I am happy to share that Jamison Heating and Cooling Services came to my home last month, in July, and serviced my AC system. I was surprised and quite satisfied with the overall process. From start to finish, I was treated with respect and professionalism by the entire team. The moment I spoke with Rebecca on the phone and when Griffin came to my home to give the estimate, I knew I had found the right company to do business with. I have been a homeowner for many years and unfortunately have been lied to, ripped off and have had several contractors and workers do more damage to my home and they've left it in worse shape than before they showed up. Both of the guys worked diligently all day until they got the job done. They were professional, cleaned up after the work was done and they wanted me to inspect what they had done before they left. After receiving ridiculously high quotes to replace my ~ 30 year old Heating/AC system, Tom Stanely gave me a very competitive quote for a better quality product than offered by other companies. The new system would be multi-zoned to allow for controlling the cooling/heating in specific areas of the home to improve efficiency and reduce costs. The installation Team handled everything from the dismantling of the old system, installing the new system and all new ducting, to providing instruction on how to use the new thermostats. Ryan and his tam just completed a replacement HVAC system. Of the five bids we received, Ryan was the most knowledgeable. He was able to answer our questions to our satisfaction. He was the only one that identified that our 1961 vintage ducting was, in fact, wrapped in asbestos. He added new ducting into the bid as well as remediation for the asbestos. His team used carpentry skills to open up the return to the system, he added a supply duct and grill in the kitchen that has made a huge difference in cooling. I can now bake all I want without taking a sauna! He communicates well, I never had to chase an answer. All in all, an outstanding experience. HERS testing found zero issues. That is not easy to do. We had Ryan from Jamison Heating & Cooling come out and give us some different quotes and he answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. We had a new A/C & Furnace installed and had the furnace & blower relocated from our hallway to the attic. All work was completed on schedule and communication was excellent. I've used many contractors who left a mess but Ryan and his crew left everything cleaner than when they arrived. I had been living with an A/C system for 15 years that was inadequate for the house layout but now every room cools perfectly and my electricity bill is about half as much with the A/C running. My initial in person contact was with Isidro. Very warm and easy to talk to and very professional. He got me the best possible price and stated they can come the next day. I was excited. our cooling system wasn't working for 5 days so we called the company. Collyn solved our problem in minutes. He was so kind, honest, and very dedicated towards his work. He started checking the cooling system inside and outside the house. He diagnosed that the outdoor start component system was damaged and the air filter was intensively impacted. Collyn has an amazing quality, he offered us choices and fixed the outdoor start component with discounts, generous and thoughtful to us because he went to HomeDepot, bought the air filter without any cost and replaced with the new one. Dan came out on a Friday to diagnosis the problem. He clearly broke down the problem and highlighted the budget friendly options with an explanation of the pros and cons of each. I never felt pressured to pull the trigger on fixing my furnace, but the straightforward approach made me feel comfortable. He highlighted finance options, and got me the financing I needed to get the work done.
