Was able to get a walk in gel nail polish. They have a decent selection of colors- score! However I went in with minimal regular clear polish and the tech took a dremmel to my nails and proceeded to massacre my cuticles. They are bleeding and sore one day later. read more

This place has horrible service. I walked in with one of my friends on a Thursday evening and they all looked at my friend and I and asked us very rudely what we wanted done. We both told them that we wanted a pedicure. Told us to pick a color and sit down. Didn't give a waiting time or anything. We sat waiting for a good 30 minutes when it wasn't busy at all! So after 30 minutes, we finally get called to sit in the pedicure chairs and another 45 minutes goes by. No one came by to tell us anything on how much longer and our water was cold. After another 10 minutes of waiting, my friend and I finally got up and left. As we were leaving, they did not apologize for the wait and didn't try at all to ask us to stay. All we got was a "Bye" from one of them. I strongly do not recommend this place at all. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! read more

My daughter and I walked and had fill in a done. Once they found out we didn't want gel and we didn't want a pedicure they treated us like garbage. They spoke less than 5 words to us directly and continued to speak in their own language back and forth. They did a lousy job never asking us what our length preference and shape. I am allergic to some acrylic products and Peter has used some on me that worked. .but he was vacation Owner should be watching what is going on. She stated they only use one product. . She needs to change jobs. Plus, they rushed through an eyebrow wax that she didn't get all the hair off. Poor job. GO SOMEWHERE WHERE YOU CAN BE HAPPY. THIS WAS NOT IT. I used to go to this place often, but after Henry butchered my real nails doing a rebase I will never go back! I was getting a rebase about every 2 weeks and the last time I went Henry used the grinder and actually cut into my real nail on both sides of my finger tips. Not only did it really hurt and feel a burning sensation at the time, I ended up taking my nails off and OMG... A disaster. It took a month for my nails to grow out and it was a battle to fight them from breaking/taring where he ground into the sides. I had to cut my nails SO short constantly to get them healthy again. I have done my nails for years and this was the first time anything like this has happened. My nails were disgusting to look at and so painful for at least a month. I liked Henry because out of all the technicians his work was the most consistent, but what a disaster. In the past I would go here for pedicures and I was always happy with that, so if that's what you are looking for you'll be fine! read more

DON'T GO HERE! I recently was referred to go here for my nails and not only did it take 2 and 1/2 hours, but the service was horrible. When I wanted a certain color they refused to give it to me and picked one on their own. Also, when I told them I didn't want lotion put on my hands, they got extremely frustrated that I told them no. Lastly, they charged me for my nails and toes $77.00 (+) tip and then charged me the same amount again the next day for the tip. Having to disputed the charge once it posts now. I came here on a Tuesday afternoon for a pedicure and found the place to be completely empty - which I appreciated. The woman who greeted me wasn't particularly friendly, but the technician that did my pedicure was a bit more friendly. What struck me about this particular salon was it's cleanliness. If you have been to nail salons in the area, you know that this can be lacking. The price was on par with other salons ($22 for a regular pedicure). Given that it was one of the cleanest nail salons I have been to in the area and there wasn't a wait, I will likely return. read more

Update! I had my nails done on Friday the 8th and it's now Friday the 15th and all gel has come off. Never in all the time I've had gel nails has it ever come off. I usually have to set my hands in a bowl of acetone for 20 minutes to get the gel off. This is like regular polish. It chipped and peeled my entire vacation. So disappointing!! read more

I went to get a new set, just the basic pink and white on Sat 7/5. Today is Thurs 7/10 and 7 of the nails are already lifted and I am not hard on my nails at all. To top it off EVERY nail either has clumps or bubbles set in. If the bubbles were few and far in between it wouldn't be an issue because I understand that can happen. However, mine are huge clusters of bubbles, it looking like I have stuff stuck to the nails. The tech who did my nails did not see like she really wanted to be because she was looking almost everywhere else and seemed very rushed, though there weren't any customers waiting. The other two techs, a young woman and a gentleman, seemed very happy and were being very social and friendly with their customer, whereas mine only spoke to me to see " How long," and "Go wash your hands." The ONLY pro from this experience was that I was able to us a 20% coupon that I got in the mail. I honestly don't see how it did me any good though because my total was $22, when I had called earlier in the day and was told the regular price was $22.... read more

