Terrible overpriced food and service is slow as can be. Hardly busy and a bowl will take 15-20 minutes I'm told. When paying they "encourage the tip" so much that you have to either choose from three percentages or custom just to get to the next screen and if you click custom you then either put an amount or $0 just to advance to the third screen to actually pay. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I was served burnt chicken and brought it to an employee's attention. Instead of apologizing or offering to replace it, they simply said "oh" and looked at me as if I was the problem. I walked away because I was shocked by the response. After thinking about it, I went back and asked to speak with a manager. I was told there wasn't one available, and someone eventually introduced themselves as the shift lead. What I don't understand is why I had to ask for management in the first place. The obvious response should have been, "I'm sorry about that, let me replace your meal." I've been a loyal customer and come here regularly, which makes this experience even more frustrating. The lack of customer service, professionalism, and concern for a paying customer is unacceptable. A simple apology and replacement could have resolved the situation immediately. Eventually as I was leaving they apologized, yea too late. Unfortunately, because of how this was handled, I will not be returning. read more

Started off with the lunatic Sampler. Grape leaves, hummus, Falafels and couscous medley. It was delicious except for the Couscous medley. No flavor. Really enjoyed the grape leaves (Dolma's) and hummus. Both delicious! Recommend serving with a couple slices of lemon. Our entrees, bistro beef kabobs and Chicken & Gyro meat plates were really good. Steak and Chicken were super moist and tender. Highly recommend trying their sauces. Schug-a spicy grean sauce that was nothing short of exceptional. The Harissa, a smoky chili flavor was Devine. I am pleased to update and say that they have fixed the issue and I have returned several times in the past few weeks and had nothing but positive experiences. This is my new favorite restaurant! My first time there was on Sunday (Feb. 16th). I got the Dolmas, spicy hummus and baklava to-go. So good! Two days later (Feb. 18th) I was back ordering a House Greek Salad with Gyro meat, no tomatoes and no pickled onions and an order of Dolmas to-go. I was having problems ordering online. For some reason it kept telling me the salad was unavailable. I went ahead and stopped by and went inside to order instead. Inside is very nice, cozy and inviting. Some wear and tear on the booths, but nothing too major. The cashier was so friendly and very helpful. She even offered me a drink while I waited for my order. I was glad to be able to get my salad! They were quick to get my order out and thankfully it was all correct. Also, I found it cheaper and easier to order in person rather than on the app. I've always LOVED Mediterranean/Greek food! My absolute, all time favorite food are Dolmas. Until now, I had not found a place to get really good Dolmas... Luna Grill 's Dolmas are phenomenal!! So freakin good! As of yesterday I am a rewards member and was able to get $5 off today's order by giving the cashier my phone number attached to my account. I am so happy to have found this place and to have a place near me to be able to get Dolmas whenever I want! Needless to say, I will be back! read more
