I placed an order on the Jason's deli app for delivery. After 45 min from said delivery time passed I called the store and was told by the manager Lisa that doordash cancelled my order. I informed this "manager" that I did not order through door dash, I ordered through the Jason's Deli app. She did not care and said that is their third party service for delivery and that I would need to contact them for a refund. I said I would come pick up my order and when I got to the restaurant I was told I would have to pay again for the food. I refused because my payment to Jason's deli was already processed on my card. Again this manager said I would have to get a credit from door dash. I am not a door dash customer so I do not even know how to contact them and the charge was processed by Jason's deli NOT DoorDash so this did not make any sense. I left with no food and a charge on my credit card for almost $80 to Jason's Deli. This manager was the most unprofessional manager I have ever dealt with. Had no responsibility to make sure the customer was taken care of. I have had to dispute this charge with my credit card company because like I said I received NOTHING from Jason's Deli for this charge! Unbelievable mismanagement on their part! Update! The ACTUAL manager of this location reached out to me and apologized for how I was treated and has refunded our card and issued us a credit on our app. I want to thank him for taking care of his customer. read more

This potato was without a doubt a stomach turner. I'm new to potatoes being the size of Idaho but surely such potato does not require all of Wisconsin's cheese. Truly, when I laid my eyes on this potato I stuck my fork in to see if there was any potato underneath. In a way I wish I hadn't done that because while yes there was potato I had to go through copious amounts of cheese. In doing so I ran into some white gritty stuff which turned out to be the sour cream. Oy. I'm going to cut to the chase. We finally get to the mix it all together part. Stirring, folding, stabbing proved futile. Because the potato was dry as a bone and the cheese hardening there was simply no way to mix it all up. Next attempt was putting some butter in the potato and microwaving it. Success? After removing the cheese which sadly took the bacon bits and chives with it the potato looked like your every day plain Jane baked potato. Unfortunately plain is what I ended up with. How did it taste you ask? Put a potato in the oven, bake for an hour, throw some butter on it and there you go. The very same taste I got when I took that 1st and only bite. read more

I haven't been inside a Jason's Deli in over five years and had the pleasure and privilege of salvaging my neglected relationship with the chain by deciding to stop here for lunch. My fiance and I were looking for a place to eat on the way to Dallas, we saw this location coming up, conveniently located right off the highway, so the choice was easy. Upon entering, we saw a long line but that was quickly taken care of by the manager working the order counter - he was courteous and took our order quickly. We waited for our order no longer than ten minutes, our sandwiches were warm and toasty when they were brought to our table. We were really impressed with the fruit - it wasn't the usual bottom-of-the-barrel, borderline fermenting, sad potpourri of grapes and melon you get at restaurants sometimes for the fruit side, no no. The fruit cup had several fat, juicy strawberries, plump grapes, and fresh pineapple. My fiance was pleasantly surprised with the chipotle chicken panini, and I ordered my former favorite - the Amy's Turkey-O. My only gripe with it is the mustard wasn't very spicy, and the turkey portion was smaller than I remember. Otherwise, delicious! We topped off our meal with a soft serve cone, the machine was a little dirty but it's literally free soft serve so I will not be complaining about that. read more

Enjoyed my first visit for lunch this past weekend. The team was very helpful with the menu options and making some recommendations. It's a smaller location and at 12:30pm it wasn't too busy and the tables were bussed quickly. I selected the salad bar option and it worked out well and was very organized and clean. Sandwich night: Happy to see this chain at the Four Corners at 121. Went in for takeout: Sandwich, fruit, kid's potato with side of broccoli. Waited for order so was offered water cup with my son's drink. Place is still shiny and new with normal Jason's decor. Seems a little more openly decorated than other locations. Order was correct and Jason's had too satisfied customers (and we didn't have to cook or deal with fried food!) I was especially happy that the fruit was fresh. (Sometimes I've received poor looking fruit or without the dip at other locations around Dallas that had to be swapped out.) Will be back to this location. read more