I went to this place once with a friend because she highly recommended it for gel manicures. The manicure was ok. I enjoyed the service, however the gel began peeling up within a week. The second time I went back was after a bad acrylic manicure with another salon in Albuquerque that I was hoping to get fixed. I told the tech to remove the old acrylics and apply new ones. I didn't realize I was walking into a horror story. She cut the tops off of the acrylics and then actually began RIPPING OFF the acrylics with a cuticle trimmer. I have never had them removed before so I wasn't sure if this was normal- however it was extremely painful. The tech kept asking me if it hurt and I told her yes, and she laughed and continued. I have now researched because I wasn't sure if this was how it was supposed to be done. I feel stupid for being this ignorant and now knowing that this is the very last and worst way nails should ever be removed. The only good thing I can say is that the new set looks good and is an upgrade from the ones I had painfully removed. I am definitely not going back to this salon. RASH! I randomly picked this place to go to. They where open earlier on a Sunday then my usual nail place. I was extremely disappointed. My full set of nails looked nothing like I asked. The nail technician was not friendly at all when I told her what I wanted. I also had a pedicure. They gave me a "deluxe" pedicure with out even asking. It would have been worth it if the pedicure lasted longer then 15 minutes. I have gone other places and payed the same and had way better work done. Last I had my eyebrows and upper lip waxed. At first it seemed to look great but as I sat there I could feel welts on my lips. I asked the technician what was wrong and she proceed to tell me it was normal and gave me hand sanitizer on a napkin to rub on my lips. The next day I had a rash all over my face. The welts turned to scabs. This has never happened to me before. Must be very unsanitary and they double dip. I'm disgusted! On top of it all it's been three days since I had this done and my nails already look awful and chipping. Poor product! I will never ever go back and do not recommend. read more

I love that he and his wife have made this business into a family affair, their children are beautiful and so kind and happy! I completely love that this place really is CLEAN! I have gone to Jasmine's Nails a few times now and I love it!! Most of the times I have gotten Henry and he does such a good job on my acrylic nails! He always replicated the pictures I bring in and he keeps my nails very thin just how I like them and they look very natural. However the last time I went in Henry was not there and another lady did my nails and I did not like them so much. She cut them shorter than I wanted and much thicker than how I like them. Overall I think this is my new favorite salon but I will definitely always be requesting Henry from now on read more

Ok so please know that I don't ever do this but here's a little public service announcement. I asked around to see where to take my daughter to get her nails done on Saturday. I was recommended Jasmine's nail salon by rust on Unser. We showed them a picture of what she wanted. They never told us that they couldn't do it or didn't have the right stuff to do it. So they did a horrible job on her nails and still made me pay$45 which was more than what was quoted because they charge extra for that kind of polish. The man made a scene and embarrassed her So we left. The owner saw everything. We took her to another nail salon and they literally had to start from scratch because of how bad they were. So today when I was more calm I went back and asked the owner for at least half of my money back. She refused. So I told her I couldn't recommend her business if they couldn't even make it right with what happened. She still refused and then one of her employees started screaming at me to get out of their business and never come back. The owner never said anything to her. She allowed it to keep going until I left. So not only is their work not good but when you have an issue they refuse to make it right and also scream at you. So they are not a business I will ever go back to again. read more

Was in the area and dropped in yesterday for a Pedicure - I got right in with Anna and the service was EXCELLENT! I don't do fake nails - but believe strongly in taking good care of my feet. My standard is Las Vegas NV Spa - and unfortunately I've had to lower the bar slightly since moving to rural New Mexico (my thinking is: after all, it is New Mexico and you get what you pay for). However the service, provided by Anna, at Jasmine's Nails rivaled ANY I've received - great massage, scrub, and hot towel treatment. Steady hand on the three step polish ritual. I asked if Anna had time to do a quick manicure on my especially, rough, dry, and cracked fingernails (I dig in the dirt for fun and hate gloves) - she quickly had the cuticles oiled, pushed back and trimmed. The nails were clipped, filed, buffed and had a clear coat polish applied very efficiently. All this for under $35 I rounded up to $40 with a tip I was happy to leave because I was able to put my bar back where it belonged. I will be back. read more

HORRIBLE! I have gone here every 2 weeks to get gel nails for the past 3 months, but I will now never go back. My personal experience has been fine, nothing great but I do find that my gel nails peel after just a few days and are chipped badly after a week. I was willing to overlook the quick chipping gel nails but after hearing what my 16 year old daughter experienced they have lost the business of myself, my daughter, and my son for good. My daughter had acrylics on for Christmas break and went to get them taken off before school started because she is not allowed to have anything including polish on her nails for cheerleading. I've had acrylics plenty of times and I know the process to remove them is to soak them, file them down, and drill them off. My daughter sat through 15 minutes of torture by having her acrylics ripped off with tools described as pliers. Her acrylic nails were never soaked and loosened with acetone and they were never filed down. The lady sat on the phone the entire time and never apologized for each time my daughter winced in pain. I will NEVER return to Jasmines again and hopefully this review will prevent others from having a traumatizing experience. I am sickened with how they treated a younger customer! read more
