The seating has always been pretty nice , to me much nicer than most AMC theaters except maybe Dolby. This does seem like a premier seating experience at least sometimes, it does. The theater has always been a good time with friendly staff and nice looking theaters but union square and Times Square regular are closer and more regular options for me. I look forward to actually coming back here soon though, hopefully an early 2026 visit once the calendar does change this time.

On the positive side, the popcorn and truffle fries were decent, but everything else fell short. The seats were just okay--not particularly comfortable. The bathroom situation was also frustrating--it's located upstairs near the restaurant and wasn't well maintained. There were no paper towels, and overall cleanliness was lacking. Overall, this felt like a subpar experience, and I won't be returning. My cousin mentioned the New Jersey location is much better, so maybe it's just this one--but based on this visit, I wouldn't recommend it.

It's zero-proof and gave off a solid spritzer vibe. If only the food kept that same energy. ​The "Shareables": We went with the buffalo wings and the coconut shrimp. The shrimp were surprisingly large, but they showed up without any sauce. Both were fine, I guess? Very generic food court vibes and unmemorable unmemorable. ​Fish & Chips: The chips (fries) were the best part of the meal, which is saying something. The fish had a weird sweetness to it, and the cocktail sauce was aggressively heavy on the cilantro. I'm usually a fan of cilantro, but here it just felt like it was lost and out of place. Also the fish was covered in bread crumbs and not a traditional batter. ​Lobster Roll: This was the biggest heartbreaker. It was generic, bland, and lacked any real flavor. If you're going to charge theater-premium prices for lobster, it should probably taste like something. ​It's disheartening to pay for a "luxury" experience only to be told you can't have 70% of what's on the menu. I would've had a much better time if I could've actually eaten what I came for. Sadly, I don't think I'll be back unfortunately

I come here now and again and this time around it was to see the Japanese comedy/horror 'Hot Springs Shark Attack', which was a lot of laughs. To get to the theater you need to walk through a portion of the hotel and head downstairs. It's next to the Django Jazz Club, which is also a great venue. It's a very nice environment, I think. Kind of elegant. If you see a film playing here that interests you, I would definitely encourage you to go. You'll like the vibe, I am sure.

It was a cool experience to watch the movie, and also vote on the feature and short film shown beforehand.
