First time back to Jason's deli in a few months My Panini sandwich was very good. It had plenty of flavor was toasted almost to perfection, plenty of ingredients, but not overfilled. Staff was friendly and interactive. Checked on me several times while I was sitting just a short distance from the register waiting for my dining companion to arrive making sure I was not waiting on food or didn't need anything... Great customer service there. When we arrive, the place was pretty much vacant, but when we left it was jampacked, but still operating well - I appreciated the spacing between the tables... Close enough for Jason's to have enough tables in the restaurant, dining space, but far enough apart that you can still have a semi-private conversation without people on top of you Jason is Jason's so you know kind of what to expect but this location really rocked it in my most recent visit read more

I came here yesterday around 5:30 somethin, The food was great, the customer service was outstanding, salvtor was very good with taking my order, making sure to clarify everything so it came out right. I would see the manager in the dining room joking with guests, walking around the saladbar making sure it was stocked up, there were 3 employees in back making everything happen, with the open kitchen you can watch the team work, see them enjoying the work they do. the sun was blinding though, and those blinds dont really help. read more

Hubby ordered the Yankee and could only eat half there was so much pastrami! We are members of the Jason's club so got a free strawberry shortcake that was tasty! Easy to get to from I-35. I'm not a big sandwich person, so I ordered chicken tenders off the kids menu. I figured it would be hard to mess those up. I was wrong. They tasted like cornmeal, and were lukewarm. Service was fine, and the tables looked pretty clean. But I would stay away from the chicken tenders! read more

I was surprised how my sandwich looked, I usually get the Reuben when I eat from JD, but this time I decided to try the Spicy Italian Sub, and I was very disappointed in the condition of the French Bread, especially the Top portion of the bread, it was completely wrinkled and cracked, like old bread looks like when it sits on the shelf for months, very bland and dry, not moist at all, which took away from the taste of the fillings in the sandwich... Sad condition.. I hope they start looking at the condition of their breads before they make any of the sandwiches.. read more

We usually love Jason's but tonight's meal just wasn't great. My husband ordered in the drive-through...a "manager's special" Carmelo sandwich, add fruit & fruit dip and a quarter ham muffaletta with fruit & fruit dip. Both sandwiches are supposed to come with chips but none were included. The person taking the order told my husband that soup was also included with the Carmelo (along with the fruit, which is not mentioned on the menu....) and there were 2 hairs in that soup. Also, the Carmelo was supposed to include salami and spicy piquillo pepper relish ( in addition to ham, pepperoni, provolone & mayo) but no salami or spicy relish (or mayo) was on the sandwich. Second visit in a week. Sandwiches, salads and soups were sufficient to share over several days. Yummy! Highly recommend the Reuben, chicken noodle and the tomato soup as well as the custom salad and Caesar salad. Everything was really good! I can no longer recommend this place based on last two times I have visited this place. I know I went during the middle of a week day, but it was just "sad'. The people that work there, seem like they don't really want to be there. When my husband and I ordered at counter, the girl behind the counter, she seem exhasburated to be helping us. I ordered the half panini, potato soup and salad bar. My husband's New Yorker sandwich was only bright spot, as he enjoyed it. I went to salad bar, and it was very sad looking. The iceburg lettuce was mostly brownish red, so did not take any of that. I went to other side and got the spring mix and spinach. The cucumbers seemed to only one fully stocked and looked good, so got those, the cauliflower was half brown, so opted out of that. Got some radishes and broccolli. The pre-made salads were half gone and did especially the potato salad looked dried out. The cottage cheese had something in itl I did opt for the italian pasta salad, and put in my little cup. I moved on down, and did not opt for my usual Ranch, as it looked like another one got dropped in it. So, I went with the balsamic vinegrette. The corn bread muffins were a little dried out. Highlight was the garlic crips next to them. When I got back to my table, my other half just arrived. The turkey pananini was ok, just a little over burnt. But, the real disappointed (which I used to love) was the potato soup. It used to be good. A customer came in, and had to go down the two guys and ask for help to order. Then, as I was seated, I could see the guys in the kitchen are, and saw then POUR A BAG OF SOUP in the HOT warmers for the soup..then took ladle and scooped it into the cup for the next customer. Curbside takes a long time and if you call, they hang up and disconnect the call. I have been sitting outside for 10 minutes, called twice, both times no one answered and said hi, the just hung up the call. Super frustrating and annoying and rude!! Drive thru people are coming and going no problem! Use the drive through. Curbside is a joke!! Sure wish I could take by the tip I added to the online curbside order!! Used to be decent but last six months or so, it's been beyond disgusting. Gave it a last shot today via door dash and will never order from here again. Soup had a 1/4 inch of oil on top. Sandwhich was spilled into the container and when I tried to salvage the cheese it came with part of the container still attached (paper film). Tried both and it was not edible. read more

