I paid for a full service salad bar and the girl prepping my order gave me the minimal portion on everything I wanted in my salad. If I asked for more she told me she would have to charge me extra. In addition, although she was wearing gloves while grabbing the food with her hands she didn't use tongs that were readily available. With or without a virus going on , it's not safe. She also had to go somewhere in the restaurant to get more olive oil and I doubt she changed her gloves. read more

Man I have been here before and a lot of other Jason's Deli's - this was by far the worse experience. The Han on a ham sandwich was about 1/3 nonmoral amount. The bread was hardtack. My wife's chicken noodle was some type of beaf noodle without the noodles. This went from a go to place to a stay away place for a while. This review isn't really about this store or any of the others per se. It's a bash of the corporate penny pinching weenies they have. Back in 1997 in Austin, TX, the pastrami sandwiches were unreal good. Meat pile high, thin sliced with just enough fat to let you know it was good. Not any more. I can't tell the pastrami from the corned beef. And they both suck now. Just cheap meat to cut costs. Jason's, you are forgetting what got you so big and that was quality meats, just the dog food cold cuts you're slinging out today. Had a very unpleasant experience Sunday afternoon. Upon arriving, ordered our food, searched availability for a clean unoccupied table, several dirty tables available, very few cleaned tables available. Extremely unappetizing! We placed a large order here for my grandfather's memorial service. Unfortunately, an error on our part...we ordered it online for a day later. I went to Jason's Deli today on my lunch break. Not only did it take 50 minutes for them to put my food together, but I also had to go up there and ask when it was going to be finished.... they forgot to cook the chicken. As I'm getting in the car to head home, my girlfriend starts reading off a list of 4-5 items that they forgot to add to each of our salads. I spent 24$ to build my own salad and only got half the order. 100% needs new management and staff because no one knows what they are doing up there. read more

VERY disappointed! I've tried Jason's twice since it opened. One a takeout and another eat in. Both times the chicken sandwich and the roast beef was soo dry I could hardly get it down. The roast beef had a little melted cheese on it with no other condiments on it. There too many other good deli's in the area - I won't be going back! read more

I have been ordering a family sized side salad from Jason's Deli since it opened in Georgetown for our corporate appreciation meals. It has been a struggle to get the service and the order right with a simple salad and a pint size of Ranch dressing. It has been wrong from door dash, call in and drive thru. I went through the drive thru these last few times after Jason's Deli told to do so, but was literally scolded by the shift manager for ordering that salad through the drive thru. A few weeks ago I had their Rueben sandwich. It was amazing. There was so much corned beef I had to take some off. The right amount of sauerkraut and you could taste the cheese. Ordered last night and the sandwich was 2/3 sauerkraut. You had to look to see if there was actually cheese. I'm writing this at 2 am because the tasteless sauerkraut is still bothering my digestive system and I only ate 1/2. What a disappointment! read more

Just had the worst experience at Jason's Deli in Round Rock. Stopped for lunch and waited 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches, corned beef. Place was not busy at 2:PM. Did Not get the courtesy pickle with sandwich and when I went to ask if we could have our pickles, 3 different people had no idea what I was asking for!! What country our we in? The sandwiches were supposed to have melted cheese {Swiss}, Russian dressing and both had none, just Corned beef and sauerkraut! Its is finally open. This is probably just a soft opening. I think the whole shopping area will have a big grand opening soon. This Jason's is next to Olive Garden. The service and food is good. I always recommend the soup and salad bar. read more

The grand opening was the best visit I've had at this location. It was all the extra outside help they had brought in. It went off without a hitch. I can not say the same about the other times I've been back. I've had ingredients missing from my sandwich, had to have meals remade, can't get a table cleaned if I need it, the staff is rude when asked for something that was forgotten like it was an inconvenience to get them to fix the order. I have been to other Jason's deli's and they have all been better. Seriously thinking of driving to their round rock location next time I want Jason's deli. At least I know they get it right and do it with a smile! read more

My wife and I have eaten from here twice. Once as a dine in, and once for take out. My wife loved their chicken salad sandwich and Irish potato soup, and I found their beefeater sandwich to be excellent. Plus they have free ice cream. Service was good, the wait time on a busy Friday was remarkable short. Will recommend to others. read more

Worst Customer Service ever, Lesley- the DT order taker acted like she hated her job. A Robot has more personality than she does. Made me feel like I was a bother to her by being a customer at her DT window. Heather handed me my order at the window, never said Thank you, or let me know that my order was complete, just stuck the bag in my face and closed the window once I took it. No acknowledgement what so ever, she was more concerned about getting back to her conversation at hand with Lesley, than taking care of customer needs... It's sad that the Georgetown store has to have such horrible employees serving their customers. I know they say no one wants to work nowadays but they definitely scraped the bottom of the worst barrel with these two girls. They need to be retrained and taught Customer Service skills! Customers are why you have a job in the first place. If you don't want to do your job and serve Customers, then look for a different kind of job! Had to get lunch for 12 that are working an event on the tarmac of the Georgetown airport. Instead of getting individual sandwiches I was looking at the platters. I decided to order one after the manager, Chelsea, so graciously offered to customize it for me! She was SO accommodating! Even after I paid and asked for paper so I could wrap the sandwiches, she offered to wrap them and THEN, offered individual chips vs a big bag! And all with the best attitude. They were quick and would tell me a few minutes. Everybody was so nice! I rarely if ever do reviews but this Jason's Demi deserves a glowing one! read more
