Consistently reliable choice when you're looking for a good priced salad, soup, dessert, or other healthier item. With the price of items rapidly rising at other fast / fast casual options, Jason's Deli provides a great value with a good helping of meat for options that cost around $10 each. This is especially amazing when you also factor in the fresh, high-quality fruits and vegetables that you are getting with your meal as well. Definitely a good option if you're looking to eat healthier and on a budget.

I think Cynthia is amazing. She's so lovely. She makes my morning. Also, the Salmowich is AhhhMazing!! Best salmon its cooked perfect!!

Seafood Gumbo (very chunky, full of shrimp)

Get into these soups!!!! Jason's Deli has some of the best soups. It's their hidden gems. Usually most folks go for the manager's special, which is a sandwich, chips, soup, and pickle which runs about $7.95. Some opt for the massive salad bar. BUT, its the soup that is looked over. I have eaten the chicken chilli, broccoli cheese soup, seafood gumbo, and beef stew. All smashing!!!!!!! My fave is the gumbo. Only because I don't eat pork. This gumbo only features shrimp!! it is sooooo good and chunky. The bowl will run you about $5.95 but its a hefty portion. If you work downtown, this is centrally located and it's huge. They also throw in a treat, just for stopping by. Free ice cream!!! They have cones too. So, whole McDonalds ice cream machine never works, there's always does!!!! AND....its free...tell them I sent ya

I love Jason's Deli! And not just for the free soft serve ice cream. My favorite lunch is a tossup between the Managers Special - half Santa Fe chicken sandwich, cup of soup, and if I'm good, I'll get steamies (steamed veggies) instead of the chips; or I'll get the nutty mixed-up salad, lighter portion, which is still enough to fill me up. Everything at Jason's tastes fresh and I really appreciate their goal to try to serve healthy, fresh, antibiotic/hormone free, non-GMO whenever possible. The staff at the downtown Dallas location are unfailingly friendly. Get there before 11:30 on weekdays or there will be quite a line. And if you ever notice that the place is super busy with a line out the door and they only have one register open, please keep in mind that this is because they are trying to give people time to vacate tables so that you will have a place to sit once you are done ordering (and maybe to make sure they don't exceed their max occupancy). So don't get mad; just order online for pickup and eat your delicious Jason's food elsewhere.

I'm an unabashed French dip connoisseur. In Dallas there are none bigger nor better than here. PLUS I had Susanna help me quickly and graciously by scoring me some dill pickles and delivering them right to my table. She is what excellent service should be. Thank you Susanna!

I told them I want the order to go, but I'm gonna sit down and eat some of my food in the restaurant like first I take half of my food home with me and only eat half in the restaurant. So this place checked all the boxes for me. It was super cute inside they have outdoor seating. It was clean cute decor TV with a soccer game going and lots of different kinds of choices on the menu everything from a country club chicken wrap to uncle Poly's chicken with mozzarella in a sandwich. I got the country club wrap with a moonshine unsweetened tea and it really hit the spot for me it was delicious. It was fresh and it was a nice serving. I will be back.

You must mix it before taking a bite, it's a baked loaded potato in a mini cup. Delish. I was craving fries and sweet potato fries they were more like chips to me q little on the crispy side. We ordered the turkey bacon avocado as well as the Paulie and they were both delicious. The freshest and most yummy sandwiches. Can't wait to come try some more yummy things

Normally, I don't consider people from St. Louis to be credible deli evaluators, but I was desperate and made the hour drive to Grapevine. We got there at 11:15 and the line was nearly to the door. Within 30 minutes, it was well out into the street. That was a promising sign. The sandwich menu covered the entire wall over the counter. Lots of non-New-York sandwiches like Cubans, gyros, etc, but over in the left corner were the classic Ruebens and pastramis. I went for the latter. A REAL NY deli usually has a few soups like split pea and chicken noodle and matzoh. No soups. Bummer. They had a half dozen sides - 3 kinds of potato salads and a few slaws. I went with the German potato salad. The drink option was spartan - they tossed a styrofoam cup at me and pointed to the soda fountain. The pastrami sandwich was OK for Texas. A SUPER pastrami sandwich on hard rye can get me moaning like Meg Ryan in "When Harry Met Sally" -- only I don't have to fake it. The German potato salad was watery and bland - I should have gone with the mustard potato salad. Turnaround was on the slow side. Napkins = paper towel roll on table. Flimsy plasticware. The overall vibe was affordable utilitarian. I'll give the sandwich a 4, everything else a 3. Next time I'll drive the extra half hour to Cindi's.

No signage, no menus. No tables, no nothing. After a while someone came to the window and advised we could order on our phones. I mean, I guess if it's just a food delivery/to-go place or something it make sense...but someone somewhere needs to do better at explaining to their patrons what you're supposed to do here. We ordered and waited in our car. They don't give you anything to alert us so we just kept going back in to check on the food. I'm not sure what I expected but I thought maybe there would be some tables or something? They didn't even have trash cans outside. The food was just ok. The cheese sauce was the best part. Super cheesy and ooey gooey. We didn't finish the sandwich as it was soggy (even though we ate it immediately) and lacking bulgogi flavor of any kind. The macaroni was decent enough. Based on the whole "food delivery pick up and not a restaurant" I would not be back. I mean...is this the future of eating out? I'm not impressed.
