It was a rainy busy morning and they still had time to speak to every table like you were the only table in the place. The eclectic decor is not overly done, it's fun and clean, something for everyone. Now the food, home cooking but better because someone else does it and the dishes!! I did not take pictures because we just dove right in, and it was Amazing!! Country breakfast and the country Benedict, both were fantastic. The scrambled eggs were soft and fluffy and the sausage gravy was rich and creamy. I wish we had one of these near home! I'm not sure how anyone could have a bad experience here, makes me question them not the restaurant!! We will be back next time!! Coffee was great too and the price is perfect for the amount of food you get, I'm sure the locals know this but if you're visiting, GO HERE!! We were seated promptly by an overly friendly server and perused the menu. After hearing about their breakfast special, Adam's Breakfast Bowl, my wife decided to order that with crispy house potatoes, crispy bacon and scrambled eggs with gravy on the side ($15). She also ordered a side of toasted wheat toast ($2). I ordered the Adam's Two and Two with scrambled eggs, bacon and house potatoes ($13). We each ordered coffee ($8) and water to go with our meals. My wife liked her dish but thought the potatoes weren't crispy. My breakfast was fine, although I thought the scrambled eggs lacked the fluffiness that I've come to expect for an elevated breakfast experience. Lately, I've been judging breakfast joints by how fluffy their scrambled eggs are...and this didn't quite make the mark. It was an OK breakfast. The highlight of our meal was the friendly and efficient server. Breakfast for 2 with tip came out to just over $48.

Our first night in town, we seemed to be striking out on restaurants that offered more than one or two items gluten free. That is, until I found the menu online for mama foo foo. I can say with confidence that Mama Foo Foo knows how to do gluten free food the right way. Our first visit was for dinner, and the ambiance was on point. Perfectly lit, short wait, cool art, and great music. The waitress was very knowledgeable about gluten free options, and even offered alternatives when she discovered that they were out of gluten free crackers for the burrata and fig. My dinner, the honey glazed scallops with lobster risotto and grilled carrots, was prepared perfectly. The staff was attentive, refilling drinks and water and checking in regularly. Price was very reasonable for the quality of food. A solid five star visit. It was so good in fact that we came back a few days later for brunch to enjoy their signature wagyu smash burger. I opted for the breakfast version (fried egg, avocado and tomato relish toppings) while my husband went with the more traditional lunch version. Again, the waiter was attentive and immediately knew to advise me that the fries were dusted with flour and offered alternatives. The grapefruit dressing on the salad was delish!