So I went to Jason's deli last night and I typically always know what to expect with Jason's Deli. When we walk in we were thrown into an area were a few people sitting right next to the order line waiting for their to-go orders staring at us. One person waiting was sitting on a bench directly behind the spot where you would place an order. That was a little uncomfortable. But we continued to place our order. The cashier rushed us as always while we were trying to pull up their online menu because they don't have physical menus at the moment. I ordered my meal. A managers special with a salad bar trip and the half Italian Cruz po-boy. My girlfriend order a salad bar. After a tip it came out to be $30 somehow. My sandwich was absolutely smothered in shredded lettuce. I like lettuce myself but it was just way too much lettuce. The rest of my sandwich was disappointing and subpar by even Jason's deli standards. Bread was dry and meat was cold. They also apparently only offer one time trips to the salad bar now so make it count!! Also, they give you gloves for the salad bar which is appreciated but they still let you self serve yourself soft serve ice cream for some reason. The soft serve ice cream station that everyone's kids touch right after picking their noses. If your excuse for single trips to the salad bar and gloves is because of the pandemic then please be consistent and monitor the ice cream station as well. My guess is that Jason's Deli found out by the pandemic that single trips to the salad bar is far more profitable than letting people get a second bowl. Overall. This Jason's Deli was as disappointing as I expect with any other Jason's Deli. If you want a good deli go somewhere local. read more

It would be nice if there was a raspberry vinaigrette but alas, there was not. Love the gingerbread muffins and the soft serve ice cream at the end. This place was clean and picked up. I wanted to give this a fair review because the food is really great. The quantity is really something surprising but the prices are a bit high for the type of restaurant. Service, well, that's only at the register and the delivery of your food so I can't say much about that. The salad bar is pretty on point along with the ice cream machine. Stopped in on Sunday, 2/4, around 1:15pm. Place was packed. I ordered the salad bar and my sister ordered the New Yorker. (By the way, cashier looked like she would rather have been doing anything else.) Salad bar was good for the price. After eating about 2/3 of my salad and a good 20 minutes later, my sister still had not gotten her sandwich. She went up to the counter and was told that they lost the ticket, but would get right on it. Another 15 minutes goes by - no sandwich. My sister goes back to the counter and it was just sitting there. Really? At that point, my sister told them to put it in a to go box and we left. I get being short handed - especially these days, but after going to the counter and then just letting the meal sit there - no excuses. Seriously doubt if we will be back. Too many other good places in the area to eat. Think we'll be going back to MacAlister's Deli across the freeway. read more

Let's start with what was good: The manager taking our order was friendly and helpful. The food was good and appeared to be made with care and was as ordered. Now, for the rest of it: There were no bowls available for the ice cream. Nearly very table in the dining room was dirty! The young woman "cleaning" the tables lacked any knowledge, supervision, motivation, or care in her actions. She moved slowly and only removed dishes on most tables. The tables she left behind had food particles on the table and in the seats. A young man delivering food epitomized "disshelved". His greasy hair was hanging in his face and his clothes were not neat. The salad bar area had food on the "clean" trays and the tray slide areas. The same young woman "cleaning" the dining area started delivering food and working it the kitchen ... apparently without changing gloves. While I enjoyed my food okay, the whole experience was ruined by the complete lack of care for cleanliness. It makes a person wonder just how the back of the house looks. I did mention the tables to the manager and he said they were being cleaned; obviously there was no supervision happening to insure quality. Maybe this would be forgivable if the restaurant was super busy, but not at 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon when there were only about 5 tables occupied in the whole place. There were easily 2-3 times more dirty tables than ones occupied! And yes, there were employees standing around. This experience will give me pause next time I consider eating at Jason's in Georgetown. read more

