Great hibachi, they have your usual suspects: chicken, shrimp and steak. Have a variety of sushi rolls as well. Perfect lunch or dinner spot. Highly recommend! Service is always quick and friendly and food is consistently delicious. read more

Worst drive thru service! Waited in line for THIRTY whole minutes! If the customer's order at the window isn't ready, ask that person to pull forward and take it to them when it's ready! Several cars waited at the window 8-12 minutes. That is unacceptable! Then when I got to the window finally, my order was WRONG and no kind of apology was offered! My food was good which is why I'm leaving two stars but the wait was AWFUL. read more

By far my favorite restaurant in Lancaster, SC. The food is cooked to perfection and they have some of the best shrimp sauce I have ever had. Always looking forward to going back and getting habachi and sushi! Be aware, they do close from 2:30 to 4:30 though, that is there only downside! read more

Call in and pick up in drive thru is convenient. Can get packed at lunch. Sometimes the lazy people close early when the owner isn't watching. I hate the cooked carrots & have them left off they usually give me extra rice. The combo selection include more veggies. Like steak & shrimp combo has mushrooms, onions & zucchini. read more

Love the food especially the combination plates. My daughter and I love the carrots. My only problem with this place is the very rude wait staff! On several occasions we have had to deal with rude girls! You complain to the manager but he really just looks at you with a blank look as if he could care less. We just ate at this restaurant and it was AWFUL! I ordered the chicken and steak combination and two spring rolls. When the food arrived it was cold didnt seem like they even cooked the vegetables at all. The steak was horrible no flavor what so ever. I will NEVER! Go back. Customer service is awful. I have tried the hibachi chicken twice and both times it has been too salty and I asked them not to use a lot of salt. I paid for extra shrimp sauce that I did not receive. The manager says if you pick up your food at the drive thru to make sure the order is correct, okay I understand that. So I said should I taste the food while sitting in the drive thru to make sure it isn't salty and she says yes. Haha what a joke. I will not waste my money again. read more

Very poor. We have eaten here before but it has been awhile. I don't know what they changed but it was very bad. No teriyaki on the teriyaki chicken. Chicken was dry and tasted left over, rice was also dry and tasted reheated. Even the Yum Yum sauce was watery and virtually tasteless. Will not be eating here again any time soon. read more

I went into Japan Resturant on way home from a long day at work today was tired so ordered a meal for $8 on the menu paused and waited 15 to 20 min for it to be ready. A new girl took the order and made a mistake on the order putting in a $13 order I went up to get my order not knowing this to get my order and a thin blonde girl told me the girl was new and made a mistake and I had to pay and extra $3 for the order. When I questioned it I was told by the blonde girl I had to pay extra. The blonde girl just seemed to think it was funny saying there was no manager there to speak to me and I had to pay or get a credit back on my card I was getting angry at this point and felling disrespected so took my credit and walked out. I called as I was leaving and found out the manager was there so the girl told him it was that guy and that she did not want to speak to me how ever came back and said sorry but there is nothing we can do and hung up. I manage a resturant in Rock Hill and wold never handle a customer in such a derespectful way especially when it was our mistake. Will tell friends and family that recommended you to me and not sure I want to come to a place where the customer is not valued or respected. read more
