sauce is sweeter than my liking. The taste was similar to a commercial chain pizza so younger children tend to love that. Overall, an interesting setting. We left with full bellies and prices were reasonable.

First them meal: Outstanding. The wifey and I both ordered small pizzas. Mine was the All Meat and the wifey ordered the Arugula and Prosciutto. Let me say again both were outstanding and tasted amazing. When talking about my old meat pizza out of the four or five meats on mine with standard it out above the others was the sausage. Had an absolutely wonderful flavor. But surprisingly it didn't overpower when it was combined with the other meats. As for the wife, this is the second time she's had this combination type Pizza. The first time was in an authentic Italian restaurant, but was in Mexico. Yeah, that's kind of crazy pizza in Mexico but at that location down there it was incredible enough to make my wife want it again and this is the first time we have found a location that served a similar pizza. The arugula was fresh, not welted and really popped with flavor. Now both the wife and I had to really agree that the crust for both pizzas was not that heavy dough type. It had a little fluff to it, making it not weighing in your belly after you eat it. Staff: our server was outstanding as well. Very intentive checked on us several times and we even had some conversation back-and-forth. I believe we may have talked also to the owner who was sitting out front. If nothing else he was the manager again another very friendly man that we enjoyed our conversation with. As for the location: we found it very clean. And well kept. If you look at my other past reviews at locations via visited the one thing we really base cleanliness on is sometimes the restrooms. Well, in a shared ladies/men room, it was also very clean and well kept. So I will say again, outstanding location, outstanding staff, and wonderful food. If you're in the area absolutely I would recommend this for your lunchtime meal. We absolutely look forward to going back at a later time and trying some of the other dishes they offer.

Traveling solo, I was staying next door to (shares the same parking lot with) the Fairfield Inn right off Richmond and Bypass Roads. Arrived and checked in late in the evening and once I was settled into my room, was too lazy to head out again into the cold Winter night to find a place to eat. This pizza joint was the easy, no-hassle option to call over for a carry-out pie and can of soda. My whole order was like $13 and was ready in like 15 minutes. Couldn't really ask for more than that. The worker manning the register was pleasant and friendly. The place inside is totally nothing to write home about - this place is basically a carry out and delivery operation so don't expect even an adequate sit down, dine in area. But it's fine for what it is. The pizza itself was pretty darn good for a $10 10" pie - perfect for 1. It was piping hot out of the oven, toppings were fresh and plentiful (no skimping on topping portions - see my pic), cheese was gooey, melty and stringy, hand tossed crust was chewy just-so. Guy supplied me with plates, plastic utensils, napkins and condiment packets (you have to ask for them). I was back in my hotel room in a flash. Couldn't ask for any more. Would I seek this place out if I wasn't staying steps away at the Fairfield Inn? No I would not. Sorry - truth. But if you're staying at the Fairfield and you're looking for a decent meal that's fast and cheap and conveniently located, go here. Prices are reasonable for what you get so as a student looking for a delivery meal deal, this is probably a good choice as well. Deserving of an average joe-blow 3 stars. Not a knock - just a very average pizza spot that serves its purpose and doesn't deserve more than that.
