I bit into the one and only scallop in my bowl and it was freezing. Infact we got 2 miso ramen bowls and they were cold too. We personally would have liked more veggies but the only real issue was that my ramen was less than lukewarm. Ambiance was great and friendly I'm sure if my food was warm I would have loved it. I came in hungry and left satisfied! The staff was so nice as soon as I walked in. I wanted ramen and let the owner recommend his favorite. He recommended the short rib ramen and said the broth was very rich and the meat was very tender. That broth was fireeee. It was love at first bite. He wasn't lying! Prices were fair for all of the items we looked at, and felt lower to us than other similar markets we've visited. Although I think that the Asian Market off of Elmwood might have lower prices on some items. In addition to the market, there is also a counter where you can order hot foods to eat there or take to go.