I don't know what happened to this location, but a year ago I would've given them five stars. Today, I'm only giving one because that's the only way to leave a review. I ordered three salads, two with ranch and one with 1000 island. I ordered (and paid for) extra dressing for each salad. I got three dressings, all 1000 island. So, one person from our car went inside to ask for the correct dressings (before we realized we had not been given any ranch at all), and had to go back to ask for the ranch that was supposed to come WITH the two salads that were ordered with ranch (in addition to the two additional dressings that were paid for additionally). The witch at the counter argued with me over the phone when I called to ask if the package with the gingerbread muffins had been left in a separate bag we didn't get, and literally accused me of lying about dressing saying salads don't come with dressing you have to pay for it. If it doesn't come with dressing, then WHY DO THEY ASK YOU WHAT DRESSING YOU WANT WHEN YOU ORDER THE FREAKING SALAD?! Before she even let me talk, she transferred me to some random guy that barely introduced himself and didn't even care what was going on. He didn't even ask. Guess it's cool to accuse your customers (who provide proof of receipt for purchase!) of stealing $0.69 salad dressing, so we won't be coming back here. Not to mention, their stupid containers are cheap and suck and sliced my finger when I was trying to open it. read more

Sadly I have to 2 star this place, since the sandwich I ordered was dried out and flavor less mess. I ordered the Pastrami / Corned Beef combo and some chips and a drink to go. At home, sadly the meat had zero flavor, like it was all dried out and old, I tossed 1/2 of the sandwich out. The chips was self branded and tasted like the cheapest generic store brand and had very little in the bag, the only thing good was the sourdough bread I had them put on it. I love Jason's Deli salad bars. I've eaten at the Georgetown location twice in the last week and both times it has been great. There is a great variety on the salad bar so you're sure to build a delicious salad you'll love. My husband got the Reuben sandwich and it was HUGE. I tried it and it was delicious. I've never really paid attention to the menu at Jason's because I always get the salad bar but the last time I went I noticed how vast the menu is. I think I'll start branching out and trying more. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the lettuce and spinach were both pretty soggy. Hopefully it was a one time thing because I would definitely love to eat here again. read more

My husband and I are frequent customers. We order through Doordash a couple times per week. The sandwiches are good and the quality is good. The gripe I have is consistency of how the sandwiches are made. Salami is a huge favorite in my home. Sometimes the sandwich will be packed with salami and other times there after very few slices. Tonight however really bothered me. Paying over $8 per sandwich, I'd expect to see more than 5 slices of salami on it. read more

As a pescatarian who hates to cook but tries to do right by my vanity, Jason deli is my jam. Continuing to innovate healthy vegetable- forward recipes keeps their menu varied and customizable. The zucchini grillini is my current favorite, paired with the tomato basil soup, (which is chunky and robust) makes for an AMAZING ass MF meal. I also love the salad bar, which I pile to excess in my To-Go container every visit. Clinton helped me in my recent visits, and like all staff I've encountered at this location, he was knowledge, courteous, professional and accommodating. read more

Unfortunately, the fruit bowl was awful and was not worth $7.99. The to-go container was filled with a bunch of wilted lettuce, chemical-tasting pineapple, bruised red grapes, and a few strawberries. We live in Georgetown, Texas, and visit this Jasons Deli probably at least once or twice a month. They really try hard to welcome you and take good care of you as a customer. Their salad bar is usually very fresh. Their sandwiches are always good. They keep their Teas fresh and that's important to me as a Texas tea drinker. I also noticed that the people who work there are constantly cleaning around the salad bar and the soft drink area. They do a nice job of keeping the restrooms clean as well. We enjoy having lunch or picking up salads to go for dinner occasionally. This is a nice Jasons Deli and we are thankful we have them in Georgetown. Give them a try. read more

I believe that employees are not being adequately oriented and trained. Frustrated with the chicken panini's, which are absolutely delicious when prepared correctly. If they are undercooked, the bread will be soggy. I have asked the staff repeatedly to brown the panini in the press but often receive a pale, soft disappointing sandwich.