Today my husband and I ordered online through the Jason's Deli website to have dinner delivered and my husband got the order confirmation number along with the delivery time sent to his email.....after over an hour of waiting we finally called Jasons Deli and was told on the phone that there has not been any orders waiting for delivery in their system and their computer has been down all day. He was then told there was nothing they could do and to call back the following day to ask for the manager to receive a refund. I mean, aren't all Jason's about the same? This one is relatively clean. Orders usually come out right or close to right. The quality of the food on the salad bar is often a crapshoot, but the lettuce was pretty good tonight, and there weren't any stray beets floating in the blue cheese dressing. The beef eater sandwich is great when you're not feeling fat enough already. The gallon of coagulated cheese firmly attached to the roast beef and crusty roll tastes pretty darn good when it's dipped into the brown au jus sauce. No matter what I eat, I rarely feel better about myself when I leave compared to when I went in, but I'm also no longer hungry, and in the end, isn't that the overall goal of eating at a restaurant in the first place? read more

Ordered a hot pastrami on rye sandwich along with a tortilla soup. The soup was just ok...a bit salty and loaded with a ton of tortilla chips and almost no chicken. The pastrami on rye was most disappointing. The meat was dry and chewy, the bread was stale, dry and crumbly. There wasn't even mustard on the bread...I had to walk up to the counter to get it. I've eaten good pastrami (New York) and obviously wasn't expecting anything that level, but that was the single worst sandwich I've eaten in the last 5 years (including Subway). I appreciate this location for supporting the kids fundraisers but that's no excuse for the terrible for the terrible food quality. read more

I have come here several times and have been disappointed each time. This location is not well maintained; the ledges are caked with dust, and the walls are stained. The drink counter in itself is in disarray; the counter is filthy and scattered with debris. Utensils and straws are also missing from the counter. All I can say about the food is that it is mediocre and bland. I have given this location multiple chances and will be returning. read more

The store is always clean and they have multiple people usually cleaning and maintaining the salad bar. Staff is very friendly and attentive and they know the menu. 2 stars for the FOOD ONLY... Service is terrible and the main reason is obvious. The store manager Alex is terrible when it comes to customer service. He's one of the most rude people I've encountered at this location. He doesn't let you finish your sentence, he hangs up the phone mid conversation amongst other things. New Jason's deli right off the highway (121 & Custer) in Craig Ranch. It's cool, the staff is really nice and helpful and the place is built to look like the one at stonebriar a little bit. Honestly the one at stonebriar in Frisco looks and "feels" better if hat makes sense. I'm all about vibes and the comfort feel good level is hit and miss a bit here. The couches and layout is cool but the lighting is a bit darker than usual and that is with the big windows included. The food is good, well made & comforting as always. Salad bar was fresh (thank God) and the ice cream machine worked (unlike McDonald's). The manager is very nice and inviting and makes his rounds to all the tables asking if everything is ok. Hopefully this culture doesn't change. All in all, worth the stop if you're in the area. read more

Screwed up order, left 78 cents in change on table with glasses of water and went up to salad bar...still had jacket and keys on table. They came over took change, took filled glasses....then said they didn't. Wasn't a lot of money and just a nuisance to get new glasses....but felt it could have been handled better. read more

If a customer orders ONLY a salad bar, and you are out of croutons, you should probably let them know when they place their order. Walked in around 11:30am and ordered a salad bar. The guy rang me up just fine. As you can guess from the first sentence of this review, he did not mention ANYTHING about every Jasons store being out of croutons. In my opinion, that's something you should tell someone when they order anything related to a salad, just in case, but I guess I could be wrong.. So, still unaware of the crouton shortage, I continued to the salad bar and packed my salad. That's when I noticed the croutons were missing. I asked someone if they had any, and the lady said no, and that "all Jason's are out of croutons," like I'm supposed to know that somehow. I have croutons at home (otherwise, I would have just asked for a refund). I suggested they let people know or put up signs, but the attitude in the air didn't fill me with confidence. I love Jasons and I'll still go, but I'll steer clear of this one. Everyone is always so nice here, if I could leave more stars-I would! We went in tonight to have dinner & our son wanted Mac & Cheese & a BIG sweet tea. But he wanted "a Big bowl" The manager was over & beyond accommodating. He let our son know that he would put his Kids mac & cheese in a bigger bowl & give him an extra scoop, then proceeded to give him a big drink free of charge. When our food was brought to the table the server was so nice & smiling. She handed our son his food & let him know they put an extra big scoop in there for him. In the times where I feel customer service can be lacking, it is never lacking at this location. Everytime we go, it's clean, salad bar is fresh & amazing, we are always greeted with many smiles & you can tell the Team here truly enjoys working together.
