It was about 15$ for a small, gluten-free pizza (just add 3$ to the menu price for any pizza), which is about average price for a GF pizza. I would have tried a greek pizza topping, but my little sister was with me so we went with the meat specialty toppings. The worker in the truck let me know I could get GF crust with any toppings, because I wasn't sure since the picture on the truck only showed the margherita pizza as GF. The pizza itself came out in about 10 minutes, and was pretty good-looking. The taste itself was decent, nothing special or bad (no such thing as a bad pizza), but the gluten-free crust was too thin and cracker-esque, so whenever you take a bite it would break like a tortilla chip, which made eating it pretty messy. I'd be willing to try this again with a lighter topping, because my thought is that maybe having to cook all the meats through was too much for the GF crust to handle; I do go to pizza places with GF crust that can handle heavier toppings without cracking apart so that's only so much of a defense. Still, it was decent tasting, average price, and being next to such a beautiful location like Klyde Warren is a luxury. I'll try it again with different toppings, and update my review in the future.

Overall this is a good choice for a quick (but expensive and small) bite when you are craving pizza, especially for the convenience of it.
