I enjoy eating at the Jason's but my husband doesn't. The food is very good and fresh...the hummus is the best I've ever had and I love the fresh fruit with yogurt dip. My husband enjoys the food also, but he doesn't like the atmosphere. It's noisy and the tables and booths are close together. Also, the staff are normally pretty chatty among themselves and it's distracting to enjoy your meal at times. read more

Unlike other Jason's deli, one at this location, Spring Forest Road, is terrible. Cashier doesn't pay attention to the customers. When asked salad dressing is low at the salad bar, it takes them too long, and by the time dressing is refilled, we are half way done eating. The beef eater au jus are watered-down as well. Highly recommend drive extra miles and go to a diff location, if you could. read more

Two times now been here and twice the service was unorganized and horrible. Long line and disorganized in the order line and the food doesn't show up for 15 minutes while people seated after us got theirs already. The service was terrible! The managers were having a meeting, sitting around a table eating little Caesars pizza while I waited in line to not getting service. We finally got waited on, there were dirty tables everywhere! When the food came out my husband had ordered a half sandwich and they brought him a whole which we were charged for. I found a favorite spot to eat lunch! Location is close to work, service is fast, food taste delicious and the staff are nice. I particularly enjoyed the salad bar, love the variety and options. Ordered catering for my work place. Delivery person was rude. Already put the tip on so I guess she didn't care. Forgot part of order I called about it And it was like they knew they forgot one of the salads because they knew which one it was. Spent almost $500 and service was terrible. I do like to eat there and wish they'd observer minimum cleanliness standards. And I wonder if the same low standards apply to food preparation...have no idea but am concerned. We had problems and complained to the management. And they got angry at us. And said to leave. And refused to give us cookies. Take a survey and get a free cookie We got a coupon.. the one female cashier and waitress. Kept following us. And trying to step on our feet, and standing behind us and yelling in the ear. She was the only employee working. Female employees walk in front of the female guests. And block the walkway. And try to step on the foot of female customers. And follow the female guests around the restaurant. That behavior just mentioned. And management gets angry at customers that complain about bad service. Talk back rude,yell at us, interrupt, walk away from us while we were trying to order, rush to get rid of us, repeat the same questions, eat food while wait on us. We kept getting interrupted while we were trying to eat. By the management trying to talk to us. We were on a time limit. We had raise our voices at them to let us eat. We had some nice visits from the management. In the past.This episode was not one of them. The management not like complaints. They did something very nice to us in the past. Though we not come back. After this episode. The decor is nice. The restaurant is small. And hard to move around when it gets busy. The food is good with a good value. Many nice selections on the menu. read more

I used to work for this store, but most of that staff now runs the Crossroads location. My professional opinion aside, the food at Jason's is decent. Out of necessity, I tried it all. There were a few hits- the Club Royale, the Pastrami Melt, the Bird to the Wise, and the Mediterranean Wrap- and a few misses- the Portobello Wrap, all of the pastas, and the Reuben, with far too much corned beef to be enjoyable, even if ordered "slim" with half the meat. The cheesecake and other desserts are great for being thawed from boxes, and the free ice cream doesn't disappoint. The soups are also good, but if you're a stickler for freshness, you should know that they are made off-site (like most other items) and heated from frozen blocks. I used to frequent the salad bar, but the once-amazing ranch is no longer as good, so it's just not worth it anymore. Overall, the price is fair, so you do get what you pay for. read more

Great place for a quick meal. They have lots of healthy choices, and lots of choices in general. They have a well-provisioned salad bar, tons of sandwich choices, lots of soup choices, free soft serve ice cream and pleasant staff. I usually drop in Friday's on the way home from work and pick up something for dinner for the family. It's a little noisy when large family groups descend on the place, but that is to be expected. In general everything is made when you order it, and tastes fresh and good. The only thing that we don't like about this Jason's is it is soooooo cold. My wife usually has to be revived in order to walk out of the place. Even I get chilly by the time we are done. So, we usually get take out and we are usually very pleased. In the last six or seven years, I think they have only gotten an order wrong twice. Very very good place for a quick healthy meal. And, oh! A shout out to Kelvin, my favorite server. i am new in the raleigh and i decided to go to Jason deli for dinner with my friend.we ordered salad bar unlimited and half chicken sandwich. when i wanted to refill my plate the manager called blade or blake i am not sure call me and told me that you can have just one time salad .he was very very rude and impolite and all the time told that you have language barrier and cant understand what i say .at the end instead of listening to my words he asked us very impolite that leave my restaurant i am manager here .i couldn't believe that just for one dollar less somebody yell me front of the eyes of people and ask me to leave the restaurant .i think it is totally language discrimination because we couldn't talk fluently he yell on me and told us leave the restaurant.I don't go to this branch never ever again because i don't wanna see this rude manager that even doesn't know respect to customer . 50 people in the restaurant and some body behave like this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. read more
